In minutes I phoned the proprietor Christian, to solicit his aid since I need Service First's staff to pinpoint all and any contributor's to the flooding. I have tolerated my house in disarray nearly six months and need it fixed once and for all! I'm all set to do battle to get the FIRST time was fixed by it and counting First Residential to make that happen.
He put fabric carpets from the garage round work place and set up on sliding doors plastic. Yes, he covered the cement foundation to ensure he left a trace of debris. Nathan, quality Insurance Inspector, fell to approve the job and make certain that this customer was completely satisfied.
Nelson's joyful demeanor and love of music could make a"bad day" reverse to a great one. He asked if I enjoyed what kind and music. Then he requested permission to turn his radio as he worked and sang. Upbeat attitude and nelson's great humor is infectious --thus be ready to sing along or simply enjoy the show. All this with no cover charge or minimal drink order!
Now Nelson from Service First rebuilt the 3 partitions his company previously demolished because of condominium flooding and moisture in drywall.
After Nelson departed, I reflected on the fact my HOA was sending out 3 structure companies to investigate the cause and fix of flood. Why on earth was that the property management company contracting with 3rd chain companies lacking background rather than with a business pro: First Residential? I decided to study the 3 companies one had a top score but had only 5 customer reviews!whereas Service First rankings 4.5 of 5 stars with reviews?

The 1 star with this review is really for Marrio, the only person who is useful in Service First (last)
They took two weeks and never even finished the half.
They pushed our HOA to pay for extra testing which wasn't required (up sale for their laboratory of choice). They are super slow and leave the job pristine.
Hopefully they weren't hired by HOA . Another firm finished quality and quick and came.
They supply zero client service, since Nick does not feel that the money is coming from the consumers.
They are expensive and slow, stay away.
As others said in their critique, Nick is very rude. Their company rely on HOA orders so they can abuse the simple fact that HOA can not follow up.
They left us with sewage odor that is horrible and damaged our toilet and vanity, we end up staying at a hotel.

The repairman Marty who works for the company and knowledge and excellent customer service A was superb on time and mended my problem. . This company goes over the I had them work on HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM and tasks with me before 100% 24/7.
I had to have my home and they fixed my articles. I highly recommend Bill Valles who is extremely
Best Regards Jon L

Tyler was great at arranging work for the 2 units impacted by the leak.
Service First got the place even got the paint and dryed out to guarantee no mold, after the plumbers got done.
Work was done and looks fantastic. Hardest part scheduling and waited the steps in the procedure, for a job well done.
Christian, Thank you for getting things going.

I would like to thank Bill and Eric to their Outstanding service, when water leakage happened in my unit, they took reply arrived within one hour. They're patience and specialist to relieve my worries. I am quite love their extra mile service.

We had a flood and ServiceFirst showed up fast to everything. Out everything and preventing the damage from spreading. The team was quite considerate, fast and incredibly friendly. Ricardo and Gilberto were there ready to answer questions and help out us. Jose B., Diego B, George, Danny and Elias were really great.

The support from this firm was outstanding, several workmen came over the time of a week, and every was professional and friendly and ready to explain what needed to be done after both bathrooms and the hall had flooded. They measured the moisture from the walls, and after departing and healing fans on for a couple of days, needed to eliminate a wall. They painted it, rebuilt it, replaced the washer/dryer stackable, and left me. They left a traumatic experience.

Fantastic men, amazing customer support, great work. They came back 3 times to make sure the drywall was perfect! I have used them 3 times and would again!!

Thank you very much
I'm lucky to select this provider.
All position work professionally

This company charges $199 for quotes (most remediation companies give free quotes ).
There are plenty of reputable companies on the market, I would steer clear of this one.
I was then was moved to Nick. Nick stated it'd be 199. Nick said he had been Shannon's superior As soon as I told Nick that the $199 had been waived by Shannon. Pretty rude. I asked Nick to talk with the proprietor. Nick texted me came back stating it would really be for what most firms supply as a courtesy $199.
I called to obtain an estimate, talked with Shannon. Shannon said they charge $199 quotes but after speaking with the owner Shannon said they'd waive the $199 in case it wasn't covered by insurance. Awesome.

Had these men hired and paid for through my HOA, therefore that I can not speak to the pricing of the services I had done. But as much as service quality, it was top notch. I had two incidents of drying out and re-patching of walls which was needed. Both times did the work nicely, and the business was efficient, professional.
My only negative is that for several small things, I felt like I had to repeat myself to each new person I was talking to, like they did not possess a thorough method to pointing out special instructions to the next person in line to the remediation procedure.
Shout out to Vincent for going the extra mile and looking out for the tiny details.
As well as to Luis for making sure to go resolve the little side issues that went along with the remediation procedure that was whole.

Highly recommended and very professional service. Good estimates and on time, clean job completed with of the professionals this company has.
I strongly suggest ServiceFirst. Our realtor indicated this.
Cody, Bill, Jeff did a fantastic job with the emergency repair of the family room ceiling and were super helpful.
Charlie the pipes professional was a gem!! He advised us with the experience and expertise on the job and assisted.

