Great support from Scott and the cost is perfect. Scott also takes the time to educate you on the best way best to prevent issues! Is not that great? That is potentially less work for him man, due to his ethics and integrity, I am pleased to phone him back anytime I need something or urge him.

Scott is one! When he said he would, he showed up, texted me letting me know he had been on his way and most of all was honest & his rates are extremely fair. I would recommend him, in fact we are having him return to perform some other plumbing work we are currently going to do with a remodel.

Scott was great - simple to set up an appointment a few days in advance. He showed up on time Saturday morning and gave me some great feedback on some minor fixes around my place.
He explained how I can take care of some of the things and was sensible. Would suggest Scott, and utilize him in the future.

Issue with Toilet leaking from ceiling into downstairs. We moved into the region 14 months ago. Our neighbors were texted by us . Just never called back. South County Plumbing quoted $150 to come out and $275 - $300 in addition to snake it etc.. Read Yelp reviews on the companies they recommended vs. Scott Andrew's. I enjoyed what I read so I called Scott. He called back at the hour and scheduled an appointment. He quoted me $125 for the job although he didn't have anything available and my best guess was somebody I thought would do the job fairly from time and our dialog he spent on the telephone. I opted to wait. He called me the day of early. He showed up. He revealed, did job, spent a great deal of time discovering what was clogging my bathroom and turns my sinks out also. If you require someone to come out, communicate well, work hard, update you on the issue, clarify the issue, tell you what it will cost, be honest and fair and resolve as best he could, phone him. He did precisely that. He'll direct you everything needs to be done In the event the issue is involved. He didn't have a camera to go way heavy (these are costly systems and I'm sure the bills often adjust for that outlay), but for the $$ he did everything I wanted and I will always call him and clearly would recommend him to my nighbors. GL- Scott was awesome for all of us.

I needed a fresh water pressure regulator and a brand new on off valve for the exterior of my home.Spent two entire days interviewing each company and eventually settled on SCOTT ANDREWS. I read Thru all his reviews which were all 5 stars. When I explained what needed to be done and called him he was able to provide a cost sight unseen to me and did not have to come out to seem. Not only was congenial and useful on this phone call but offered other services besides his to help out me on additional projects in my dwelling. When I told him that I needed him when possible and called him back , he squeezed me between other clients and gave me a 30 minute heads up that he had been on his way which I really appreciated. Not only knew just what to do and was on time but was professional in every manner possible and nice. His pricing is honest and prices I got were expensive and so much out of the ballpark, that there isn't any way that they were cheap for the job which needed to be done. I recommend Scott and cannot say enough positive things about him. I have more work that will absolutely use him again and again and needs to be done. Don't be afraid to call upon him he's highly skilled and knowledgeable.

Excellent work! Clean, efficient and affordable! I had two slow drains and Scott came and cleared them out.

I asked him if he could come out and give me a ball park of he gladly found time to come outside to check my problems out and just how much it will cost. He offered me than what he quoted within the messenger saying this job will take less time than he ever anticipated price. I later decided that I should change the kitchen faucet and he helped me fix slips in my toilet faucet at no excess labor charge.
Even though whole process took longer time because of getting components he tried his very best to accommodate my needs and was courteous. Highly recommended!
