Is wonderful. They arrived in my home about an hour later I called, for a plumbing"emergency", so we had no appointment. Their prices were reasonable and they were honest and productive. I cannot say enough and today we have a plumber for when you is needed by us. Thank you so much.
This company is quite pricey and not friendly. Job was to replace faucet and they charged $450 for a job. The technician said he would email receipt of payment and also come back to complete job when he discovered the part. He tries to contact lead to voicemail and has done. Since there are too many choices, I would not recommend this business.
As the Sam T's truck left my neighbors house yesterday, I chased him down to ask a question concerning my dishwasher and also to ask. After describing the issue, Phillip stated"let me have a quick look". His appearance saved me the cost of a new dishwasher. The individual that installed my garbage disposal, didn't turn the water back on under the kitchen sink. (this was the issue, there wasn't any water once I began it.) Thank you for being professional and kind. That is rare nowadays in the business world. I shall call Sam T's for any upcoming plumbing support. Thanks Phillip...
Had an issue on Sunday night but not a crisis. I was able schedule an appointment for the next morning and to talk to someone live. They ended at a price that was reasonable and came out in time. Call them to save time.
