Fantastic experience with Rumpca Services. Through a furnace test from a HVAC company that was competing, we found our 13 year-old furnace consider replacing or needed an expensive part . We chose to get quotes for a replacement furnace and decided to proceed with Rumpca Services. The replacement quotes were all similar but Rumpca was able to replace/install the brand new furnace within two days of the quotation. Good communication from the support staff and the estimator. They have been timely, professional, courteous and seem to have done a great job with the setup. Just in time for the coming winter.
Our A/C was on its final legs right through the first heat wave of the summer. It wasn't in stock so that they needed to purchase it in although we purchased a brand new Lennox AC. On account of this heat wave, their builders weren't going to be able to put in a brand new one for about a week. With the temps supposed to be flying over the weekend BEFORE our got installed, we made a few query calls for Rumpca until the new one can have installed and they sent out a tech to assist limp our previous. THIS, regardless of their schedule with additional a/c calls, they sent somebody out to attempt to get our a/c that was previous to hang on until the next week! That is customer service. We hope their people, Rumpca and their quality of installs. Thank you Rumpca Team!!!
