I got a 4-6pm appointment, but they got backed up, and said they might come at 11PM. Wifey vetoed that, so it was scheduled for 8AM - Noon. They had completed the job in 30 minutes, and got here at about 12:30. (Yay! ) ) Including obtaining the stuck snake outside that I had tried (never again).
For the type of work they are famous forclearing clogs, and I highly suggest them.
Our sewer line obtained clogged. Couldn't wash clothes, use the bathroom, shower, or wash dishes. I was able to get a power snake stuck down the tub overflow line.
Unless you are desperate do not call these folks

I've got a professional. The type with stayer and a long neck. Anyhow, sprayer wouldn't retract...I tried turning to p tangle and ended up twisting up and now had no water stream. I needed to call plumber because of accessibility and Couldn't untangle
You believe you wouldn't wan na give even one star to this company if you get fucked by this business. This company ship a man called Elio Pena who assessed the problem arrived at my house and lent $550 to replace part of my pipeline behind the toilet shower wall. Seemed like what was fine.BTW this man didnt have some parts in his HUGE truck, he did visit the Homedepot to purchase components. When he came backhe didnt do the task since he promised, but used a very simple method to join my valve back.I didnt understand for what reasonhe explained that is how he can do and used filthy language in the phone and hung me up. So angry at this Organization
The service was excellent until the problem was solved and the technician remained with me. The snake ran till we figured the problem out. Fantastic support.
Roto-Rooter gave service to us. Ronnie, our tech, was quite helpful from the get go. He explained services and offered. The work was done. Definitively would phone them, particularly Ronnie again!
