Wonderful experience today with Rayco Plumbing. Brandon called right away to let me know he would be at my flat around 9:00 a.m. due to a traffic. I appreciate he took the time. He introduced himself After Brandon arrived. He made friends with my dogs and came to the flat. He took the time pat them to talk to my dogs and even give them treats that I supplied. He mended our shower and then went to the restroom. After he was done he called me to the restroom and explained to me what he had done and showed me the components he eliminated and clarified the leak could have begun. I appreciate even and Brandon taking the time making us feel like he really cares about us. Gary is the guy I talked with to make the appointment. He was quickly at returning e-mails and my calls. I got a quote straight away. Offering you Rayco Plumbing for the fantastic experience and I'll call you any time I have another plumbing problem.

What Exactly what?!
A plumber having"office hours" recorded until five, nevertheless answers the telephone at 9:30 PM on a Sunday??
Here is the problem:
We did get a nation-wide company that sounds just like Shmoto-Smooter to commit to coming out next day (even though they first said they might come out the same night) but we really prefer to keep local. Richard, in Rayco, sounds like he could be our man!
Our pipes was backing up in our home. Google helped us to figure out that the drain should be released by us in the exterior of the home, which is brand-new building btw. Once we released the drain, all the sewage in the home emptied out (It was gross; use your own imagination here). If his plumber has been the cause, our builder came out to investigate. Nope. Turns out it is the sewer line and a professional having an auger will do.
Stay tuned to the next chapter in this poop-tacular narrative of the tiny main drain which couldn't...

My hired a sewer drain congestion to be cleared by them about a few months ago. My in-laws charged over $350 to allegedly clear out the drain, and then another roughly $4500 to the problem that was allegedly repair/replace pipes. The day that Gary the owner came in to ask for the payment he triumphed to my in-laws they probably had to do another repair job to genuinely correct the problem, which left my in-laws confused. He left the pipes at the house, when they're supposed to remove them per their quotation and took the cash.
In order that others the older would not fall prey to the unethical clinic of Rayco again, I'm writing this. If you wonder why they asserted to have been operating for 30 decades and just have 16 reviews (watch out for brand new fake testimonials!) -in my in-laws' case, they're older and didn't dare to whine about them"because everyone knows everyone in the island", and they didn't want to get into trouble for whining.
When I asked him after accepting $5000 from my in-laws along with the sewer backflowed again in days, he didn't have the decency to use his camera to determine where the true difficulty was and then clear the drain just like the other firm easily did later (instead he told my in-laws they needed to do a bigger job), without the response he stated:"You clearly have no clue about what you are talking about, let's just handle this in court ok?" And hung up. WHAT? Note that I never said about legal action from the dialogue (yet!) , and he brought up attempting to intimidate me this. Sure! Junvenile! My lawyer will be pleased to provide him a lesson and maintain all the costs. Wonder customers that they've bullied.
Due to everything Rayco did my father-in-law was hospitalized for more than 20 days and in the hospital, and I have record of the phone calls out of my mother-in-law they dismissed. Two plumbers after them affirmed their job wasn't needed and didn't repair the problem, and I've dated video recording of the clog sewer a few months following their 4500"repair work". Don't hesitate to message me if Rayco has an problem with my review here. But I'll for sure pursue this through the Builders' Board, BBB, as well as other venue in case my in-laws are contacted and/or harassed due to this.
-------
When my in-laws declined to do the"bigger job" immediately, Gary stopped responding to them. He abandoned them with a pipes system as a way to force them to do the bigger job. My father-in-law needed to be ambulanced into ER, and got pneumonia from the filthy water odor and all the stress a few days after cleaning up the fecal backflow.
FOR WHAT RAYCO DID TO MY ELDERLY IN-LAWS:
When my in-laws called Rayco concerning the problem, they sent someone to come flushed 5 buckets of water down the toilet to"fix" the problem. It back-flowed again a few days later, and Gary implied that they needed to do the repair job that is bigger he proposed. When my in-laws contended that they're supposed to provide the guarantee for the repair, Gary said that when they could prove it's"his pipes" which led to the problem, then he would happily return to repair it. Really? He charged $350 to clean out the congestion and $4500 to"repair the sewer problem", and it backed flow in times and that's not his problem?
Like I said, I have all the documents of the whole situation and unlike my in-laws, I have lawyer was retained by a household and am ready to deal with them when I must.
Several days backflowed with sewer water. It went all the way and my older in-laws needed to clean the mess up.
UPDATE 2/18/2019: Gary tried to bully me - HA! He requested me to telephone him. He tried to convince me we didn't have the details, and promised they went back a few times at no cost, when they went back once and flushed a couple of buckets of water down and disappeared.
I called two pipes firms with number of yelp reviews since my father-in-law was at the hospital. The first one arrived and assessed the so called"repair job" (the 4500 one) wasn't necessary (and clearly didn't correct the problem) since the problem was farther down. Since they didn't have the ideal camera together, I named the 2nd plumbing company and they camera-traced and videotaped the location of the congestion, and cleared the clog for less than the $350 which Rayco charged to do just the clear out without the movie camera support (which did NOT fix the blockage). And my in-laws have no sewer problem as.

