I am extremely impressed with Fred and his two employees who did an excellent job. It's very amazing that they could do trenchless. I highly recommend his firm and also would definitely use Plumbing and Star Rooter for any future projects.
I should locate an Trenchless plumbing firm and had water leakage from the City water pipe that is main to my house. I checked several leading Yelp reviews and contacted 3 firms. He managed also to meet me on Saturday's afternoon for a identification and estimate of this job and to take a look at the video which I delivered to him.
I just regret is that: I wish I have known and spoke with Fred.
Fred and his team arrived by the morning of Tuesday and spent the whole day removing the old pipe, hammered ouy the concrete areas that needed to replaced and insert new copper piping into the house. They wash up all of the regions and did not abandoned until 8 PM and be certain that all of the water regions of the home runs. We double checked to see as soon as the water wasn't turned on, that the City valve wasn't moving.
Fred provided all of the choices regarding my pipe situations to me and was quite professional. The best option was to perform trenchless (go underneath the concrete (40 - 45 feet), remove the old plastic pipe with full copper piping and replace the valve.

Service done on 4/22/19: Call opinion that is second above, there isn't just 1 drain, but you will find just two cleanouts!

Partner and julio come to house having stopped up drains. They state to preform out a wash they need to get on the roof and get rid of the bathroom, as there is ZERO wash out in our system. $700 to put in or something like this.
Charging this transaction back. Business is lucky we don't hit on the bond to get a claim.
Then they do something using a camera. Dunno where they did, but the problem wasn't fixed. Same orderly house issue, two days later.
Call owner, he begins strengthening naturally. Says for security his guys don't go on crawl spaces. Even more funny, this excuse the proprietor used makes no sense, cause his guys were on the damm roof of the house! What's a roof safer to get a plumber than a crawl space?

Fred came out to our leasing to assist we weren't able to clean the clogs from both bathroom sinks. Came when specified (no waiting around) and was good in walking me through exactly what he was doing and what he was seeing. Extremely transparent and professional. Cleared a bath tub drain and both clogged sinks. Everything to the house manager, being transparent with both parties.

I needed some work done. I called and spoke. Somewhat later, I received a call from the owner Fred. Fred told me that they had been very active so he went to come out and his employees were all on projects. Great. Fred showed up, followed by Robert. They were knowledgeable, professional, and equally friendly. They had been out and in in a few hours and they did a fantastic job.

We hired Joe Swyers who contracted with Star Rooter and Plumbing to substitute our main sewer line.
They ended up and repaved the street the second day.
I highly recommend Joe Swyers because he is dependable and does a great job.
He has been used by us and can't think of a better craftsman.
The job was done to our entire satisfaction and within the estimate.
Tome was shown up on by the business and substituted the line!

Scheduled to have this business come out to snake clogged drain. They were due the appointment time so I call them to inquire about status. They said they tried and had been delayed to come later in the day. He said he would be there. He is past due, however again, but this time instead of my patience he receives this inspection.

Fred and his team are amazing, very helpful that is responsive and professional. He's been out to my house several times and I had him placed copper pipes that are fresh in. Before doing anything although they were manageable but ultimately had the time to have it 21, I'd waited a while and it is working fine.

We've used Star Rooter & Plumbing a few times for minor issues such as a shower drain garbage disposal, and flooding dishwasher air gap. It was fast and simple to generate an appointment. The technicians were proficient friendly, and efficient. Their prices were reasonable. We'll surely use them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

When he got there, wouldn't you know it. . .no leak. With his understanding, Fred was able to locate and correct the leak.
I eventually had to call Fred at STAR ROOTER AND PLUMBING, who'd placed in our new hot water heater a few years back.
We had a puzzle leak under our new bathroom sink that we installed (DIY). It had been intermittent and I had been afraid it would ruin the vanity if not fixed.

Among the best managed. Juan is an exceptional individual that went over and beyond the call of duty. He maintained before the job might be scheduled/completed, our sewer line open.
Had them replace a sewer line that is lateral to the feed. Juan was their stage man and their team played the job in 1 day! Their job was effective, effective and for a great price (2k) more economical than other rivals!

Julio came to perform a sewer lateral replacement. He talked us through the measures, answered our questions, and has been connected with us the whole time. He passed the county tests and issued us a copy of the last certificate and took care of all the requirements. He helped replace an old water faucet in our backyard.

If plumbing are troublesome I would recommend this business.

Good experience with sewer line replacement. From quote to job conclusion was fantastic. When we decided to replace sewer line with method we called for estimates. My job bringing in San Lorenzo and San Leandro allows me to find out what companies are called for services. One of the most popular is Star Rooter and their pipe replacement. I was surprised how the quote was for my situation. After we decided to schedule, Juan handled all licenses and 811 stuff.
After I arrived home they showed me the flow prevention device place.
All in all the process took over my work day.

Plumbing and star Rooter is the one we call for our problems. We have worked with many businesses but not again. We insist on becoming Luis because his technique is excellent. He let us know he was running late and respectfully returned our phone phone away. He's very thorough and kind. We have his magnet because our sole guy.

I would like to highly recommend Star Rooter & Plumbing, Inc. if you need your lateral line substituted. These guys were coordinated from the beginning. They were efficient with their time and cleaned up after themselves. Did exactly what they left no wreck, promised and came in below the low bid because we didn't wind up needing to replace the connection to the sewer line! All around good men and women. Juan walked through the process and let us see what the problems were with our 70-year-old pipe. They exchanged our line working with the trenchless method. We finally bit the bullet and called them! They're in need and it took us two weeks from the diagnosis but Juan came out to ensure our pipe got us until we can get it replaced. Call them!

I was phoned by my elderly parents this morning. Everything in their toilet wouldn't drain so I reached out to consult a local plumber. He recommended Fred at Plumbing and Star Rooter. I called he and Fred explained text. Fred showed unclogged everything for a price that was Good up.
