Wonderful firm. Did a fantastic job I have signed up for the annual maintenance program. Michael the tech did a excellent job repairing our heat this autumn and the atmosphere condition we bought back in the spring has been great. These guy's know what they are doing and won't take you. Got my business for life.
This organization is HEARTLESS!!! Home Depot should be ashamed of themselves. They turned off my furnace in an effort to induce me to purchase a new one.
Ragsdale handled the heating and air conditioning installation for my 68 year-old sister from the estimating to the installation, job was done right it was done on time I would recommend them to anyone.... Thank you Jay Jerry and Tyler.
Fantastic job on their HVAC services and maintenance program. We signed up for their yearly service agreement because of our heating and air condition, and they do a very thorough job. We had a little problem so that it wouldn't cool, and also you are given priority scheduling by them, and they came out. They fixed the problem and covered it under the maintenance agreement. They didn't try to sell us a huge fix or system. Really appreciate they are always pleased to answer queries and very helpful.
We could not be more happy with Ragsdale and James S. our support tech, who fixed our shower which had begun banging pipes and the water could not be regulated properly. Had a bathroom that kept operating. James was professional and polite. He had the parts needed on his truck. He got the job done right and that I think that the shower water dries better that it failed earlier. We plan we have a problem on requesting James. We were extremely happy with the way Ragsdale kept in touch with us concerning support. Really people!
We bought a unit for upstairs in our new residence and only have used Ragsdale for many years. I love the quality service we obtained from:
-Sean (sp?) Who on Christmas Eve set up our Pristine filer system
We value the professionalism and quality work that we've obtained from Ragsdale and will continue to be a customer.
-as a result, we needed a Pristine expert to Be Certain it worked properly, and Sam who came out last week after we had the new HVAC system set up
Thanks to Ben, all of that was taken care of.
-Danilo Jake and Drew who set up the new HVAC system. Our entry into the loft is complex, and they were very professional in their job and with regard to our home and cleaning up everything following the installation
-Chris who sold us our HVAC system and worked to create an agenda for the pipes to be installed in our loft that has foam insulation
I had predicted a heating and my heating and air conditioning went out at precisely the time and air conditioning companies and then known as. Chris came out into my home and we discussed the things in the hand and agreed on what needed. Shop a
Round and I can guarantee they'll treat you right at the conclusion.
I've had good experiences previously too! They are Quality although I will say they're not cheap!
I called another company and needed some plumbing work in my home and left a message giving my phone # twice in order that it would be received by them and get back to me. I got no response for days. A individual that got someone and I called Ragsdale and talked. Today Ben Chapman got my list completed quickly and professionally and came on time.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Since my garbage disposal leaked, I called them. They had come out and fixed it. These guys were so great and even corrected my dishwasher free of charge. ABSOLUTELY CALL THEM!
Ragsdale is a well run company. Everyone client. They did what they said they would do got my new AC system installed faster I expected. They also failed quality work, pointing out fixed a few things which were lacking in my previous setup & them as part of their install. It was. They are definitely competitive, although I feel like they are not the cheapest place in town. Everything else that matters, from customer service to professionalism to detail to attention, is unsurpassed. I strongly recommend them!
Ragsdale has been working for years with us and I will say they are the very best in client service interval. They set up a brand new Carrier HVAC system in our house when our system collapsed. They also has our house cool very quickly, and were instantaneous, more than fair. Can't recommend a company more.
This is likely my preferred heating and air business! They have exceptional customer services. I have exceeded my expectations in support and have been using them. Today I had my device replaced Timothy and by Tony and they were fantastic. Tony was very comprehensive and did an superb job at explaining the details of the job. Ragsdale would be recommended by me to anybody who wants the benefits of having their heating and air system maintained adequately for long term usage!
I hated to have to call them when my air conditioner quit working after calling two additional firms for repair work because I knew that it wouldn't be cheap. Into my home Ragsdale came after two quotes and explained in detail exactly what needed to be done to get and keep my house cool. The old system ( builder grade) was installed improperly and it wasn't big enough to cool the square footage therefore that it constantly run and run and run but never really got into the set temp until later in the evening. The air flow was limited by not letting air so they added another reunite and installed all according to code to be returned into the blower. I am rather glad that I choose Ragsdale. They installed both the new and were very professional and dismantled and hauled off the system. They cleaned up after themselves and were neat. From how they gave me reduction and have a guarantee and YES they were more economical than the other two businesses and provided a system that is superior I can not say enough good about these. You will be pleased.
Found out I will purchase a canister 26lbs and hire a trusted business out. I hope they will be taught a lesson about ethics and integrity by the loss of business.
I had been using Ragsdale for many years at many properties and have referred out them to my clientele. I never had troubles with them until now. I am disappointed with them charging $1000 on my card and making a scenario. If needed, over the telephone, I was quoted for a repair and freon. They informed me if there would be extra costs and that they would call to confirm with me prior to beginning the job the pricing. Since I was not likely to be in the house now I authorized a card to be put on file. I didn't give them consent. The tech, Mark (who I had never worked with before) never called me in any given point that this whole day. He also took no photos of any of the job completed, and scribbled in"over the phone" as consent of the charges on my invoice-- and really CHARGED me without my consent. I didn't even know until I received a copy of the PAID bill in my 23, they were done using the repair address. Image that-- I paid $1000 for something and that I didn't have any clue!!! Nobody called me to tell me the bill.
