Fantastic service and superior workmanship!
Royalty Plumbing will be my first call for any plumbing problems in the future.
My water heater started leaking and Leon at the end of the day on a Friday nevertheless came out to give an assessment to me. Obviously, I had a new water heater however Leon not merely checked for warranty but found a top quality water heater replacement in precisely the same manufacturer. He completed the replacement in a timely manner was instantaneous, and charged a fair price.
Leon would be highly recommended by me.
Leon is quite professional, advises his customers and he is knowledgeable. Fixed, in our home, what others had done wrong and evaluated issues before they occurred. He's reliable and punctual. When he has time to 16, A man of few words but he is quite personable.
Leon came out to offer me. Good advice and his estimate was fantastic. I think we using him for our new toilet.
First American Home Warranty is BS also! Do not do it!
"Royalty" Plumbing was delegated to my plumbing claim from First American Home Warranty. . The guy that I dealt with over the telephone (Leon) was unprofessional to say the least!! So I requested another contractor be delegated to our plumbing issue. . What a joke!

Leon is a small business guy, a trait that is difficult to find these days particularly from big-name businesses.
Leon came to the house for a diagnosis of a leak saturating my dining room ceiling. After 30 minutes, he believed it'd be best to get a roofer out to have a look, to be as non-invasive to the ceiling. While waiting on an appt with a roofer, Leon told me exactly what to look for in the event it had been a plumbing issue.
The following day I found that which Leon called him back and advised me to look for. He found the problem, cut the amount of the ceiling out as possible and came on that day. We then scheduled the plumbing"surgery" to happen 2 days later, on a Saturday (Doesn't bill x-tra for evenings either!) . Others wanted to charge much more to appear where Leon made 3 trips, parts/labor for a low amount, and have a look.
Leon did a fantastic job in my house with some plumbing repairs. I recommend him & Royalty plumbing.
I have not used him yet but he'll be. We are in the process of buying an older home that demonstrated many plumbing problems during the home inspection. Not knowing anyone I moved to locate reputable plumbers to assist out me. We are not the owners of this house. We are purchasing it from an elderly women who rather than fixing the problems, only needs us to get estimates on the repairs and that will be taken by her . Seems fair enough. First, not one person would treat me and told me Id have to have the owner call. If the broker could call I asked and they said no. Second, most of them wanted a deposit to come outside to provide the homeowner an estimate. And when she chose to do the repairs, the deposit would be deducted by them . I asked if her deposit could come off our repairs and advised them Id pay for the repairs and they said no. What the? Actually none of them would work together with me. They all told me that a technician would need to come as they don't charge by the hour its 26, estimate the job onsite. I begged one person to offer me anything as I needed a tough idea so that I can proceed forward with closing escrow. NOTHING. So I locate Leon read his great testimonials and guess what? I told him I needed a quote for the items mentioned and he gave me his price. Granted I know a rough estimate but he took the opportunity whereas those firms wouldn't. Maybe not that Team Dave Logan had anything to do with the pipes on his site's Corporate greed, they missed the mark. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you Leon, I will be calling.
Leon at Royalty plumbing saved me of hiring the guy from a mistake. Leon told that my water heater needed to be replaced and quoted me a price to me. Then I had another firm quote me a price of the sum Leon quoted me. No fees came up. . .no anything that is extra. I received a brand new water heater installed at the price he gave me. Thus far so good!
