They are very good at communication. They're clear about timeframes and give courtesy call springs to let you know you are not forgotten when calling to make an appointment. The service is professional and informative. Chris Wilkins was my tech on this call and he did a good Job of explaining the issue, the answer and ideas that are preventative. The service fee isn't just cheap, but when you have a plumbing emergency, you want this type of pricing structure and action supports that. Well done Roto-Rooter. I would not be afraid to call this business later on.

I called and set up an appointment for the next day involving 8-12. No one called or left a message. I asked what the deal was and called them. They stated they tried to call me. I said I gave them two distinct numbers. I work and am going to be able to pick up a telephone if I am on the phone. I'd have heard the message as it was my landline if you called the number. Anyway, after ruining my entire morning Would not call them EVER!
This is where it all began to go back. They awakened the carpeting (needed ) and removed the baseboards (also needed ) but would not cut into the dry wall as it was believed a cat2 and not a cat3 flood, even though the water damage from the wall has been visible to the naked eye. They put up 10 lovers and one humidifier and stated they would return Monday. 2 comes and goes, I call and get the classic"we have called out to a really big job. It'll be around 5"... 5:15 I get a telephone"it's going to get to be tomorrow". Thanks for wasting my whole day...
10/10 would not* recommend Roto-Rooter for almost any water restoration needs. Is their prompt focus on the way on a weekend. I called about 10a about a Saturday morning desiring services because of a water heater breaking. Someone had a team on site by the close of the plus and came out within a couple of hours and much appreciated because most companies do not ship out on weekends.
Tomorrow comes, I need to call THEM to find out which time they'll come, and they say 5. They show up, unannounced at 3, and pick the lovers up.
Fast forward - I have a contractor to start obtaining the necessary repairs done to my property. She measures the water levels in my walls... 7.8%... she could not believe they didn't cut into the walls so that their lovers would really DRY THE WALLS. So it's 2 months out from the flood, I have to have my walls tested for mold, and also the dry wall cuts because Roto-Rooter insisted it had been without cutting into it dry. Extra costs because of their lazy work, unreliable employees, and all for a price much greater than most.... Never again will I call them .
I called at with an emergency that required me to switch off the water while in the home with a toddler. I had been given an appointment window of 8am-12pm. I advised that someone would be calling me and had been known at 11am. 2pm came and no one showed up or called me. When I called to cancel my appointment, and the woman on dispatch was rude. I moved with Heating & Quality First Plumbing and somebody showed up over 45 minutes of me calling.
I call @ 6:00pm and from 7:45 Adriel(#5868) was in my house working on my main line. Adriel was a fantastic guy, he was very worried about good my drain back to there best. Thank you so much Adriel!! I was very impressed with the company.
I attempted to work with them but after 2 days of having my 4 hour time slot dismissed I simply cancelled. They were fated and at 8:30 pm, a half hour past my appointment window finished when I could wait another 2 hours, I was asked by them.

I'm so unbelievably disappointed with this provider. Yesterday, I called them to install a dish washer, which my apartment has been with no dishwasher for almost 3 months and had a consultation together to put in it. They explained they'd be here between 4-8 and chose to phone me and allow me to know tomorrow, they couldn't make it and would come. The time frame is between 12-4 and it's now 4 pm and they have yet to appear. That is so unprofessional and am not impressed. I will not be with this business, and now 2 of my times have been wasted waiting around for the plumber
We had our home sewer line cleared. The pricing structure/strategy is sneaky and opaque whatsoever and the technician was useful although the service was good. The person on the telephone wouldn't provide me a quote or perhaps a pricing for the service that I needed. They didn't tell me it would cost $360 to clear my drain until the technician was in my home working on the drain. Faced with the choice of telling my guests never go to the toilet or to swallow the cost, I found no other choice but to pay the price. I believe they don't tell you the cost until they are hanging the correct in front of your face. I think this procedure is dishonest and is evidence that they know that their rates aren't competitive while my protests did get me a 15 percent off of the cost that is mentioned.
Scheduling of the service was horrible. Scheduled support for Thursday the between 6pm and 2pm. I took time to make sure we were here. Was told that night, that somebody would come but there was no ETA. At 8pm, I rescheduled the support for the next day (the 28th) for between 9am and noon. Gently work off to meet with the technician. Nobody showed up, also I had been told there could be no ETA. I got a call at 2pm that somebody could be at my house in 40 min. I got a call the tech they went to send didn't have the correct gear and I would need to wait again. Call again at 7:30pm and talked to the supervisor and he explained that nobody that is more than probably would be able to come and again that he'd make me a priority for another day 29th. He offered a 15% discount and I consented to the 8am to time slot for the next moment. 10 min later I got a phone call from a girl on the shipment team asking me"when I required their services" and that she didn't have me to the program for tomorrow. I told her that I just spoke to her supervisor and the time was agreed on for tomorrow at 8am. She had an attitude and hung up on me. I called an requested to speak to the supervisor. Once more he said they could be in my house at 8am, and cried for annoyance and rudeness of his staff.
I can't believe this is. I will never use them again, although I've been a long-time Roto-Rooter client.
I'll say that Joe Shirey was very apologetic and very professional that I had obtained. He did a fantastic job clearing my plumbing, also was excellent with his explanation of what happened and how to stop it going.
So this morning 29th of July at 8:45am I got a call that somebody would be in my house in 45 min. Half and an hour later the technician showed up.
Wouldn't give me an"Idea" of exactly what it would cost to snake from my bathroom to the main until they sent a truck. Quoted me $469.00 if the man came. Telephone a independent plumber, had the bathroom pulled once he got here Charged me $150.00.
Joe technology #1695 was friendly and speedy. Gave me hints on as other info to assist the pipes, and the best way to prevent the clog at the future. I will use them in the future.

