I have used this company for many years and can not recommend them enough. As a mom, I was constantly worried that fix people might try to take advantage of my limited understanding. Never that business, however.
Kudos to Oscar and Antony who were here to fix an air problem that is unrelated two weeks back. They explained everything they did. Excellent work!

Plumbing may seem expensive yet necessary. What I had been unaware of this this Company's durability, and Community service. They've a new team, are on time, and telephone in case an emergency comes up.
Our Community relies on Stephens plumbing due to their yearly preventative care. This prevents expensive difficulties and avoids damages.

Had called up Stephens Plumbing and they shipped outside Luis sooner than advised and he had the entire thing taken care of until I realized it! Excellent work and integrity! Will use again!
Only had Stephens out again to help with our AC unit. Omar took care of the issue easily and showed up. He handled an unexpected surprise of wasps like a pro. Another reason to call them in case something goes wrong.

My heater stopped working after speaking to a friend who had used them and Stephens was called by me. Omar came out and was totally remarkable. He is one of the nicest friendliest guys I have ever met and he had been enlightening and knowledgeable. He'd my floor heater issue fixed in about ten minutes and that I now have heating only in time for the colder nights! I highly recommend them and will rely on them for my heating & plumbing needs.

Victor has replaced toaster valves and three faucets in my toilets. He and Manny changed. They covered the area with all the fixture up and abandoned everything looking like new.

Luis came outside to unclog a bathroom showed up and unclogged the bathroom.

Fantastic customer service by Joan - she knows how to make a customer happy without sending him on a wild goose chase and Ryan and authorized warranty repair and Greg who watched the photographs.
They set up an 36 gal electrical water heater at one of the rental units in Miraleste Canyon Estates at San Pedro a while past and upon recent review I found out that the connector fitting involving the bend pipe and the water heater has been corroded due to the previous installment error. After sending them email with couple and photographs of phone calls they send a plumber that took care for a warranty repair.
Stephens Plumbing is well known in South Bay, they climbed to a few of the biggest pipes companies and started their performance with 1 truck in the 80's.

Discovered this afternoon we had a leak in our water heater tank. As per normal we seemed to Yelp for recommendations and enjoyed the testimonials that Stephens plumbing got. We spoke to Dave who was extremely helpful and returned calls and called in 130pm. Arturo and cory showed up around 330pm, there was no hard sell they just offered solutions which made them easy to utilize. It is currently 545pm and they only abandoned, job done. They have been professional, extremely efficient and likable with 95 degree temperatures. Fantastic job fellas and customer services. This firm is strongly recommended by me.

I called in yesterday morning and talked to Joanne who put me up with an appointment for the very next day ( today) to replace and j stall a brand new bathroom that I purchased elsewhere
Luis showed up within the hour and installed the new bathroom and disposed of the older one-all work done within an hour!
I received a confirmation telephone call this morning from Allen this morning to let me know the technician Luis was on his way
Allen joanne and Luis were all communicated everything clearly, and addressed All my concerns They're a team

He then provided two estimates, one for just the AC for 3 heaps, and then one for the AC and heater being substituted at 4 heaps (which was closer to $14,000). They also suggested we replace our heater since it is 11 years old (even though I doubt it has been used considerably and functions really nicely ), so we're quite close to really replacing the heater using a 3 ton and adding that the AC when I chose to reach out to Stephens and another firm for additional estimates. $13K was estimated around by the other firm and did not even bother to come out to get an analysis.
My wife and had Stephens over for repairs and I used to live at Lomita. They did the job well using the service price being a little higher than I anticipated, and my only qualm was; but again, quality of work was top notch.
Our existing story starts with Costco to get HVAC install. We contacted them during the 15% money back thing (usually it's 10 percent ) and had a tech by AZ Air Conditioning (their chosen contractor) come to do the quote. He looked around our home, where the installment could go on our house evaluated, then wrote up a quotation for around $10,300 for a 4 ton unit based on our square footage. I must have been more suspicious that he did not take a look at the central heater in our loft whatsoever...
Technicians understand their stuff and do it well. Office staff called me same day after reaching out to get a quotation. Prices look reasonable for HVAC install (especially compared to Costco). If you want to bypass the rear story, jump to the ***
*** When I submitted the Stephens site contact form that they called me back a couple of hours later and advised a visit to do a quote that day after work. That's when Omar shattered my own reality and came out. He went to the loft and crawled around, analyzed the present ducts, went outside to where the unit was likely to be set up and expressed concern about running up the tube the walls and into the loft, went back upstairs to the chambers under the loft and talked about the drainage that needed to feed right into a sink drain and how that could be challenging to do without cutting open the walls, etc.. He explained that based on our ducting there was no way we'd manage to output 4 heaps let alone 3. He even called to confirm specs based on the quantity of air that may be displaced from the three lines and are ducts' dimensions that we had. AZ had not mentioned none of this, and it made sense. He then asked what we were quoted, laughed, and said it will be less.
A few months later, we obtained approval in the HoA for setup and so I emailed him back asking some questions, then never discovered again. I followed up again contacted the company throughout the site. Finally, a manager return to me, whined that the emails were not going through because they changed providers, then followed with a discounted quote of around $9800 (before money back). She delivered the first technician back to confirm everything and start the paperwork because it was a few months and now he did a broader analysis and discovered a problem: our heater was a 3 ton unit, but the first quote was for 4 heaps.
Indeed it was. Approximately $7200 to get labor and a 3 ton unit, with a electrician to run the line in our garage to the unit on the opposite side of a major wall. I scheduled the appointment and they spent doing the setup; four guys came three the second, the very first day with 2 electricians. Everybody was really nice, professional, kept things tidy, and worked hard to get the setup done with minimal damage to the home and outside. After all was said and done, the setup looked seamless and the AC appears to be working well (albeit with a bit of a rumble from shaking ). We are excited to own it, and feel great about the 1 year warranty on 10 year and labor warranty. We suggest Stephens, when we start getting some usage going during the 22, and I'll report back.

My drains were backed up and it was late at night. Louis answered and I phoned and he had been out my house in less than an hour like he said he'd be. Then he worked tirelessly to locate and repair the clog.

I discovered pricing for jobs is random. Always negotiate on quoted price and even they can tear you off. The plumber had to be invited to substitute corroded gas pipe. He planned to return later to do work for $750. I predicted gas company same day gas turned off to safety concerns along with 5 days after, the pipes company planned to fix it. I discovered an established builder to come out. They fixed pipe for $200. I've had Stephens - I realized I was ripped off in cost- the tech comes up with a random number. What I suggest- get negotiate price and a second opinion by the countless dollars.

I am very grateful for the Service that Luis sink that he knows exactly what to do and repair the problem with price that is reasonable and provided in our toilet I mean it is tough to discover a plumber like that!

Our AC was fixed by these guys in under an hour. The furnace filter was smashed by him also.