I really don't have any clue. It's disappointing and upsetting to see that they lose a client. After getting nowhere on the telephone with this particular competitive customer support rep who claimed"no photos were needed" I finally told them I did not want their freon and also to eliminate it from the computer system. And of course that they explained they'd need to CHARGE me to do that.
I phoned into dispute the circumstance, and has been moved 4x to men and women. I was put on hold while handling"researched my document" which is strange, since really what they should have done is known as the twisted tech and asked what happened. They said they listened to voice records and looked up prior charges on my document... essentially questioning me as a client rather than their own tech. Then they claimed my unit had no freon and has been holding no tension. Little did they know that I just had a company come out there 12 hours prior to add 6.5lbs of freon (and I sent them the metered photograph of this charge being present in unit) plus they tested the pressure in 140 psi. So I asked them for photographic evidence of all of this nonsense or written record, they explained as a policy. I have used them many times and all of their invoices came with photos of fixes. ALL OF THEM. Clearly this whole scenario was a made up lie so that they might fraudulently charge me for 8lbs of freon (although factory settings on the label on the true unit says 6.4 is the recommended charge, and we had just put in 6.5lbs 12 hours before, they went ahead and wrote on bill they had filled 8lbs) and then proceeded to charge $700 for its freon. So essentially they discovered a way to charge me $700 for an extra 1.5lbs of freon that the machine didn't need.
Quite happy with honesty and the support of this 3 techs I dealt with. Would highly suggest Ragsdale.
We woke up the morning. Not great once you've got a 3 year old and 6 month old. Ragsdale had a technician to the home since I had to leave work at the appointment period, which was great. Both techs were informative and very nice. The device was frozen and they could not do anything. We had to depart unit off . They said to expect a telephone to schedule a technician. We received the call in 30 minutes and had a technician back at the home.
The repair I paid. If my husband weren't sick we wouldn't need to pay through the nose. I advise that you do business
First, HVAC. I heard spiels from a LOT of companies and obtained quotes. Ragsdale was the only company to actually walk my loft and take a peek at my ingestion whatchamacallits (English major--forgive me). The tech, whose name I wish I could recall, suggested a unit that was smaller than some of the suppliers BUT he pointed out the problems and made fixing them a part of the alternative. The home has been warmed and cooled a lot better and humidity levels were all down.
We come to also the reason and today I am FINALLY writing a review. Greg arrived for scheduled HVAC care. I had some questions about possible carbon monoxide problems. All is well with the furnace that has warmed up the space quite smoothly (and did I mention my heating and cooling bills both decreased significantly as a result of the efficacy of our unit? He took the time to check the carbon dioxide levels from our gas logs and found we have a gas flow and the thingamajig. I truly appreciate his devotion, although now, I must find someone else to tackle that problem and at least now I understand exactly what the problem IS.
Fast forward to the summer. The AC ceases on among the Dog Days that, of course, is a weekend. Though they could not get a tech to us immediately because EVERYONE was having AC problems, one of the techs talked us through a solution to find the AC running until he could arrive. If they did arrive and found a problem with some pipe, they fixed and that has been good.
I had plumbing problems. For some reason I didn't see the plumbing part and known as Ragsdale. As I should've called them, this was my mistake. They provided the very best bargain on a water heater and so were shooters about the fact I didn't really a tankless model that was more expensive dependent on the dimensions of my residence. They had better response times and actually arrived during the window.
To make a long story short (too late) I can say without reservation (a rarity for me) that I would highly recommend Ragsdale that will help you with HVAC or plumbing. It's rare these days to discover a company so dedicated to doing the work right without upselling you and to customer support you don't need. I only wish I could be helped by Ragsdale with laundry and home painting and my landscaping and, oh, you get the picture.
I have been with Ragsdale now for approximately a year, and I highly recommend their job. Not only has each employee I have met or talked on the telephone to be considerate and helpful, but I can't stress to you how effective our HVAC system is, just how well the brand new hot water heater functions, nor now concerned they are with security and efficacy and going above and beyond all that they do.
Great support! They arrive in time and get the business finished. Very educated technicians (Brian) who are very comprehensive with maintenance. He explained & fixed it, what caused my air water heater drain clogged. I urge Air and Ragsdale Heating .
Hello, I published a review on this business about 4 months ago. I'm not reposting. The business and customer service is good but the carrier units. Not the best and I believed you receive exactly what your money pays for. Now, this should have been awesome but I was quite Disappointed with this method. They came out to remove the carrier unit but the men cut on the wirers to my furnace. The 1 star is for the device but a woman name Jessica along with customer service is magnificent. I had problem with this unit.1st I was told that it was not getting cold since I had 2 doors to the bedroom shut, 2nd since I was not running both units, thats why my upstairs was not getting as cold as I like and continue this would be the funny person. I needed to go through alot of visits out of them although they was Very good at returning my money.
We have been long-term clients of Ragsdale around the HVAC side. They have been onsite twice and provide yearly HVAC maintenance that is standard. During all interactions they are professional, genuine and do a fantastic job explaining what they're currently doing. Today we had the pleasure of having Chris come out to make some final connections on our generator (in preparation for Irma). Chris was the consummate professional. He was efficient showed up quicker than expected and did a fantastic job explaining how he set up our system. We continue to trust Ragsdale our HVAC, Electric and Plumbing needs for all!