I felt like they actually cared about me and that they moved out of the way to ensure I got what I wanted. Another corporation had been called by me before I predicted Roto-Rooter. I needed service and was at a situation in. The other firm was interested in selling me their plans than they had been in helping me. Ashley Blumke is a complete jewel for anybody she represents. I felt like I'd made a friend. Chris Wilkins is. . .and we'd made a mess as we believed we could fix with. They were so and so friendly focused on getting my water running normally again and professional. On top of that. . .reasonable rates and I predicted at night. I didn't pay an emergency charge and the repair was very affordable. Even the call into Curtis who created the ticket was professional and pleasant. I will absolutely call here every time. You rock!

Plumber was pleasant and really friendly. Did a good job. Prices were outrageous. I had an investment property where I had the same work completed and it was under of the price roto-rooter charged at my new residence. Also, I had a $40 coupon along with the plumber said it can't be used by us since he gave us a discount. First and last experience together. It is possible to receive more experienced plumbers for of the cost from businesses.

For coming on weekends/evenings they don't charge for extra or quotes. They're my go-to source. This one in Littleton is great, although I can't talk for other offices that are Roto-Rooter.
Since they were the plumber who might get to the job daily, I had a toilet at a a couple months ago and very booked roto-rooter. The man fixed the clog, called me showed up on time, explained what caused it cleaned up.
Since then, I have had them out to the 3 more times before 2 weeks that are associated with a history of maintenance. Each time, the whole process from booking to working with all the plumber to dispatch has been very smooth. My phone number is recognized by their phone system when I may pull up the account, and call. Each time, they've been able to meet my timeframe, giving me a 4 hour window. Only once did they never match that window, and they remained in communicating with me the whole time and predicted.
He had been in every way!

Rotorooter was called by me. I had been anticipating a hassle, no appointment times, etc, but that did not occur.
What a great experience! My day started with trying to do a load of laundry, from there it degenerated to wet vac a laundry area, this, and a freaking mess all at 0630
Bob Griffon was superb! He arrived in our house immediately (on a Sunday) and mended our busted plumbing in record time! He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and on time.

I called on Monday and was told that they could make it out . I told them my mainline snaking and they would not give a quote to me but said when he got here I would be told by the guy. He showed up and stated it was not my mainline but it is $359 to snake. Other areas are $99. I paid it because it was nearly 8pm and I just wanted it fixed. I see the drain in my basement floor this morning and had been told a couple hours. It has been nothing almost 8 hours. I called and was told too bad pretty far and my appoi tment was between 11 and 1. It's 4pm. Worst service. People are fine, tech was not. Overpriced but you do not know until they are in your residence. 10 hours waiting 8 today and one day
I called Roto router this Afternoon to Assist me with the drain cleanout called from the ad on Google when the Tech arrived at the house he demanded $400 upfront there was N't Any Conversation of $400 being the charge when I was on the phone so I called back to talk to a Manager and That I was hung up on twice $400 for a drain cleanout must be a mighty fancyexpensive clippers to run through the drain I will never use this Specific rotor router company again
