I phoned my sump pump discharge pipe to be extended by Rescon so it would drain farther off our lawn. Their service staff is excellent. Kathy Powers scheduled the work and Dillon came outside to dig the trench and re-pipe the whole thing. I am delighted with the work and service they provide I have opted to install a battery back up so that my cellar remains dry when the power is out. Thank you, Rescon.
We hired Rescon for a full finish of the 1400 square foot basement. Mike Hankes and Steve Newhall did a fantastic job assisting with the layout and answering all of our questions. The project took approximately 3.5 months and came out fantastic. Kurt was our primary each day and he was really friendly and easy to communicate with. We had asked at the end of the day they did and that our finishes all matched the top two floors of the house. We ended up with a home office, big home fitness center, media room and a very big 2 segment playroom separated by a knee wall (using a chalk wall characteristic ). The online portal for communication and choosing options was especially suitable. Fantastic job by Kurt, Steve, Tim and the rest of the team at Rescon.
After obtaining quotes about waterproofing our cellar November and speaking with several small business representatives, we hired RESCON. They eliminated a huge amount of ledge because part of our floor was raised due to ledge....Then they set up a Grate Drain around the outside of our cellar and finished the floor. We had a slight issue with a flow after they did their work, unlike many companies who'd blow you off and not be responsive, RESCON is not like this. The issue was adjusted by them quickly and we could not be happier with the service they have provided. They're one of the companies we have worked with. When they state they are going to follow up and stand behind their work they are professional, responsible, considerate followup! . Each staff member we came in contact , regardless of their standing was quite pleasant and easy to utilize. You don't find companies with this level of quality and customer service of work . We'd highly recommend them and we would use them.
I have. Seasonally (spring and fall) with all the thaw or heavy rainwe experienced all out of puddles as many as two inches of water in our cellar. Last Decemeber, following a heavy rain, water in the cellar surprise. I achieved to 3 waterproofing contractors. We found Beth Murch, our project Project Supervisor, to be the most educated out of this 3 we met with. We chose to have the job done as soon as possible. To our surprise, they had the ability to perform the waterproofing in winter. Among our water issues was our walls will flow. Rescon came in and place a wall lining that was sealed up that the water drains into a French drain system that they set up. We had a sump pump at the floor. We updated using a closed lid with their pumping system. The project only took 4 days. It was unbelievable the amount of work accomplished in such a short period of time. These guys were good! Even with all the snow we got last winter, not 1 drop of water this spring.
