I would recommend the pipes to your plumbing requirements of Steve. The workers were courteous and kind, from dispatch to the technicians. Lyle, audie and Ben came after calling on time and prepared to answer all the queries I had. They explained everything and were quite nice.
I had a bathroom that needed the wax ring fixed and another bathroom with a busted flapper and a few other items I needed repaired. They were not pushy and understood when there were on. I love honesty and straightforward replies and that's what you get together with the plumping of Steve. Mahalo Audie, Lyle and notably Ben to your work!
The pricing was fair and Audie broke down all the prices for me personally. I felt comfortable with their understanding of this job I requested.

I hope no one ever has a serious problem (leak etc) and gets taken advantage of at a time of distress.
The job was straightforward. Replace the fill valve in a bathroom. Steve's price $392 (following a voucher $263). For context, this can be for $20 worth of components and 30 minutes of labour. Before using a couple different plumbing businesses and the price was between $70 and $100, I've compensated for this service.
The good. The operator on tech and the telephone were equally friendly.
$50 for nothing well than I am happy to talk about my own Venmo with you like giving someone.
I paid the $50 for the quote which is and after viewing the quotation felt like a money grab like paying $ 50 and going to a restaurant. I was happy once I believed the job was going to cost ~ $100 along with the $50 will be implemented to invest $50.
Or for amount of money I might get a brand new bathroom. That's correct I could go to Costco pick up a kohler bathroom for $199 and pay $200 for another plumbing company to install the bathroom and be done.
Like paying more? Like living in Hawaii and paying for a"cost of heaven tax"?
So like I said, if you like spending 50 don't hesitate to ask for my Venmo. It took me time than it did to diagnose my own problem, to write this review.

At this time, whoever we spoke with via email stopped replying and is now leaving us believing we got ripped off as if you're going to send us a reception stating the job was 2000 but charging us +$3000 ANYONE might want to have an answer.
I am extremely frustrated just much of a hassle Steve's Pipes is currently causing our family. We had replaced our water heater recently over + $3000, which we were charged. Ok a little expensive but the man did a great job. When we spoke to someone via email asking about the price, we were advised water heaters are a flat rate charge... Ok so of someone else is shifting their own water heater and for whatever reason takes twice as much labour because actually, not everyone's home is the same and jobs like this are almost always situational, they'll be charged the same cost? That's what Steve's Pipes is currently stating.
So because of the"flat rate charge" we simply asked if we can receive an itemized receipt. Was for $2000 and was NOT itemized. SO WHERE IS THE $1000 DISCREPANCY?
Since you will get charged for things this company is unwilling to 20, please rethink going to Steve's Plumbing.
Mind you. My family asked was for an itemized receipt. I guess that is too much to ask for because the man who bought all of the components for this particular work just so happen to be on holiday (what we have been told) as if he is the only person allowed access to purchase orders. I guess maybe not.

Had a slow draining bathtub. Quotation was 49 to get someone to come look at it. Quotation to snake it add. $349! Nearly $400. Rip!

overcharging, overrated. They quoted me $2900 to change a sink and a kitchen faucet. What a scam.

I had a plumbing issue my ice line valve lever broke so I gave Steve's plumbing a telephone. These guys are fast, next thing I know they were ready and here to fix the issue. Stuart Ackley and co-worker (sorry forgot your name) tackled the problem they had to perform some MacGyvering with the pipes and wall and lo and behold they do it!!!
It's my two thumbs up recommendation approval for these guys they found fastest and the very best way to solve and correct this issue on how best to do things by watching and asking what they do, and I got a little education. Therefore, if you're in a fix try giving these guys a call!!!

Make sure you shop around and get estimates! These guys charge"per job" so even if a job requires just 1/2hr they will still charge the estimated $500 or what outrageous quote you have from these guys.
Oh ! Their costs have went up! Over $500 to swap a bathroom and more than $200 out to change out a toilet that is broken manage? That is simply ludicrous‍

Site contact form to request quote for water heater installation. Project would involve removing old heater, upgrading electrical , and installing new. Was phoned to schedule someone to emerge and provide quote. Was then told that there could be a $59.99"Dispatch Fee" to get someone to give me an estimate. Waitwhat? You expect me to pay you to offer an estimate? Not bloody likely. Here's a hint people - if the company would like you to pay to get an estimate, RUN. Speaks volumes about the organization's integrity.

Installation of my new Toto bathroom cost me $988.00. I am disheartened that Steve's pipes would charge customers $786.00 in labour & markup cost. When you have enough time, I would highly recommend.
He was knowledgeable informative and respectful. He replaced my bathroom in a timely manner and I was pleased with his customer services.

Caroline had excellent customer service over the phone. She was considerate.

