5-17-19 Had another fantastic experience with St. Paul Pipeworks now installing a new water heater in my home. Paul & Billy were great.
I hired St Paul Pipeworks according to a neighbor's recommendation. These guys are fantastic! Professional priced work. I strongly recommend them.
I set an appointment for 1:00-3:00pm on 04/19/19, and I received a call stating they could come first when I was. Unfortunately, I was still at work so that we agreed to keep the time period. They came at 1:15pm, and were performed by 1:40, a whole lot faster than I anticipated! I can not remember their titles, but both were fine, and one said my diy work on the bathroom was a job lol.
I had an problem with my bathroom since it wouldn't fill with water where it wouldn't flush. I reached out to plenty of plumbing companies, and St Paul Pipe works reached out to me the same day via text using a quote, since I requested to be reached via text or email. Most of the companies that responded back saying that they could not give me a quote without even coming out, soI was pleased to have at least a ballpark figure from Pipe Works.
That I was charged what was quoted, $189 for the fixes, and I had to wind up having my bathroom fill valve and flapper replaced, and $89 service charge with a $25 discount. I'm giving five stars due to the response time, being given an specific quote and also the very fact they came into my house so I wouldn't need to wait at the house all day. My bathroom works perfectly thank you!
I was looking to repair a leaky faucet, and their Minneapolis license wasn't renewed by the me previously used. So I went on Yelp and discovered St. Paul Pipeworks. They were great, from telling me exactly what they had before beginning the job (photos of my tap ), to confirming they received the photos, and then coming earlier than the scheduled period (which I'd asked for). Paul was knowledgeable and patient with my watching/questions, and he was cautious with my flooring and countertops. Fair and fair pricing.
I am glad we did, although I don't have any idea how we stumbled St. Paul Pipeworks up! They're our go-to for any plumbing needs. We've called them with jobs that were small and large and regardless of what the issue, they treat it like it's the thing they are doing. With has been extremely courteous and professional, and up front about what. I will never use a different plumber
I used St. Paul Pipeworks to Get a leaky shower. Benjamin Franklin plumbing attempted and they desired to replace the whole thing for $1000! This was crazy so I asked around and got a recommendation for St. Paul Pipeworks. Professional and friendly staff, they were able to fix the leak for ~$300. Will definitely be recommending them to anybody who needs a good plumber in the region.
Charlie and Phil are all great. A friend urged. They are responsive, so keep you informed about their job and what is happening with the pipes of your home. A washer moved to a different area and quality plumbing was also installed by them. . .and found and replaced some pipes which might have caused thousands in home repairs had they gone unattended.
I shall use these guys for my bathroom remodel.
