Thanks John!!! You are a Southbay National Treasure!!!
John is a superb guy! He is instead of how much money he is going to make someone that absolutely cares about your problems.
John is the epitome of what a professional is!!!
He came out to diagnose and fix my sink/faucet problem right away.

Yo, h2O, let it flow.
As long as I am on the Topic of water:
Meanwhile, I heard about water volume - different from pressure. To improve the volume I want to get the water dept. outside to alter the meter - my next undertaking.
Cat lazily watches the action from inside the home.
Backstory:
A pressure regulator is a great idea (so your pipes do not blow up) and I always have one installed where I reside. I suspected mine might require adjustment & I had been perfect. The pressure increased.
So there I was with water leaving hoses such as a limp noodle as I stood at the blazing sun prepared to rip out my hair by its roots.
I've a large concrete fountain in my backyard that doesn't work & leaks but is too thick so the previous owner left it to move I fill it to utilize as a bird bath.
For years I have been employing a plumbing service that drove a distance to get to my region. I liked they were avail 24/7 (and that I did have emergencies) but the elderly, experienced men I have worked with are no more there. So I went to Yelp trying to find a plumber a family-owned firm that was small.
Everybody's happy.
R.J. had 5-star testimonials up the wazoo.
With the faucets & the hoses are functioning more like normal However, for now I am back in business.
I've discovered an awesome plumber.
And John is wonderful. I heard so much. And he had been kind because we checked out an ancient toilet in the bathroom, to my kitty who had been in his face.
The past weeks like I attempted to warm water landscaping my immediate problem was decreasing water pressure/volume. I disabled of the sprinklers a couple of years ago during the drought & found it is more effective to water daily, but very time-consuming.
John had some fantastic ideas to make my watering experience easier, like adding a hose bib, etc. & I shall think about his suggestions.
The birds not just drink out of it but it is congregated on by them. Like I need to bring them a pitcher of margaritas & some sunscreen.
John works independently & I like that. You can't phone him at 2am on a weekend where your water shut-off is, just in case, therefore understand.

It is time I return.
Then I asked about a bbq gas line which was installed (hint: stay away from Fix All Pipes who messed this up originally ) and he gave me exactly the information I had to fix it myself rather than doing it himself that definitely saved me some money. I was able to fix it and followed his directions.
I would hire him in a heartbeat.
Thank you John!
We hired a water heater which has been long overdue to be replaced by RJ Plumbing. It started leaking and we understood it was time. Reached out to various areas. John stuck to both of them, given a fair estimate on both opportunity cost and to fix, and was very professional in his communication. He helped assess what had to be performed because of the leak that helped give piece of mind to us . He actually showed up ahead of schedule and had quoted about two hours to swap it out but it took substantially less - I guess it was a relatively simple situation (water heater at garage with relatively simple access).

Did some work on my backyard bathtub. Very happy with results. Punctual, easy to use, affordable price. I am able to recommend.

Recently lost my plumber that was great and'm thrilled to have this very qualified replacement.
Super quick answer, fast appointment to substitute my water heater that is dripping and affordable estimate.

John was a nice guy and I could not have wish for plumber that is better to work with. Came all the way out to Rancho Palos Verdes to conduct a snake 10 feet down a drain and then cleared the issue up. The price he charged was reasonable and I won't hesitate in using him in fore my plumbing needs!

As realtor and a property manager I am always on the lookout for trusted people to support my customers. John and staff in R.J. Plumbing have excellent customer support and do outstanding pipes work. Highly recommend!!

Needing to replace our tank water heater that's where I discovered 5-star and I moved to Yelp to find a local plumber rated RJ Plumbing. John Allen (owner & tech.) Was extremely receptive via Yelp contact and enlightening as a water heater options.
The quote of john was competitive with one I had received earlier from Home Depot, but whereas scheduling a HD install could have left us without hot water for an additional 3-days John made the opportunity to do our job the very next moment. He showed up when he said he would and (echoing what others have indicated) the install was done correctly and professionally.
I consider John to be an honest and trustworthy plumber. I'd recommend him without reservation.

I am a repeat customer. John came out to some rental again to diagnose a plumbing problem (separate from the previous time). He fixed it in a timely way. Thank you, John!