All I will say is they are the best..After a few minutes from posting a request for quote they messaged me immediately. . It is hard for me to describe what was wrong with our bathroom but they said they had a guy in our region that could check out the toilet..Within 30 minutes Matthew came over and walked through what was likely to take place. . Every detail and questions have been answered..He even let us know what couldn't be done that night but did whatever he could to let us be able to use our own water since we had to shut it off so as to stop our water from running all night. .

This business employs Field people that are rude and disrespectful. I will not use or recommend the business for any services.

I have to say that this is the best plumbing service was more because they have communicate JUST RIGHT using a client here!!!!!! I mean that there were distinct people texted me, communicating with me with individual and did well with messages and time.
He also fixed the pipes pipes under the sink, took his time to be certain all works well. A buddy fixed that therefore I'm glad he was able to pick this up out there and make it right.
I appreciate that the most such or that they did not give me time with making calls. Really convenient.
He installed a coil water pipes so we are able to enjoy drinking water 19, attached to my fridge. Eventually after 3 weeks of using plastic water bottles along with a little dispenser!
And among their servicemen, did very well here. His name was here since 8:30 am and is Roy and it is now 4:30pm

Good customer service, but priced rather significant. Roy was the tech who helped me change out a few kitchen sink pipes plus he did a superb job. He was skilled, personable, patient and knowledgeable. I enjoy the company's follow!

10 PM Friday ~ called for a clogged drain for quote. Answering service (supposing ) says that they can give me a quote just when they get onsite. Should I agree to quote, They'll start work. She then says there is a charge of $250. I asked why it had been so high. She said that it's as it's after 5PM. I asked how much could it be when they came out earlier 5. She said $39.99. To me this is an overtime charge! If it's not it's really MISLEADING!

TODAY 10/12/18 my husband called and they stated they could come on Sunday. Called back and they could send a person over TODAY since his job was finished by their tech.
I was still unsure about which he had been talking about and then I discovered,"the faucet will be FIXED!!!" Now phrase shook me from my stupor that was post-work! It had been dripping water for a long time. Far too long than I cared to admit. We had a bucket so that we can recover some of that water that we stuck beneath the faucet. The reason it took so long was because we were fearful we would need to cut through the wall to repair it. And we did not want to invest alot of cash redoing the bathroom for this.
After weighing the alternatives, (there were like 3) Ken left to get an obscure part to repair it. Managed to find the part and mended it. No And EVER AFTER is residing happily.

Removed and replaced a bathroom that was really very very old with a new spankin' new Toto bathroom.
Checked a copper hose on the water heater I've detected some patina and clarified about it and cleaned it up.
Brayden was awesome! I worried that I would be taken advantage of since I was fine. But this was not the case.
He did not rush at any region of the job. He took his time to make sure he got everything. Took a peek at some things I made sure I was comfortable with the outcomes, before he abandoned and gave me his opinion, also had questions about. Assured me that there would be no"callbacks" with me with any issues.

Unfortunately after yanking out multiple stash objects and making X quantity of excursion to the skip. I scrutinized our water heater and came to the conclusion that the water was coming through the wall from next door.
Living in a townhouse where components are connected to each other your neighbors problems are sometimes inherited by you. You guessed it, a water heater.

I was fortunate that I got Clayton since the plumber who came to check my heater out. As he immediately showed me my options on his IPad he was professional and quite considerate. The costs was greater than I expected, but his attentiveness to detail making sure that I knew precisely what he was doing and conducting hard copper lines to the heater was impressive.
It might have been kind of a boon, as I did declutter, cussing under my breath. My water heater was about 20 years old already and it was just to change it out . Put an appointment for the Following Day and I decided to phone Steve's Pipes. I said to her that an earlier appointment would be fantastic. Well wouldn't you know it the next day, I get a call from her saying Yas please if I'd like him to come this morning and that a technician had ended!

Our water heater finally broke after nearly 20 decades. I went to obtain a replacement but my wife suggested paying them to take care of it and calling a plumber.
We went with a substitute water heater. Bill and Braydon were efficient and friendly. There is nothing like the comfort of knowing you will not have to have a cold shower! Steve's Plumbing!

I would love to state I am rather impressed with the support. Shon is a excellent plumber. I would love to comment on the tidy and speedy work. Really professional. The red carpet treatment was the ideal!! If you'd like a plumber that is great . Call and ask Shon Bolo!!!

The work done was about seamless from creating the appointment to getting! I called to schedule a consultation as well as the agent waived my shipment fee of $39.99 because I had let her know that it was about the yelp or website stating there was this kind of fee. From here she managed to provide a sensible appointment time and date to me.
Our tech, Shon was excellent. He managed to check at what we needed replaced and fixed and do it all! He took the time to explain each thing as he had been doing it. (Also, thanks to the great conversation too!)
