Reyes Plumbing

My toilet is pretty old and when I am prepared to replace it, I am calling the Reyes Plumbing team. Fantastic job guys!
My toilet was giving me some difficulties. The water pump or any mechanism of this sort would go on alone. At times you may hear the toilet working alone in the afternoon, sometimes in the middle of the night. This of course, was squandering water unnecessarily. But due to procrastination, I never got to solving the issue or calling a specialist. However, there came the day that suddenly (well, as you can see, not really suddenly) the toilet started working at all. Making the appointment was easy. The team, especially their secretary Patricia, was quite friendly. They came the day of the appointment and explain that my toilet is somewhat old but they could obtain the parts to make the old thing work again! Excellent job staff and Carlos!

We hired Reyes Plumbing to perform a sewer inspection on a home we bought. They sent us a video file December 1st, but the file would not open. They promised us that a copy of the video once we sent a check. January 7th, the check was written December 2nd and cashed, but we have to receive the video and it is currently February 3rd. They did not answer their phone once I called and haven't responded to two emails.

We had a terrible experience with Reyes Plumbing. The crews were frequently loud and rude, but that has been the least . What has been worse were the errors made on our project, and that the proprietor was reluctant and slow to repair. A month after the job was completed, we even found an uncapped gas line which had Reyes' crew left available. Will never work with these men .

I will suggest Reyes Plumbing. I had time to use them for the 2nd time now and Carlos responded to procure a special that was hard to locate water heater to my condo. He reached out to find the unit that was in stock by early afternoon and in Santa Clara the unit was operational and fully installed. Clean up was also excellent. His crew is strictly first class and Carlos a shelf professional to himself. Highly recommend.

Nice men. Responsive, sometimes not. But really terrible pipes. We did a remodel with Reyes Plumbing, which included five bathrooms and one kitchen. A couple of decades later, we have had to employ different plumbers to repair the vast majority of the work, including a broken bathroom, a garbage disposal that they installed so badly it had to be replaced, shower handles installed incorrectly, a drain cover installed so badly the interior components cracked, kitchen faucets that come detached from the countertops, and much more. When things first started to split, we asked Reyes to come correct them, but they either claimed they were fixed or told me that the issues were unfixable due to faulty components (although other plumbers could fix them). Reyes stopped responding to my calls and I stopped expecting them to have the ability to repair anything. I was billed by them of attempting to get things to function during the renovation, all which I am now sure a plumber might have done in time, for so many hours. I am worried -- if all the visible plumbing work was done poorly, who understands what errors or leaks are happening inside our walls?

I had an issue at my home. One of the water pipes beneath my house burst from the middle of the night. I started looking for a plumber and shut off the water supply to the house. I had used different plumbers but decided I would try a plumber whose trucks that I visit on a regular basis. The proprietor came out after that day and gave me two choices for repair. One was to simply correct the one pipe and the other was a broader replacement alternative. I chose the option because of my house's age and the status of the pipes. The job was scheduled. The team spent on the job. Crew and the owner were very professional and did an excellent job. I'm quite happy with the cost I paid and their job. I would recommend them to anybody needing plumbing job. If necessary, I'll be using them in the future.
