To begin my girlfriend called four plumbers and Brian was the only one using same day service appointments available. Basically she thought Brian did an amazing job. He predicted before his arrival to narrow down time than my appointment window. Diagnosed and quoted me a price went directly to work at fixing my downstairs toilet that had a gasket. I wanted him to look at when finished he asked if there was anything else. I had a upstairs toilet and he also fixed that . It was included in the quoted price. For the water pressure issues I have depending on the city lines coming to my 26, he is even going to send me out a quote. Customer support was great and timeliness was also amazing.
