Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I cannot explain the relief I feel. I had an emergency plumbing problem that came to a head now. This problem has been ongoing for a while and I paid a whole lot to resolve the issue for it to go back. When I realized that I had to cover more than I'd budgeted I almost cried knowing I did not have any working toilets in my house and I didn't have any extra money to cover. LET ME TELL YOU!!!! Steven Santiago and Jeff arrived at my house and Steven (OMG... ) he bent backwards to speak to my landlord and provide a fair quote so I can have working toilets. After speaking with Steven, my spouse agreed to pay for the services and I almost dropped since my landlord is not that easy to come around in regards to paying for quality house care. There's no words in the English language which may explain my full appreciation for both Steven and Jeff, but largely Steven Santiago (manager). I am so thankful, and blessed! Endless vibes are sent by me to you!

Top to bottom, these folks are not able to help you when you want it.
Bottom line, they could not guarantee a man (who was clearly the one person who understood how to work with copper pipe) here until after our evenings tonight or at the earliest 11 am tomorrow. Since their record was poor, we chose again to call someone else.
I would, if I could go less than 1 star. We used them a long time ago and made a note to not use them . We could not recall why, but saw that they had high ratings on Angies List and here. Our kitchen faucet was replaced by me and discovered that the hot water wouldn't flow. In my experience, that meant that the valve was awful. Regardless of taking testimonials and experience into account, I phoned and they said they'd be between 2 & 4. While I had been on the phone with a supervisor at 4:20 he showed up. I told him what the problem was and it turns out that he was not armed and couldn't do repairs on aluminum pipe. Since I thought all plumbers knew how to operate with the substances that sounded odd to me.
Copper pipe has been used in homes for over 40 years. It's unfathomable that is not equipped to nor able to or be equipped to operate with aluminum.

This is my plumber I call. I have had plumbers guess and come diagnosis and end up leaving me disappointed and carrying. Roto that a rooter Orlando gave me a free quote did a diagnosis that is right and completed in good time. Being a military retire I hate companies that play up and games sale me. These men are true to their word and are dependable! Thank you Airborne!!!!

Called for service 4/4/2019 because of the cold water in the bathroom tub was coming out. Then he gave me a varying cost of about $300 and parts but he didn't know just how much the component was and needed to go to the shop to purchase it prior to giving the cost to me. He asked for me to sign off that job before I had a cost. I declined and told him that I bought the cartridge and wanted the cost first so he went into the shop. The cost was. An hour later he is complete and cuts the shower and that water was coming out. So he takes it all apart again and appears inside of the shower and sees stone and this is the problem. So that you didn't have to replace the cartridge that you are currently charging me $385 so I say. After moving back and forth for a little while about the reason for the cold water issue. He chooses some stones with a instrument flushes the line, and puts everything back. The water is hardly coming out and 4 hours later he informs me that will cost additional $700, and that they're likely to have to cut the wall, cut the pipes to get out the stones. At this point, I didn't trust him so that I declined and decided to go with a different company. I got another company to come out, they properly diagnose the problem (which was replacing the shower whole shower valve), and mended it. So the summary is I wasted 4 hourspaid $385, and they did fix the issue. Their prices are inflated and when they're mistaken, you have to pay even.

So overpriced it's like you are paying every time they appear. For knocking your door you are charged by them.

Michael (#3119) called before he came; came on time; very informative and professional. Quickly gave me two options to solve it and recognized the issue. House was constructed in 1971. I afterwards watched the results on camera and select the more expensive but through clean out for the drain. Includes a calendar year's worth of maintenance and a 3 month guarantee. Fantastic service. It was the option although I'd been warned off franchises. Outstanding work cost particularly for a weekend. Highly recommend.

I've had someone come before to look at my kitchen sink and said to pour clorox down the drain and it should fix the issue of why the water went slow. That did not work. I decided to call Roto-Rooter. They had been at my home within the hour, recognized the issue, and mended my drain quickly. So I am happy my spouse is happy. Thank you a lot for your fast service and professionalism. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had! This being my first house I wasn't even sure how to begin to mess. I predicted Roto rooter...1. They showed up. The gentleman did minor repairs not certain what. He explained he replaced 2 pumps and flappers. 3 the bill was $400. 4 He had been at my home less than one hour. I went to Home Depot the following day and priced all the parts for less than 45!!! That is $355 in labor! Outrageous! Last time I ever call a"pro". I ended up replacing the flappers myself a week because since the silicone flappers in we're so cheap they would move around, he place the toilet continued to operate. YouTube who sh$&!!

I called them to come out and look at a tub. Eddy the technology was great. He also fixed the tub and went above and beyond to wash up afterwards and describe me everything. Thanks Eddy!!!

Good service. We called in the morning and they arrived before noon. Honest and reasonable pricing. Would use again.

The guy arrives, really wonderful guy, fixes it in is good. So, once you really get service it is good. It's just getting to the service!
Made an appointment online a few days early. Got a call stating it may be as late as 6pm. Then I got a call at 6pm stating it might be as late as 8pm. Then I got a call saying it'll be really late or can reschedule to Saturday between 8am-10am and get a reduction. Next morning, I get a call at 9 saying it'll be possibly 1030am earliest or can reschedule. I needed things to do so I rescheduled to 6-8pm. 8pm rolls around and I had to call them and they said it'll be nearer to 9pm. I ask to speak to the supervisor of overlooking a phone call and he accuses me! I get him to give me. I had to call them again and 9pm rolls around and they say their van broke and it might be till midnight. I say, I don't care how late it is, let us get this thing done. Then I get a call saying he will be there in 30 minutes.
