I discovered Rocket Plumbing on yelp when my I discovered that my kitchen drain was blocked up. Not knowing where to turn I struck yelp to see if I could find a plumber with testimonials. I found so I gave them a call Rocket Plumbing listed on top of the page. The phone was answered by the owner on the ring and he was a very friendly man. I told him of my drain difficulty and he quickly diagnosed the matter and sent a plumber out. The plumber got to my door about two hours afterwards, and after he got into my place that he got to work. Overall I had a very good experience with this company and I would suggest them to anybody who's trying to find a good plumbing company in Chicago. "It should be called Great Plumbing! The owner of the unit contacted Rocket Plumbing due to a leak in the kitchen of my own unit. Being that the owner resides in Los Angeles, he chose Rocket Plumbing based on the ratings that were excellent.

Marlon set to work and showed up on time ! He was so enthusiastic about explaining what he was doing, offering me advice and tips on maintaining the bathroom and what it'd take/cost to replace it with a tank bathroom. He took a glance at my sink for me (that wasn't draining very well!) His Ozy showed up using the specific components my bathroom is currently working flawlessly, we had and, with just a little elbow grease.
These guys are AMAZING! Don't waste your time calling anyone else!
I then phoned Rocket Plumbing. The price they offered me on the telephone was very sensible and the plumber that they booked for me personally (Marlon) was incredibly nice and knowledgable. He asked me to text him photographs of the bathroom so he could make certain to bring the parts that were proper together with him.
Best of all, the last cost in my invoice is lower than anything anyone else had lent to me. I'll DEFINITELY hire Rocket Plumbing again later on (and ask for Marlon!) For any future plumbing work which I need.
My husband and I moved into the Midwest and purchased our first house. Of course, when we moved in our bathroom started leaking. (It is one of those"classic" tankless toilets so hot around the North Shore... The kind that seems like it belongs in a high school locker room.) I phoned a few different plumbers who quoted me some outrageous rates and began to panic a bit.
My cleaning lady somehow flushed my toilet brush. I phoned Rocket Plumbing, same moment, plus they had a 2 plumber team here. They strove to stick out it, however they ended-up having to take out the toilet to get out it. That saidthey knocked-out the task within one hour. And there was no mess. They made some improvements over the way that make the toilet work better now. Highly recommend. :-)
Fantastic work from Nick again. Had a basement bathroom not draining, which ended up being a ejector pump, and got it replaced fast, after ensuring it wasn't anything other than a pump. Quick and tidy, will keep using Nick and staff for plumbing requirements.
Addendum: he is doing his very best to solve and since the owner has been in contact. I plan to correct my review.
I cannot recommend picking this plumbing firm. The technicians were up to hours. Lack and horrible execution of drive to perform a job well done, no pride in their work. This business was hired by A household member for a job. For your garden, we had to have the technician come FOUR TIMES out to support and fix a sump pump and bubbler box they set up, and that we are not satisfied with. We have hired a well-knowledge and competent organization to come and redo. Are a lot of plumbing options on the market, it is in your very best interest to go for someone besides Rocket Plumbing.
I've worked with Brian in the past at Rocket Plumbing. Him and his staff are welcoming and a pleasure to do business with. I have recommended their services to many friends & friends and they reunite stating of just how easy and great it was to work together, the very same opinions. Keep up the great work!
I had to schedule contractors and had been remodeling my Master Bathroom. I've used Rocket Plumbing previously as usual, they have been really easy to use and reasonably priced. Joey also did a fantastic job and came a few times. He went over and beyond to adapt my building schedule and make things as simple as possible. Everything turned out so great and I couldn't be happier! Another fantastic job!
Called Rocket Plumbing for a couple of distinct issues that I was having with leaks and slow drainage. They called me back and outside worked the moment. They arrived nearly an hour before the estimated time window! The techs explained my options and the issues were quite friendly, and immediately performed the repairs. Quite pleased with their support, and will call them.
