Dan arrived at my home this morning to check at a drain difficulty. He saved me a great deal of money by being honest, unlike a different plumbing service that needed thousands for an unnecessary repair. I can not thank Raps and Dan enough. They are highly recommended by me!
Shame on you Rapps. I predicted at 8:00pm on 1/5/18 since my furnance ceased working and some one recommended I call you. I talked with your answering service. As of 8:50pm I had not got a call . I called a firm that was different and they called me back within 5 minutes.
I called back your service and cancelled the telephone.
I Won't Ever recommend you to anyone for any item
RAPS delivered their rep outside to investigate a leak near our furnace. Being able to call for assistance was a plus. The water pipes out of our furnace are a D.I.Y. mess, but their rep did a fantastic job of working on them to correct a problem coming from within the walls of the house. We were happy to have benefited from their expertise for a project like this was be, however although the cost was a small shock. Dan W. understood what he was doing, and he even finished sooner than he had estimated.
Sure they were speedy However, RAPS is incredibly expensive: $700 for 2 / hours to substitute the waterline through the wall to the fridge. That is $280/hour. Yikes
Job was done but"I paid through the nose"!!
We had an issue using the kitchen sink line and needed it snaked out. Mark Alterio solved the problem with ease and arrived. I didn't possess the tools to get it done. Fantastic person to deal with and friendly to possess in the home. .