So, anyone has a fantastic experience with Rayco plumbing, good for you. I haven't. As far as I'm concerned, they are unreliable from the beginning. I'm not sure I'd trust the effort put into the repairs when they can not maintain their ducks in a row.
It is not what I experienced, although I'm glad other people have posted reviews with this support. From my call, it took over one week to acquire a appointment. The individual I worked with was Gary. Gary promised to have never received it, although I had been asked to provide my information by email, which I did. Therefore, after a week had passed and I called them , I texted my information straight. We finally agreed to a scheduled appointment.
My phone rings and it is Gary asking if I got his message. Yes, Gary, I received your message to phone you back. Well, the story goes Gary was operating some emergency job and had to postpone our appointment. From my perspective, this is critical information to tell a client even when you call and leave a message. I should've understood this as soon as Gary did, and ought to have included this detail.
A week later, appointment time is coming. I'd received a phone the day before and Gary left a message"to phone him back," but when I did nobody answered. Nobody called me back, either. When I'd taken time to wait to arrive as consented, nobody arrived the following morning. I called Gary and he did not answer.
Additionally, it's fairly likely that if I was not home when there arrived a plumber as agreed, some minimum fee'd be charged. But could I charge a commission for the time missing off work in this scenario? Certainly not.

Three bath valves were replaced by them . . .Very responsive, quick, and owned. They took the time to explain everything I mended my running toilet while they were there and asked. Can definitely be using them needs.

We have utilized Rayco Plumbing twice now at the parents home for problems. In both situations, when I called to make an appointment, Gary was super nice about then scheduling someone to come out at a time and diagnosing the problems and phoned me back.
Second time was for a laundry sink which was plugged somewhere far down the line. This sink hadn't been draining for a while, but it was eventually plugged.
The first time was for a sewer line which had the bathrooms in the home backing up, so it was kind of an emergency. Cyrus came that afternoon out and called late morning and cleared it all the way out to the street for us. He was professional and extremely courteous and he made sure that everything was functioning for us before wrapping up.
Rayco is our top choice from now on since they clearly got the job done directly for us (at a fair cost ), and we enjoyed their excellent customer services.

Gary was quite responsive after we diagnosed our problem very quickly and called. Excellent experience with this company and highly recommend them!

Called in because my 2nd shower will just spew water out. They were able fix the issue immediately and to come out the next day. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would defiantly recommend them if you've any plumbing needs.

Brandon checked the job out and arrived and he can do everything from the tub side. While he worked, he did a very professional looking project and covered the tub to protect it. The very best part was that the price that is last. It had been about $350 less than the two quotes and also the companies had desired to earn more damage they stated I would have to repair. I would have to pay a drywall guy to fix it if I had desired to have the kitchen wall fixed with them. An extra price over the quote they gave.
I needed a broken shower valve changed within my shower's wall and also the fittings replaced with fresh ones which I had purchased. I phoned a couple of other plumbing companies and has been awarded an over the phone quote for the job which they stated would require cutting a hole. They stated it was the only way they could get into the shower valve and replace it.
Rayco Plumbing is my go to plumbing firm if I have plumbing problems later on! That is for sure.
Thank goodness I phoned Rayco Plumbing and spoke to Richard. He explained they may cut into the kitchen wall nevertheless their plumber might be able to do the job. He explained the telephone would be made by the plumber but it was that they needed to cut on the kitchen wall.

