Another plumber has been in my place, completely clogged a emptying and refused to fix it the dollar charge from my home warranty company. I said no thanks.
I called C-Snake and William came out and mended it SUPER fast. The fee was less than the 150 the man wanted.

Their cost is way more expensive than others, requesting $395 for 10 minute of repair work. I could not decide to hire them right away but pleased to continue to keep their estimate for the mention.
Last and most important, they try to make money from me!
Third, they refuse to provide any written estimate.
Second, they tried to fool me into committing a payment.
As I'm not interested to work together I instantly sent them away. But they hanged around at my home for another 20 minutes, attempting to convince me to hire them and interrupting my work along with builders frequently.
They came on site to provide quote but many means tried to con me.
To make it more ridiculous, they were really running a promotion as"free support trip valued at $25" on yelp at that time. I really don't find any ground of the charge.
I felt I began to read the fineprint on the shape carefully and something isn't right -- it's a sort to authorize to charge for any cost they put in!
As I had super experience during the price 17, I didn't hire this business.
These people and I contended and attempted to force me to cover. As I am sick of the non-sense tricks I needed to walk away.
After all the efforts have failed, they asked me to pay $65 as service fee to them and shifted their head! They must be kidding, I talked to them 4 times on phone with people that were different before they came, no one mentioned a fee is and of course I never agreed to cover anything. The rest of the businesses do estimate that is free .
I had been asked to fill the customer info Once their estimate was reviewed by me. I was a bit surprised as I already provided it. But I stuffed their form . They then"casually" asked me to sign as to"accept that the estimate" and then they are going to give the estimate to me.
I refused to sign up but I would love to keep the shape as reference of the cost. They refused to give me to estimate and said it's company's confidential information! I am allowed to recall their cost! It could be a different cost, when they come back!

Fortunately he enjoys doodoo because its symbiotic relationship.
Looks like William has enhanced his organization practice of ripping off people. Well happy others could gain off of my review. He is a snake and he ripped me. I would not ever use him when he's got g and a lower overhead &a. Once a thief always a thief.

William was inexpensive and simple to schedule... BUT he was also argumentative and hard to take care of. He also installed my kitchen sink fixture, and it was instantly wobbly (the bolt underneath was loose), and since he was difficult to manage my wife did not want him to come back. We needed to employ another plumber to come back to tighten the bolt.
William is nice, if you are prepared and tough to assert. Find somebody else, if you would like someone honest and easy to manage.

Lawrence and his team have done 3 projects for us (tankless water heater, new drainage system and powder room). Each the projects were reasonably priced, finished in a timely manner and were handled. I've recommended Sugar Bear for my friends and they too have been satisfied.

That was the conclusion of this news. He had a bad attitude in general while working on the plumbing. In our instance, he replaced two flappers and unclogged the toilet, however when I pointed out that the flush handle was now looser than it was before it was worked on by him, he went nuts. He started shouting at me and finally stormed off saying I know nothing.
William was very quick to provide a quote and extremely responsive. Saturdays he operates and it was easy to schedule appointments .
Must have been something bizarre that he ate. Because he has great Yelp ratings, or maybe he does not care. Either way, it was a dreadful experience for me personally.

Sugar Bear was recommended to me by my own contractor and buddy who does house renovation and tile function. I didn't think twice about using them based on such an endorsement. The plumber my spouse and I was Lawrence, who's friendly, considerate and courteous in person demeanor and in his telephone. The job was supposed to install a gas line. Lawrence arrived on time and performed the job fast and cleanly, and most significantly - which I believe is rare in this biz. Turns out our gas fireplace add supplier gave us bad directions which put us in a bind - but Lawrence was happy brainstorm a solution and patiently to return and perform the extra work free of charge. In short, a situation that wasn't their fault into a one I won't hesitate to call them for any pipes requirement was turned by Sugar and Lawrence Bear.

I picked C-Snake since they were local and had Yelp reviews. I called and spoke to William. He was at my home within one hour and took down my address. I liked how he broke down the cost . My father-in-law waited which was fantastic as well for my father-in-law also walked through everything. He unclogged our toilet quickly and his pricing was well below Roto-Rooter.
I also enjoyed how he called my mobile to explain everything he clarified for my father-in-law. Another company that I am adding to my list of sellers that are go-to.

Got fed up with a muddy walkway through my flats backyard so I decided to start working on fixing it, beginning by turning the dirt and so with my second struck with the Hoe BOOOOM, I struck a main water line that was be a copper extension just 1" below conected to my unit. With water flooding me and everywhere panicking I started Yelping for a nice plumber.
Luckily for me I was able to get a grasp of William out of C Snake Plumbing who gives estimates that are free but said he can arrive in under 20mins after a hopless phone calls, and there he was. An hour later everything was set up. William was had everything he needed to perform his magic and then fix all back to normal and receptive immidiately, he had been experienced and very proffessional and at the top of his price beat on everybody else.

