Rapid Rooter Sewer Drain Cleaning Service

I had water backing up in garage from washing machine in addition to dishwasher (they talk about a wall socket ). Before calling quick rooter, two neighborhood and two national, I called 4 distinct places.
Totally recommend to snake a line / clear a drain.
The technician arrived in just 3 hours (on time), was friendly and easy to speak to. As he had been draining the lineup, I discovered water under the kitchen sink. He managed to fix both problems within the hour and my bill was a flat $150.
Was nice and unlike the other firms, knowing I had a budget and managed to provide me with a quote for the first hour. Other local companies refused to provide a base quote stating that they worked off a"price guide". When I requested if the foundation would fall beneath this and explained to other companies my funding, they refused to answer.

This inspection is based. My appointment window was from 230-430pm. At about 144pm I had a voicemail from the technician asking if he would come early, he was ahead of schedule. I attempted to phone him back to let him know 1) I wasn't home yet, I was picking my child up from school. 2) what exactly the difficulty was and also to warn him about me using drano in my sink.
I did complain and call. I was told it would be handled and was apologized to.
First, I would like to say I appreciate rooter being in a position to come out same day to fix my dilemma and the task was done to my satisfaction. In addition, I appreciate the workplace staff taking the opportunity to follow my complaint once I called. Everyone I talked with at the company, besides this 1 tech, was really wonderful.
With him being a dick, ok, I was fine but the moment he said my children I was absolutely offended. I felt as though he said that I was a parent. It's not like I'm letting my children drink drano. I didn't allow them anywhere near the sink. While this problem was happening, they were not allowed in the kitchen. So save your decision, dude. Also, why aren't you wearing your PPE?! It's not my fault you're an idiot rather than protecting yourself. I would have informed him about the drano. I DID NOT TALK TO YOU AND SAY YOU COULD COME TO MY HOME BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME. YOU TOOK IT UPON YOURSELF TO Appear AT MY HOUSE EARLY AND START WORKING WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I made the appointment, I'm the owner of the home, I understood what was going on. . .my mother in law did not know anything other than I had a plumbing problem so she couldn't warn this man about the drano.
I got home. Went ahead and let them in when she got there. The work was completed when I came. The tech asked me if I had bleach or drano about the sink. I told him drano. Then he went on for a passive aggressive jerk and stated"You have to inform us when there are chemicals in the sink. You Need to INFORM US. You're lucky it wasn't somebody else as I am since they would not be as nice. Plus it induces cancer and ITS BAD FOR YOUR CHILDREN."

To unclog our line, Only had Steve outside. He showed up much earlier than expected (woohoo!) , and dealt with it. We decided to set up an yearly appointment together only to snake outside the line and rescue us more"shi**y surprises". Fantastic work, too. These folks know exactly what they are doing, and are honest. Bravo.

Nevertheless this business is earned zero stars by their office manger.
Worst office supervisor I've ever had to deal with. Their office manger is arrogant, disrespectful and impolite. He shouldn't be in a customer service business. He says call will be returned by him and doesn't. He is unhelpful and discourteous when he does pick up the phone. We tried dealing with him a few times.
The plumber sent out to us, Jim, was a great man. Polite, productive, clean and professional. Loved him. That would be great if we could call him straight.

Called on a Sunday and Jim came out with service and a joyous attitude as he found valve cleans out and took care of those drains that were backed up. He took the opportunity to explain how a root offered suggestions about the best way to remain alert of future problems and made its way. Plumbing problem resolved in less than an hour thanks.

Kevin & Jim showed up if they said they'd come - snaked that the line with a bigger sized snake - then a one. Job was done. They were cheerful and focused on getting the task done. When I have these kinds of problems, I will call them again. Kevin also gave guidance about how to protect against the clogs - and this was really helpful. Nice guys!

Friday evening my tub completely ceased draining. I predicted they were able to get out the soonest with no excess charge morning and at least five distinct places and this was undoubtedly the very reasonable price. Steven and showed up earlier than I anticipated and we're patiently waiting for me to get here and actually his journeyman both introduced themselves. They were very fast and effective my drain is working flawlessly using a 30 day guarantee.

Yay, Steve B! He came out on January 2nd--when most companies were closed for the official New Year's Day holiday--and then fixed a sink that would not drain and a clogged toilet. He was professional and fast, and of course he's good with puppies. I call him again.

I had these men out to snake a clog and they stated they were having trouble getting through my pipe due to a off set. They told me that they could dig it up and replace it because I called around, to get a few hundred dollars that was a price and they defeat the prices of other firm's by over 1/2. I saved me money and were very professional!
And to the person who wrote a bad review that a 30 day guarantee is that not a 41 day guarantee. So I do not blame them for not going back!!! these men aren't paid by the hour and do not own a business gas card

Fast, friendly and efficient. They are recommended by me. The plumber gave me equipment hints unplugged our bathroom and came within the hour. Jim was very educated.

Called on a Saturday afternoon. They had been in a half hour to unplug a clog that is mainline. Quoted me the complete price on the telephone and made no effort to do more than needed. Gave me some good guidance about keeping the drain area working and cleaning the septic tanks out.

I simply had them to my office. They do a great job at a reasonable price. These guys are professional and honest. No uniforms or advertising on their van, only quick service.

Wow! These guys came out on Christmas eve at 7pm.... Fixed the pipe. . .and gave us a great price ( far less than other quotes) Nice guys.... efficient .... Quick and honest. We had already had a plumber out to fix it and it could not be fixed by him and advocated these guys. I am so glad he did.

I've lived in my home for 29 decades and have wanted my sewer lines cleared twice earlier in this time. My lines clogged, and I called this business. The group that came had difficulty getting the snake to the person line needing to be rid... they cleared all of the other lines (that I guess could be considered a perk, except that it took some time I was paying for) before getting into the clogged line. Subsequently the snake snapped, so that they spliced it back together... on my time & dime. Eventually they went to the clog through an overflow and"cleared" it, but it included additional time, and additional fees, on the invoice. Fast forward to 41 days later, or 11 days after the 30 day warranty has expired, and the drain is clogged! Called the company to learn what they can offer me to make appropriate in this circumstance. Here is their supply: send the same team out . Why would I wish to pay to have them return, if they couldn't get it right the first time that they had been here??? If you ever end up with clogged drains... RUN away from the business and give your business to somebody, anyone, else!!!