Our bathroom continuing to operate and was whistling. Thus, we had been wasting a great deal of water. I phoned Rayco Plumbing and has been pleasantly surprised that they were able to come on precisely the day and repair the issue. I would definitely use Rayco Plumbing again and refer my family and friends Rayco.

It's nice to know there are businesses that are honest, faithful with integrity about the island. Telephone Rayco to your plumbing needs!
I needed to cut down a tree and get the stump and roots removed. He referred me to a company and they came out on Monday and fixed everything. They communicated with each other and I didn't have to be concerned about a thing. Cyrus and brandon did a fantastic job. They cleaned up well and I didn't have to WORRY OR STRESS in any way, although I know it was a messy job, not only did they fix the pipe. For that alone I would recommend his crew and Gary.
I discovered a leak in my front lawn. I called a few Plumbing companies, in which Gary (Owner) was the first out of them to phone back. He left it a priority to make it out to my house to give me an estimate the same day (even tho it was a Friday, he made it a point to fit me before he stopped his afternoon ). He is friendly and had good communication. I received the estimate via email later that day.

Quick answer from Richard and didn't need to wait months for an appointment. We had our kitchen sink to it draining into adjacent bedroom for quite a while sewer line snaked out due. Problem was resolved and we had been relieved! However, that night bathroom and our bathroom had been getting backed up so we predicted Rayco up and someone was able to answer our phone call to our problem. Richard came and called to snake out the sewer line again, day and everything seems to be in working order today. I recommend Rayco Plumbing to their Akamai service!

I would advise Rayco Plumbing. Richard replied to quotation inquire. Very professional and comprehension. 10% Military Discount. Brandon and knowable in their craft and Cyrus are professional. I'm very happy with their installation of my main water intake valve and pressure regulator.

Richard, and gary, Brandon, Cyrus are the best! They're extremely good at dependable, professional, and their ability. We had all our drains and copper water lines replaced. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner. They will work to mend them of the appropriate manner and are educated about any plumbing problem. I suggest Rayco Plumbing to everybody who needs any plumbing job to be done. We're extremely happy and satisfied with the results!

These men are extremely good. Yes, I needed to wait a couple of months to get an appointment but it was worth the wait. Brandon was quite thorough and explained everything. And, he is a man. Will definitely use them again.

RayCo supplied fast, professional service! Gary was excellent in explaining the case situation, then got the problem. He began with the answer, thus avoiding damaging tub installation and our faucet .
We picked and called RayCo Plumbing according to their BBB rating, as well as being a fundamental company. They also have been in business for 25 decades, and the experience really showed in our problem call scenario.
Highly reccamended! Give them a call if you run into issues.
Outstanding service and support!

I had been referred to Rayco by a different plumber who's machine was busted and called them in the morning for a drain line that was plugged. The plug tough to break and I had been worried that it could have been ruined by my neighbors mango tree roots. Richard saw it was a chunk of wax from the toilet I had set up the night before, he washed it out into the sewer line and then used a 130 feet drain auger and then used a camera. Using the camera I could see my drain was clean and it was not damaged. They had all of the equipment needed and the price was reasonable and they accept credit cards. I would not hesitate to call them or recommend them for my family and friends.

when my toilet was running I had to find a new plumber my old plumbing company closed. Rayco is within my area so I gave them a try. Scheduling was simple and quick. They were able to assist me. Greg, the plumber, was professional and courteous. He worked effectively and knew exactly what to do. He also asked if there had been any other plumbing problems while he was there and I had him change out the flapper in my toilet since it was almost worn out. Everything was done within the 1 hour minimum. I was very pleased with the service. Seems like I have found my new plumber!

Day once they completed job & received my payment at $90.00/hr. I told them my toilet was leaking and flush not functioning. Rayco's response was since they didn't supply the components they had to repair my toilet (I purchased parts from Lowes to save them ), they'd bill me again if they did any additonal work. So they have duty to fix it told them they worked on my toilet. Anyway, the flow should have merited a return visit. I ended up fixing the flow and the flush myself.