By doing anything but honest work as a plumber you don't get almost all 5 star reviews. I hired John to bring a washer dryer hook up and put in a washer drier unit after interviewing plumbers. I had been impressed with how clean of a project he did, how kind and professional he was, and his cost was less expensive than some other options I had and fair. I also enjoyed how he didn't charge a credit card fee just with a credit card, like a lot of retailers are doing nowadays and passing on what's typically a merchant"cost of business" straight to the consumer. So glad that ultimately I picked John! Couldnt be happier with the outcome and my choice.

John was amazing with communication and quite fair we needed! Definitely would suggest. We will be using him for all our future plumbing needs(that we also expect won't be anytime soon):)

I called him for plumbing needs and he is constantly responsive and has been able to work with my program.
John was excellent in performing an affordable installation of a tankless water heater for us - occupation was on-time (he created time), the installation is super clean, and he was extremely timely.
John is responsive via yelp messenger as well as phone. He is my go-to guy for any plumbing requirements.

John has been my go to plumber. He respectful and is on time, in addition to reasonably charged. The plumbers that installed my own water filtration device (selected by the company, not me), told me we would have to drain all of the water from my home so as to fix a leak underneath. John did not have to do this and lent me . He just changed my hardware out . With that he charges $275 to give a good idea of price to you. :)

I phoned about five technicians to assist re-build my bathtub drain and snare. Four arrived for an estimate, but an estimate was provided by three. My house is on a slab, and 2 of them wanted to jack hammer on the slab beneath my toilet. It would also indicate that I would need to locate new 12" tiles, which would not fit. John created a solution that was far quicker and much less expensive and took a little additional time to analyze the way the original drain was assembled. I given the job . The key is EXPERIENCE. Other plumbers will send out a technician or a sales person to provide your estimate. As the proprietor, John has the expertise provide the solution and to see the many choices. Fortunately, he does his own estimates.
He arrived on time, worked together with limited access and completed on time and on budget. The work was tasteful and finished with a high level of craftsmanship (see photo). Amazing and wonderful. To your plumbing project, don't hesitate to acquire additional bids if you like, but be sure that one of them is from RJ. I have a high level trust with only one job completed.
John and RJ Pipes isn't simply the plumber, but likely the contractor of any type I have worked with since becoming a home owner in 2002. I would give them 6 stars, if I could.

Absolutely magnificent. John was knowledgable, friendly and very fair. We had a shower drain that a different plumber could not snake said we had plumbing. John cleaned and snaked it in about 20 minutes, arrived and was on his way. 6 stars if I could give it.

Our water heater acted up and I discovered John on Yelp here from RJ Plumbing. He managed to set up an appointment for a few days afterwards and arrived to have a look (no charge). So that the one John had couldn't be installed our water heater sadly could only take their manufacturer part. John had us call the maker to see the cost of the part and let us know what price would be well worth fixing vs. installing a brand new heater (since our water heater was out of warranty - past company we hired to put in a"brand new" heater at 2012 gave us a heater out of 2009 - jerks!!) . Turned out it had been better to just install in a water heater that is brand new and people utilized John who was professional, timely and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone!

John is good - punctual, knowledgable, professional, will probably be our plumber for a very long time to come

The water heater was replaced by john in my house recently. His small business is highly recommended by me. He was very receptive to all my questions and gave a fair quote to me. If I need a plumber, then I'll use him again.

John was quick, friendly and efficient. We called a round toilet to be replaced by John with an elongated one. I told him realizing my husband had bought one at Home Depot, we'd buy the toilet through him. I was about to call him to let him know when he awakened me to confirm our appointment. He had left the supplier and I felt so horrible. He advised me no worries and was very educated, he would just keep the toilet in his inventory. When he arrived, he went the extra mile by carrying it and unloading the toilet we had bought out of our vehicle. He had been out and in in under an hour that we were thrilled about. The toilet looks fantastic and my husband is happy to have an elongated toilet! I guess it's a guy thing! :-RRB-. I would certainly recommend John to anyone seeking to get work completed. His prices were very honest and he just appears to be a down to earth guy. He is the owner/operator and also we love to support small companies.
