I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced, the faucet we supplied I only needed the setup. I asked for an estimate ahead and the price was fair. The day the work was scheduled, Ray, the plumber called about 15 mins to let me know he was and also showed up on time. He knew what he was doing, was pleasant and got the work done in a fair period of time. Though the work was about $50 over the price that is quoted, it was reasonable for the work and the professionalism of this company. I would definitely use them again.
Let me begin with this company has communications and excellent customer support. I was able to reach out to them via telephone, email and through Yelp and all my questions were answered immediately. It's tough to find a company which shows this thorough degree of communication, with that alone I knew I was likely to be in good hands, so.

I had been getting ready to leave the home this afternoon and discovered my garage flooded in my hot water heater that was faulty. I had someone in my home in a hour and called and talked to the secretary and discovered that my tank had been leaking and had to be replaced. Begin must have already been 2 1/2 hours complete. They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend and use them again!

I utilized this plumbing firm as I did some remodeling to do some plumbing work. They appeared to do a good job and gave me a reasonable cost. I had them come out to install a bathroom in my master bath a good job. Then I found wet wallboard within the wall in my utility room. I called them out and they found the leak to be an issue with the job they'd done months. NO excuses, NO trying to shift the blame they have right to work, fixed the problem, had there come a drywall individual and repair the damage. Along with also a nice apology too!

If something occurs is what makes the difference but how it is handled by a company anybody can make a mistake, anything mechanical may break. Sun City Center plumbing is a class act in my opinion and I recommend them very highly. They are the type of company people which make dealing with honest individuals enjoyable.

Absolutely fantastic customer support!! Had a small issue with a service call a week (things occur ), also was impressed with how quickly it was cared for and with zero hassle. Not only are they they appear if they say they will and return telephone calls in a timely manner, something of in this business. I would refer Sun City Center Plumbing to anyone!

Very reliable plumbing services. They came to my house and looked after my putting together my pipes for my salt water machine at a manner. Very friendly staff. I would recommend using them.

Bait and switch. The woman I talked to on the phone said I would be given a quote after the job was assessed by him by the plumber. The plumber arrived and ran some water in the sink and headed outside to get on the roof. I thought this strange, but thought it was part of his assessment. Was he telling me what he do. In the kitchen, he moved straight back after about 10 minutes on the roof , ran a few water. . .and following a couple of minutes hooked his machine beneath the sink and still not saying exactly what he do. I guessed to unclog the drain, he took it upon himself. Before he began the job not once did he give me a price quote. After he finished, he said the work cost $167. I thought this to be utterly ridiculous as I was not permitted the opportunity to make an informed decision. It was utterly ridiculous since the system did the work. I talked to the operator and she stated that was their normal rate. If this is the case, why didn't anybody tell me ? She attempted to convince me that their price is a very low price compared to other businesses. This was not the point. The purpose is that the client should know just how much she or he will pay prior to conducting the job. After all, how can you (proprietor ) know that I have $167? Would you the owner buy something before knowing the price? 23 years of my life I gave into the military. Never would I have thought that I would discover such dishonesty. I'm misled ripped off, and will not utilize these crooks again! I don't care how long you've been in business. Honesty, fairness, and caring for customers is what counts.

Excellent support! Called at 1pm and a serviceman was in my home in 30 minutes. Fixed my problem at a price that was affordable in 20 minutes. Personable repairman. Highly recommend

Have experienced a few plumbing emergencies - busted sink pipe, water line leak, tree limb split into primary pipes - and they always came same evening, without any issues. Always had great customer service from the office gal all the way to the proprietor! Will continue to call them trusting that we do not want it!
