We were having problems with water coming up out of our bathtub. I phoned in the morning and Tim was discharged a short time later. He was knowledgeable and very courteous. He took the opportunity to spell out everything he do along way. He have us back up and running prior to lunchtime and managed to resolve our problems.
It is sad that customer service is typically tough to get these days but you are reminded by Tim's professionalism what it is like to find quality service. From appearing a few other reviews it seems that Tim is not alone in providing a great experience. I recommend Roto-Rooter for almost any problems you may have.
Mark our plumber #2976 out of Aurora, IL was terrific. He gave us the options, and explained everything without breaking our wallet. Mark gave us tips to keep the lines clean and also was so professional. What began which we feared could be a dreadful issue became manageable.
