Roto-Rooter

Hi, frequently people simply remark or contact Customer Service with complaints or problems....this is of.... To begin with , he removed the drain through to the key access. We spoke about saving cash and doing the key vs not doing this. Well early in the snaking, he was pulling out follicles. It had been years since it had been snaked out, and obviously much too long. A snaking had been suggested by him in approximately 12 months from now, and if tidy, consider around 24 months to the next moment. After what was approximately 5 hours on the job, and I am pretty sure he was very exhausted, after removing his equipment, he started to wash up the heavier part of puddles that had dripped off the machine. I advised him not to worry about cleaning as we'd need need to wash with bleach etc.. He washed up fairly, and said he felt awful about the mess. Brian is a great service tech, today, and I commend of his campaign.

Problem in our house with drainage. Keith worked within our semi arid drainage pipe to get things working Wonderful man and fine job!

PS-I still remember the Roto-Rooter jingle out of if I was a woman (it had been a moment ago) but this is a 40 year old family owned company, from that franchise. It's clear that they're family owned and operated, and as a client, I believed that household vibe.
I received several quotes which range from a great deal of work and also $5000 to a out of the wash out at a portion of the original estimate, and no repairs needed. The honesty, the reply and the caliber. I am thankful Dave and Josh fixed my problem. Thank you Roto-Rooter.

According to our experiences, is should you've got the need urge Roto.
It is usually as a result of unfortunate circumstances that you're calling for a plumber. I imagine it's always due to unfortunate circumstances if you don't know one 21, that you're calling for a plumber and the call is irrelevant to their livelihood.
We had to call for assistance involving also pipes and a clog, with the kitchen sink. Not merely was Roto Roofer able to accommodate our work schedules with day visits (after hours fee) and a Saturday (no later hours fee), that was appreciated, we were always given excellent customer support from the technicians. Additional points for not just being good at your job but also very friendly and absolutely willing to engage in Q&A and clarify some"why" for us. If prefer to call Zach due to their assistance that is outstanding out.

No no no!!!!!!! 100% useless!!! To come out to our house, run a snake, charge 200some bucks, hit some presumed"ice hockey"... let's the back up of mud and dirt is from ICE... then see the cap outside is off, PIPE IS LEVEL WITH THE GROUND, is completely off.... Meanwhile MELTING SNOW and mud/dirt pourssss in to drain. Not a peep about coming back to match it, or placing to prevent the dirt from keep pouring in. 110% useless! Don't waste your hard-earned money!!!!!!!! Management should contact me. That was unacceptable.

We had a main drain backup on a Saturday night. We got a call back from the ceremony person within ten or five minutes, had him within 45 in the door and called the Ann Arbor number, and he was gone with the drain emptied within a second 45 minutes. This was the second time we've used RR through the years and both experiences have been great.

Our cellar was flooded on December 2nd and Joe came in and set up a sump pump. Since he said that the pit was not deep enough, he didn't want to provide guarantee to us and we have to remove the backup pump to make more space for the actual pump. We asked him to come back a couple of weeks to remove the pump up pump. He did, however, he never gave us guarantee although we did what he advocated. He went outside to look at the pipes that are connected to the pump either (we found out afterwards that one of those pipes was broken causing the water to be pumped too near the house). A week later he eliminated up the back pump we were out of town and we had a good deal of rain. Our basement got flooded again It was way worse than the very first moment. Kevin from Roto-Rooter came now (Joe was not on call that day-January 1st) and he said that the pump was not plugged in all the way. Could you imagine our frustration when the previous person who plugged it was Joe!!! And the company do not wish to take any responsibility for this mistake. We must pay thousands of bucks AGAIN to correct the basement. Very unsatisfactory. We are seriously considering suing the company because their incompetency is costing us thousand of $. What makes me mad is that they don't actually wish to take responsibility for their mistake.

For clearing out the house sewer lines, our plumber recommended this support. Within hours Zach was on-site of their promised time. The entire system cleaned and removed and cleaned up afterwards. Zach took the opportunity to spell out in detail everything he was doing, also gave suggestions for minimizing problems to us. He was considerate and efficient - !

Roto-Rooter managed to get somebody out straight away and Brian, the technician, did a great job delivering service and describing everything that was being done. No sewer back up and everything is operating freely through the plumbing system!

They have been used by me in just today, in addition to the past. Zack was the technician, he had been polite extremely punctual, clean and knowledgeable. We had shrub roots in our sewer today which he quickly and efficiently addressed. I would recommend them.

