We just completed a complete kitchen remodel which included taking out a wall between the living room and kitchen, installing French doors to the adjacent sunroom, new floors through both bedrooms, and new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, appliances, and farmhouse sink and upholstery throughout the whole kitchen. Our property is all but 100years old and doesn't have a straight line within it. We needed to re-mud the ceiling to create a level surface for level and the cabinets the subfloor before installing the hardwood that is new. We redid all of our pipes and electrical. He handled all the permits and the testimonials. He even put in a cat door for our kitties so that they can go in the sunroom anytime they like:)
Liron made sure we were totally fulfilled before taking our payment and was thorough. His attention to detail is superb and I would recommend him.

Liron did a great job communicating so we might still live there during the process cleaning up after himself and his crew everyday, making certain our microwave has been plugged and our hot water was functioning. He gave us a $100 gift card to compensate for meals lost when the refrigerator bought a new broom and step stool to us and was left for a day. He helped with the design, worked together with us from start to end and made many house calls and alterations to the 3D rendering before even knowing if he had procured our business.

As friends and family come in the house, they could observe the remodeled area as soon as they walk in the front doorway, and also the universal response is"Wow!" What were just two rooms - a dining area and a shaped kitchen without counter space - is now one big, perfectly functional, beautiful room with much greater and more mild foot flow for cooks and diners both.
At the outset, before we even knew for sure what we desired to perform, Liron spent time with us to visualize the use. We defined the project to make one area, with a new island set up which gave us both a great deal of counter space for food prep and a casual eating area.
Liron worked very hard to get the plans approved by the City, which involved a great deal of back and forth to make sure his specifications were approved by the City .
He and his team started work exactly on the date we had consented to months, Following the plans were approved. He used one subcontractor, for flooring refinishing, whose initial attempt was. But Liron maintained on him before the project has been completed to our expectations. The unique time estimate of liron was 6 months, and the job was completed in 30 days. Their clean-up after the job was completed was impeccable, given the huge quantity of dirt dust which coated the area.
If I have another home improvement job, my first call will be to Liron because I know the project will be cheap, done professionally, and also will be visually attractive, while working closely with us to make certain it is what we want and that we are happy.