I really didn't enjoy a phone call an hour after my posted inspection from Austin (would have the name wrong because I was going to work in traffic because of the incompetency of the ServiceFirst employees). He wished to create excuses for Ellias becoming in that his car broke down, late. Explanation of course but there is no reason for this to not be hauled in the 6 hours that he should have been at my residence. If state their excuse is that he had no phone. . .no reason his coworker shouldn't have phoned the company to notify them that their employee had not shown at the very least or where time they might have sent somebody else let me understand exactly what went on. . .or possibly allow me to reschedule because a 1/2 job with 2 people is going to take with only one. Courtesy, decency and professionalism are characteristics. But honestly I don't even know if I could believe anything that comes from Elias because he didn't even have the decency to own up to breaking my cabinet..who understands if his automobile actually did break down. Also not fantastic customer support when they call you right after a bad review to get started making excuses instead of apologizing for their mistakes and addressing your concerns that are own.
I had a fantastic encounter with Joel and Cody. They were with their proposition on time, respectful, respectful and enlightening. Cody also was extremely responsive when I had a follow up question that I really appreciated. The in office team was good at getting back to me and calling. The problems I had were with Ellias (not sure if I'm spelling that right ). By shifting my built in cabinets, he came with a young man and started. One of which they dropped and broke (they mentioned breaking it even after a day and a half and didn't list it on their notes into the company). The second day of support I had been told they'd be late which wasn't any problem..but then only the younger man showed up. Following his lunch break he inquired if Ellias still had not shown up (he had not ). Not only did he not inform his co-worker, but he didn't inform me or his supervisors that he was not showing up. This extends the time of this job by hours because he was not there to help his co-worker. He tells me somebody would be there with equipment in an hour. 2 hours after nobody shows up and then I receive a call from the call center saying they've been phoning me and can't find the location (they were apparently calling the wrong number). I had been waving at the truck out of my driveway and they couldn't see me. The next time Ellias was place to come called to say that he had been there 45 minutes first of the beginning of this 3-5 window and I mention I'm not home but when will he actually be there and I'll attempt to make it work and he explained 2:30pm. I sped home to meet him (see the truck there 2:20), walk in to put my baby to sleep and run downstairs when he obsessively rings the doorbell about 6 times in a row at exactly 2:30 and when I answer says"Oh you are here". Then I called to see what was occurring with the repair of my cabinet and was told they don't know who will be paying for it don't know if they will be repairing it but gave me another window I must sit around for with some man seeking to"inspect" it. That is the last thing I want to be doing. I never leave reviews but I am rather horrified at the unprofessionalism and shitty support. I urge everyone against it and won't ever go through ServiceFirst again.
EDIT into ADD:

I've used ServiceFirst for 2 jobs both between painting and drywall repair, and have been happy. Their costs have been competitive and the standard of the work is fantastic. Nick in the office is always courteous and professional. Alfonso came to my home to perform the work and he is fantastic. Alfonso did drywall fix in my kitchen and dining room and painted the ceiling and walls. I am very happy and would recommend them for recovery projects.

Really think about what work is necessary before hiring any restoration firm, and before hiring this one. Check your paperwork in case they opt to upcharge you enjoy SF did . It's a industry; be very careful.
Then, the insurance company (Mercury, just another firm to avoid) refused to pay any claim, so I requested ServiceFirst to prevent work. They did, and billed me for the"work so far". The job to date cost $16K, which included running a dehumidifier and air scrubber for 5 or 4 days. They only labor was delivering and picking up these machines. They may have charged me for days after the ceremony stopped before they picked up them, but that is not itemized within their bill.
ServiceFirst was advocated by my insurance broker to dry out damage from a water leak. The price was 2835, about double if they sent me a contract, although I got a quote of $1450. The proposal amount wasn't remembered by me and signed the contract. My bad.
The sad truth is, this is most likely indicative of the whole restoration industry. I don't think what they bill is probably out of line with other restoration businesses. Overcharging and, in my view, fraud, is the norm.

Absolutely fabulous experience for something so catastrophic. Everything has been managed by kristi and stuck alongside me til the end.

We had a water escape that is fairly significant and were known throughout our HOA to Service First Inc. Vincent O'Campo was assigned to handle the dry-out process which included identifying where moisture was, containing the damaged areas, demo'ing our damaged gutters and cabinets, and setting equipment to be sure we eliminate all moisture which would help to avoid any addtl mold development. Vincent showed up on time every day throughout the week-long job, wasn't bothered by all of our queries, and was in that he was enlightening, great. He seemed very competent and like he understood what he was doing which made us feel more comfortable. Thank you Vincent!

I could go on and on about the fantastic guys at Service First like Marty, Brandon and Nathan, and our job is completed yet! I'll just let these images of our gas line speak for them. Couldn't be more happy and I can't wait to get our gas stove that is brand new in. Thank you!
Service First knows how to get the job done. They are trustworthy, reliable, and go above and beyond. Huge plus is that !! is AMAZING I had the pleasure of meeting plumber Marty that is super. Henice, enlightening and does work that is stellar. His years of expertise and willingness to assist his clients really sets him a component from other builders I've worked with previously. Marty answered all my questions and was always available to speak about the phone.

I do give reviews I did not hire but this is an exception. I contacted Service First after chipping my granite counter. I immediately got a message telling me that while they weren't able to help me they knew somebody who would. I got the following message from them supplying all the contact information for somebody that might help me to me. I must say that they were very professional and useful. There are still people out there and also this business shows it!!!!! Thank you for the help.

My husband and I had a slab leak in our living area which influenced regions within our house. After viewing their Yelp reviews Service First was contacted by us. Due to the emergency, one Vincent, of Service First specialists, managed to address our situation. He was respectful, diligent, and adapting. Vincent managed to organize a team to get the water situation. The process they use to wash out the area and eliminate any mold was methodical. They safely contained the region to make sure no adverse air particles circulated within  our home. My husband and I are very impressed with the way. In case you have some water damage mitigation requirements at your home we recommend these men.
