Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

He came on time, and determined the problem's root: Toilet wipes! The ones recorded on the package as"flushable!!" He solved the issue and schooled me on the fact that wet wipes could indeed be"flushable," but it doesn't create them biodegradable like toilet paper. So they will accumulate at the base of the pipes. Lesson learned. The ones advertised as being flushable!!!
Kostadin came out and cleared a blockage in my water line that has been causing water to back up in the shower and tubs in two baths. When the toilets in each room was flushed, it would appear in tubs and the shower. These baths are over the garage, and also a sizable quantity of water leaked the ceiling in the garage down .
The garage ceiling's issue still needed to be solved, and Kostadin was on it. He scheduled to have Adam out of Roto-Rooter's water restoration staff come within the morning to assess the damage. Adam came out and assisted me with filing a claim. Roto-Rooter's came out the following day to start the water restoration procedure. They finished it in just a few days, and aided refer me to a different company to patch up the ceiling and bathroom tiles.
I am quite happy with the overall procedure. They were professional and very efficient, and gained my confidence.

He worked fast and the bathrooms were installed within a couple of hours.
The only reason behind the low score is because I believe their pricing. To one, I repeat, ONE bathroom, he offered $600. I needed three bathrooms finished. I wanted to pay $1800 for bathrooms. He worked together with me and got the cost down.
I called 4 distinct companies in hopes of having my bathrooms after getting my floors redone in my dwelling reinstalled. Roto-Rooter was the firm accessible and responsive. For that I am appreciate. They had same day service.

Be aware before you agreed by this Roto-Rooter office on the service proposal. The tech did a bad job assessing the what and where the real difficulty of the sewer line stoppage. Insisted on the sole way to repair the stoppage would be to excavate & replace' of the line. It would've cost me $8500. But, I have it fixed by others.

I had a toilet back in my home, and the water caused a huge amount of damage. The day it happened, I phoned Roto-Rooter and they came out over the hour. Their water restoration guys were called by the plumber and they went to work. During the next week, they ripped the contaminated stuff out and got out the blowers to everything. They were definitely my advocate throughout the whole procedure. I'd use them again!

He did not wish to talk about that, told him so discourteous can't possibly expect me to let them touch my house and I've seen enough of your business .
My recommendation is to call anyone else, they could at least show.
Called me at to tell me they MIGHT have a tech available mid to late day, I asked him when he was going to admit THAT MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 8:00 AM!!!!!

This company has existed for a while and I have always considered them to be a go to company, but I have to say that I am very disappointed with them. I had along with the technician looked after it quickly but later he told me that I would need to pay another amount so that it could be replaced by him and that he scraped his line. This really is new to me since I have been working in the care field for more than twenty years and when a tool broke on a job website I would never charge a customer .

The services were above exemplary. They could diagnose and resolve my plumbing problems in an issue on 15 minutes. That's literally it took them to identify exactly what the issues were it was done. I'd been dealing with it for months. I'm a really busy person, so that I would highly suggest Roto-Rooter strictly on the staff's speedy proficiency. The services were beyond and above the call of duty.

Moved to a new house. Day one we had super water pressure and it took 10 minutes to find any water.

Kostadin with Roto Rooter came out overdue. He explained everything that I had and why and had been friendly. Following replacement and a fresh PRV of a water heater I can sleep easy that my basement won't flood.

More to the point, I had an extremely pleasant experience. I'm not a person. I have watched one too many applications about Plumbers ripping off the average Joe. Since I found Guy to be knowledgable and trustworthy, that went out the window. He took care of our problem and was very professional. Thank you so much!!!
Because everything requires websites I joined yelp. I tried calling the primary Roto-Rooter amount and they wouldn't take my verbal comments. I was advised to visit Twitter, fb, Goggle, etc to depart my view. I finally got a normal address to hand write a note...

I would have given RR which rather if there was a rating lower than 1 star. Had them substitute the major water line from the street to my home (about 525 ft ). The 3800 charge seemed fair considering the job's scope. They spent for the plastic pipe and then decided to take a nice long lunch. They proceeded to dig the old lineup and then returned at around 2:30 pm with the pipe. They left a mess of my yard since the bucket could not cut a nice fine line. Why they bought 2 pieces of pipe rather than one, when I inquired they said it was all they could detect. I didn't want two pieces since would be a splice underground in which enormous amounts of water might break and leak. Day 2 they showed up in the afternoon and worked to the dark (around 9:45 pm) to finish up. They promised to return following day to wash up. Day 3 no-show. Day 4 no-show. I called the supervisor but to no avail. I eventually resorted to issuing a"stop payment" on my test for full payment to get their attention. It worked! They sent you fellow to perform the clean up and he really did a good job. Although he spent the day telling me the way underpaid he was and falling HUGE hints that a TIP might mitigate his plight! I compensated RR in-full for the job. Fast the water line broke about a week ago. Called and left messages asking for my line to be fixed under my 5-Year guarantee. Never have some call backs. Resorted to repairing it myself. Bottom-line... this company will call you back if there's $$$ in it for them. If not... go fish! Their warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on. The supervisor I dealt with was named Norbert. He became impossible to achieve when the deal was signed. I would not recommend this business to anyone, EVER!

I've had two minor problems in my lease and Ray Diaz has assisted me both times. Great customer support! Very friendly and helpful in explaining what he do. He stands by his work. Additionally quite prompt in arrival. Would definitely recommend!!

Roto Rooter arrived in 2 hours and could get the job done quickly. Jerry was fair also we could repair the issue at a price. We avoided lifting and lifting the toilet ($400), and simply used motive to ascertain it is not essential, so we just had them seal the toilet down and replace a leaky floor pipe for $50.

When my renters called at 6pm on Friday night, I had someone right away. We known as Roto Rooter and Ray Diaz managed to come out. We explained what occurred and he fixed it had been very specialist and managed to repair. After we had problems at our house the very next day; we called him and had him come check out our issues and managed to correct within a reasonable amount of time. I'll call him!

I got on the Roto Rooters website and I have been having issues with my plumbing for a week and easily made an appointment. I received a call once Kostadin Bogdanov was approximately 30 minutes away. When he came he had been wonderful, friendly and fine. He got right to work and was finished in 30 minutes finding my difficulty for a cap out of my shaving cream had gotten stuck in the pipes and also when I had previously snaked it had flipped the cap like a flap so the snake did not get it. I have not ever had a pleasant encounter with a utility or plumber specialist before. I appreciated him describing it fixing the problem and doing it with a grin on his face in a timely manner.
