Desired to have a shower unclogged. It took about15 minutes. Charged $150. So that I was not super enthused about getting a bid for a project that is bigger Generally expect to pay around $100 for a clogged drain. Steve called and sent somebody who provided a bid alongside some suggestions to me and seemed very knowledgeable. Steve himself really cares about the integrity of his business and has exemplary customer support. He offered to use me, when he realized I felt ashamed for my previous call. His foreman and steve could change my initial impression of the company, and I would certainly recommend them and use them later on.
I would highly recommend Steve to anyone, he is very knowledgeable and honest.

Tried Steve because my regular plumber does not work weekends. Very attentive and conscientious- got upgrades. Super experienced and friendly. A wonderful touch was a followup call to make certain all was working well. But very pricey in contrast to my usual plumber, but maybe this was because it was a Saturday?

I called over who saved the day, Steve and he sent a sewer specialist. He made a follow up call to make sure we were set, and later asked a lot of questions to find a sense of the issue. He appears to have a lot of plumbing expertise.

This guy is a hero. I had a shower pipes crisis, and needed to change the valve out cartridge and find a fresh handle - Steve came through like a neighbor. Although he had been in the center of a busy day, he hit on a few hardware stores made time for my loved ones and saved. This guy has years of expertise. Thank you Steve!!!
Knowledgeable, hardworking, powerful, and most importantly, trustworthy. We returned to find 2 problems it was not working and there was a pool under it. Seeing that the drip's origin seemed to be the drain , we tucked a bucket and called Steve. He asked some questions on the telephone and arrived the next morning. He explained that leaks can start because out the tank temperature turns down before leaving on vacation, which we did. He noted that the tank was in great shape therefore that it was worth addressing the drain and replacing the thermocouple rather than the entire heater. He replaced the thermocouple and it fired right up. He asked us to watch it and capped the drain . We noted that it began from the link behind the cap once it heated up, after the escape stopped. He returneddrained the tank without flood or jumble (our tank is inside the house) and replaced the entire drain , all of the time keeping me in the loop. Replacing a water heater is much more costly than one would think with the new requirements for low-NOx pollution management, so we appreciated his efforts to treat the problem. He explained each step was taken by him and mentioned having educated plumbing in Canada. Everything made sense and I was treated by him like I had a brain. He also snaked our drain 90 feet out to the Y. (We do this every 5 decades or so to prevent unpleasant surprises) He is a professional.
