I cost around as many individuals do. So far getting agents and rates who don't appear interested. Until I call Silverado. I speak with a joseph who only sounded from the beginning. He asked lots of questions, so he could really comprehend what the ideal method and also my problem to assist me. When we got into our home after being away for 15, the sewer backed up. We heard a large bubbly noise and here came up the water backing. To begin with we predicted Old Pueblo....they are for septic. Silverado was advocated by the. A nice man named Gilbert arrived at 6pm on a Sunday and got the line stuck. Thank you Gilbert! It began the next day backing up again. Silverado came out again and a guy named Nick came out to snake it. He also cleared an obstruction . Silverado stuck with it till they got the job done. They'll be the plumbing company we go to! Additionally, their logo on the truck with all the guy on the toilet is hilarious!

As I headed out the door to get a therapy appointment, our laundry area was flood. The hose attached to the water spewed water and I could not discover the shut off valves. In my panic, I called Silverado and has been told that a plumber would be there in a few hours. I cautioned about observing for your pets and gave them the garage code because I didn't understand when I'd be home.
The folks from the dispatcher to the department, went out of the way to make it operate. Because I finished my appointment to let me know he was on his 19, the plumber called. In 40 years of home ownership, this is one of the 5 service calls I have had the pleasure to get. He was pleasant and found the issue, fixed it mopped and vacuumed water up. Chris S. came out to address a stubborn drain clog. Turns out it had been three independent clogs. We had a rough beginning with Silverado, but the afternoon before a big party (which was in danger of being cancelled), Chris applied persistence and sweat. He found another late on Saturday afternoon, when his drain snake was enough. Drove out to receive it, then finished the job.
Very thankful at this end. Party saved, issues now flushed away.

I will acknowledge that Silverado was only another in line on such list. After now? They are our go-to.
But when he came? That is why I am offering this rating. Friendly and well mannered, he created the experience great. While the problem was not able to be repaired, he was able to fix our other dilemma and allow us to turn our water back on. Here's the kicker, even though spending a good chunk of time then and out labour us did not charge a cent since he was not able to fix the problem.
We plan on utilizing the assistance of Jack, and Silverado, for installing the kitchen faucet we are going to be replacing, and we might run into.
Seriously, where's the hidden cameras? This is just too good to be true.

Jack Manning was the gentleman who had kept us up to date with his coming time, and despite the long distance required to our place in where he was (roughly an hour) there wasn't a shift in tone or professionalism.
It started basic enough. Offering advice, then and having a technician return to us scheduling from that point. Standard materials, but it was appreciated how quickly a second appointment was scheduled on Labor Day and exactly how professional I was treated.
It's always difficult, and worrisome, attempting to contract an individual. Demand does not change, but the pricing does and the amount of companies to choose from dwindles. If our kitchen sink ended up turning into a geyser, we attempted to fix the issue ourselves because of this. After a few hours we scratched on itself repair occupation and attempted to get plumbers. I received in mail box two checks for the quantity of the payment made to Silverado Plumbing. Also was a gift card for Hacienda del Sol that was a really wonderful gesture. I'm not one to give bad reviews to anyone but I felt like this issue may have been solved at the tech level. The owners of Silverado Plumbing solved this matter satisfactorily.
I will never use this business, nor will I recommend this firm. They don't stand by their estimates and I'm left paying $59.95 more than the high end quote.

I am considering buying a home on the northwest side of Tucson. The owner/agent/seller ordered the inspection since they were used by her regularly. She obtained a high end quote for its inspection and camera scope of $250.95. I asked why and he told me that he needed to charge an hour for that and needed to find the clean out. His work order said that he was there for 3 hours.
Not pleased with his excuse (that I feel was incorrect ) I called the office that same afternoon, with no call back but they were closed so that I assumed I would get a call back in the morning. I never got you, so I called waited for the call back and talked to somebody in billing. She affirmed that the cost was likely to be the $310.90 because he needed to find the clean out that was right by the kitchen window and needed to dig down about 1-3 inches to locate it.
I want to just put it out there that I did not have a issue with their workmanship whatsoever and I feel that are a reputable, honest, firm but their tech could have been a little more attentive to the reality he asked for more money than I was quoted.

I have used Silverado today. The first was to repair the valve line feeding water to my property. The tech returned with materials to the next day and finished up splicing in line much further down than expected, although turned out to be outdated, soft aluminum so the task was bigger than expected. A good thing! The sole issue was that he failed to flush out the line so a chunk of solder left it's way to my shower valve, making it useless until I swapped in a valve that is new there. No big deal, we all make mistake. And in the grand scheme of things, this was relatively minor.
Replacement was smooth and performed at a good price (I think it was $750 all said and performed to substitute a 60-gallon electric water heater). Jack Manning did economically and immediately job. Thanks much for the replacement. Will certainly call them if any plumbing that is future issues crop up.

Silverado did their very best to rectify the situation--Leroy was professional and comprehension. Not every task is a winner for every organization but I think Silverado made it right and that counts for a Pt in my book.

We are very satisfied with Silverado, in particular, the pipes technician, Rodney Wills - he's the very best! Very fretting and knowledgable about taking care of the matter, goes beyond and over each moment. He is the reason.

The call taker was useful and very clear when I called Silverado Plumbing. We could have had somebody come out that day but chose to wait till Monday. The first thing Monday call to schedule a technician between 3 and noon. About 1:00 Aaron Clark called to say he had been on his way. He set to work and had the work done in under one 17, when he came. He gave guidance and explained everything he was doing. We were really satisfied. Silverado's rates were very reasonable and even with a excursion fee the entire cost for labour and parts was less than $250. I will call Silverado Plumbing for all our plumbing needs later on.

Rodney arrived and located a flow in the bathtub right away once I had some water damage. Quite gave a telephone ahead and friendly. He also removed his shoes when coming to my house when asked. Pricing employed the Yelp voucher without question and is quite fair. Would be 5 stars if he didn't smell of smoke so bad

Our company uses Silverado regularly and we are always pleased with the response time and outcomes provided by their techs. Jack helped us out and his spouse and him were very kind and courteous. Day response and service is available and they're excellent to work with.

Daniel came today (Sunday) to fix an issue in our main drain that two other plumbers had 'cleared'.' . Not only was extremely polite, he arrived when he said he would (in fact early). He found that our difficulty really quickly and was educated. Highly recommend!

Jose was our technician. He was clean, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast! He brought his own booties to wear from the home. It is part of the services.