Nice of him not to charge us for unclogging our bathroom that shattered on it's own (obviously indicating that there was no more clog). If this man would have only shown up and been honest about the problem (that if there was a little clog it had shattered and everything seemed to be nice ) I'd have happily paid him for his service telephone and thanked him for his quick service and honesty (to certainly be followed by lots of referrals and call backs). Instead, he chose to pretend there was a problem, then provided to snake the"slow drains" in our sink and tub tub for the low, low cost of $85 each.
Incidentally, I bought a barbed zip line and Home Depot for $2.73 and washed the hair from both those drains in under 90 seconds.... But thanks for offering to"fix" that problem for my spouse. Instead , this man is only getting a bad review of tons of referral business.

I had a sink drainage problem. The plumber arrived and worked for almost 2 hours. He could not fix it but he didn't charge me. He clarified what I needed to do with the next plumber. He was so valuable while he didn't resolve my problem since the plumber didn't have to repeat and he did save me money. I would use him again on other issues.

C-Snake was called by me this morning at 8:20 AM and talked directly to William. He gave me a fair price quote and told me he could be at my house by 9AM. I chose to go with C-Snake and called a few different places to compare prices. He unclogged the valve using an snake and showed up as planned.
William was honest, and took care of this situation very efficiently. He was nice enough to come inside the house to check the pipes under our kitchen sink out to make sure they weren't the causing some of the problems that are clogging.
I called C-Snake on Yelp after reading reviews and was glad that I did. I had a kitchen sink clogged last night and the difficulty was at the valve outside the house. (This has happened before). I attempted snaking the drain myself but after a few attempts, the water was still at a stand still.
5 stars for good service, coming within short notice, and fair pricing. I highly recommend C-Snake.

William was fast to come out and help, keep in mind this was at 6:45 at nighttime. William showed up in a timely manner, had the tools with him was considerate enough to wear foot slippers when he arrived in the door.
I'd an clogged kitchen sink and tub that I had tried for days to fix. I phoned C-Snake Plumbing and spoke to William about the problems I was having.
Allow me to tell you not using a kitchen sink is not fun. When everything worked again, I was ecstatic. Anyhow William owns/runs this company and you will see his pride in his work. His knowledge about plumbing hardware was precise and eloquent. He's a real guy that is friendly if anymore plumbing problems come up and I will call him again.
As a side note he billed me what he said he would and didn't add any extra complications to this invoice in the end. I like that type of a bargain.
Within a few minutes that the pipes were off and he got right to work and he ran the snake down the drain. He reassembled the plumbing and ran water after doing so for a while. What he got back to disassembling the pipes and needed to perform different after this first attempt didn't work he clearly explained why he thought it didn't work. No complains, any type of negative vibes or no sighs. You just get the impression that he likes to get the work done right. After the second effort he was able to clear our drain just as he anticipated.

We would highly recommend William and we will happily use him again if we require a plumber.
William fixed two plumbing problems for a fraction of the cost that we were quoted by a different plumbing company. He charged $211 and another company quoted us $700 to get just one of the two problems. Not only was William on knowledgable, polite and time, he was respectful enough to wear if he came into our home shoes covers.

We highly recommend this professional.
We had an excellent encounter with William. We had a leak in our toilet we discovered Saturday morning and scheduled time together with William that same day. He'd get hung up on a job resulting in about an hour and a half delay. He keep us educated and when he arrived he was quick and professional. That he offered because of the delays that the job has been free of cost. (including his components )

Was able to call and receive on their schedule. If that worked came earlier because of cancellation ; had called to see. Did the work and has been the price that has been quoted on telephone.

WARNING!!! That can be an unlicensed contractor! Fraudulent, posing as a contractor that is licensed. Beware! PROTECT YOURSELF and hire a genuine licensed builder, you can check this kind of information at http://www.cslb.ca.gov
I was lucky enough to have investigated a bit before I called someone out and realized I might have had a complete headache of issues had I used this plumber. I recommend calling Bell, they know what they're doing, and therefore are legit are cheap
BEWARE, this guy is no more than a handyman with a site, he is NOT A REAL COMPANY, he cannot protect his customers financially and is committing fraud.

I had family and the toilet wasn't a pretty sight in al! I tried to unclog it myself using a snake, but to no avail. Yelp came to the rescue. I chose C-Snake Plumbing due to others inspection he came, found a few and hunted for plumbers. The Yelp voucher was great too. William reported he would come in 20 minutes and that he actually came in 20 minutes! He honored the Yelp coupon and unclogged it. William and yelp saved!

His job was tidy, fast and thorough, and the complete was within $10 of his estimate as he detected a escape in the pipe and needed to replace it as well. He even brought his own shoe-covers to wear in the home (thank you!) .
Its morning and the kitchen sink backs up and can be currently dripping all over under the cupboard from a flow in the drain pipes. After calling 2 plumbing businesses that were big-name and getting attitude from girls of around 20-ish who knew nothing about plumbing OR customer service, plus having no openings before Monday afternoon I reached on the refrigerator for the magnetic calendar advertisement. While it was a little tricky to make the title of this firm (C-Snake is symbolized with a"C" and a drawing of a snake, but not spelled out everywhere. I though it had been"C-S Plumbing", because the Snake is at an"S" shape and so had difficulty locating the Yelp list ) the phone number and other information was clear and to the point.

William, the business owner, answered my telephone (no sassy teenie-boppers!) . He was forthcoming with advice and an estimate courteous and equipped to come the day.
If desired, We'd certainly call again!
