Wow.. These people are all about amazing! I am composing for the SolvIt insulating material group. By the moment I opened my door Tom Nelson showed up to look at my insulation issues. He was educated and kind. He took his time to assist locate the issues and write my estimate up while I fought to receive my two children under two dinner. He told me about the payment option of 0% for 18 months plus also a bell in my head rang! So I moved forward with that option which of course was upon credit 15, lol. Since I had a couple of questions I kind woman by the name of Stacy was in touch with me via email. I've had nothing but instantaneous communication with all the group. We had to reschedule due to bad weather and that went very smooth.The insulation technician Ray was super friendly, and helpful throughout everything. I am pleased and very happy with every thing I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and I will use them later on for tasks and that SolvIt has done for me personally!
This is with. So unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. I made my appointment to have my oil tank upkeep in September. They move to phone me the day before saying the person scheduled to come is not qualified to care oil tanks so they canceled the appointment. I made another appointment in November, confirming for a Saturday between 8-12 because I work. Well Saturday arrived and I got no phone call, no text message, no confirmation in any way, and nobody showed up. I called the company and they claimed my appointment was scheduled for the day before (Friday) and that their supervisor called to tell me they couldn't make it. No one called me to inform me of any of this! Now I sit squandering a Saturday, waiting for somebody to appear, they stated between 10-2, it. I call to ask for an upgrade and they claim because he is out on the road until today I'm suppose to sit here until 6:00 expecting someone shows 39, they can't call their guy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