Have our Sewer line cleaned out to the main from the home and we wanted to schedule some routine maintenance. As we were quoted almost 300 bucks for this the quote we got was expensive for the support needed. We ended up picking another local business for about 1/3rd of the price. 3 Star is because of the overpricing. Not due to this ceremony.

I had! Zack talked me through the process and came out as scheduled. He told me all the outcomes some more costly than my options and others. My clog was attached to some sump pump. He used the camera cleared the clog and found the problem. So that it's just right that I leave a review, I rely on Yelp for reviews. It was a positive experience none the less, although I spent a little more than I desired. I use them again if I had to and would recommend this company to a friend. (Hopefully I will )

I learned that Roto-Rooter is your firm my construction hires for plumbing issues, which further increases my confidence. I will definitely call them.
Roto-Rooter was able to come the same day of the day that I called. They shipped over 45 minutes and two experienced technicians that the drain was cleared. Several hundred dollars were charged for it, but I thought the cost worth it considering another plumber attempts had been defeated by that the clog.
I originally called Edwards plumbing, but after hours of job they failed to eliminate the stubborn clogs (see my review for more details about that experience).
I had a horrendous clogged drain (laundry machine problem, maybe not toilet-related) and my sinks were backing up/draining slowly. When the sinks started to overflow, the drain became hastened.

I have both used Roto Rooter on several occassions, both professionally and personally. The previous review is right, Orangeburg is a massive issue in this region and I use Roto Rooter pretty exclusively for my clients (I'm an Ann Arbor Realtor) purchasing or selling houses of the Orangeburg era. I also use them for general plumbing difficulties, i.e. toilet leak or bad drain smell. I have discovered in every instance they are professional, honest and educated. They are priced and also do a fantastic job! Finally, I have not seen a buttcrack! :0

I used roto-rooter to come clear out my shower on 9/5/13. I was fed up so I decided to have someone come out it with massaging drano down my 15, with having results. They ran a line down and unclogged the drain for $205 total was excessive given that they're based in Ypsilanti and I am in downtown Ann Arbor. But they appeared to have fixed the problem and I had been happy. . Of course their guarantee was only 30 days so I'd have to pay 200 even though it has been less than 2 months because they came. I give them one star because they overcharge and didn't give any greater results than a $ 7 bottle of drano to me.

I utilized Roto Rootter if my regular plumber wasn't offered. It was a mistake. The first tech came out and cleared the outside drain. He was told that the toilet was backup so why he did the outside at a charge of $288.99 is a puzzle to me. He worked for approximately 5 minutes and left. Tenant called me to say she was having troubles. I called Rooter back and they returned the following day and took off the toilet, snaked and called the problem solved in a $200.00 charged. Surprise I just got a call that the problem is nevertheless there.Roto Rooter is not worth the hassle. I'm out of $500.00 and I'm right back where I began. Locate someone else

Jan.24,2012 Roto - Rooter: Anyone at the Ann Arbor area with a house built prior to the mid 60's likely has a sewer system made from orangeberg. The lifetime of that procedure can be somewhat brief, on the west side look around in the lawns being awakened and you will find an idea. Imagine our surprise since we have educated when ours dropped and then found the huge cost to repair the system. Input Roto-Rooter! As soon as I called them anticipating a guarantee yield from cleaning the line in November (that incidentally is 90 day's slightly longer then most) and imagining the willow tree next door got thirsty again I was not concerned. They responded within the hour. Problem 1 - in around 100 feet the snake (that is what they call those augur type things) hit something and it was difficult to return the snake to its rightful home. Problem 2 - lets run a camera and see what's what - low and behold we see water filling up the tube again and something we can not pick on. Call in reinforcements - another Roto-Rooter guy! Conclusion; ORANGEBERG the offender of discontent to shining sea. Input the Roto-Rooter boss today we have its chilly as the sun has gone down 3 trucks along with a catastrophe as we discover I might be unable to shave in the morning. However they did break through the line enough to allow usage and no hotel bills, did I mention it was chilly. Quote for repair - Ugh not great - but tech is a thing. The procedure my life long buddies use that was now is called pipe breaking and ends up with a pit near the home and one near the road. That is where they will pull a pipe made from a highly basic combo whilst essentially pressuring the pipe in the surrounding ground (believe stent) and forever solving outdoor plumbing issues, well sewer line problems anyway, no trenching. My research indicates a long-term cost advantage together with the procedure verses trenching and can be highly recommended. After working with these guys daily (actually watching these men work) I learned that the team hired to do the job not only understand what they're doing but have the method almost down to a science and boss I mentioned earlier, David, was correct there, at the sand with his folks making it happen. Pretty refreshing to take that shower once they left to heat - .
