Superior Plumbing sets up big multi-capacity bathrooms in one building that is mobile, on the site of the occasion. These facilities are capable of serving up to eight persons at one time, and one particular unit for special needs individuals.
This is a description of my consumer experience. As usual, the facilities were well-stocked clean, and in excellent working order. The ladies who oversee these facilities keep the human traffic moving in an orderly manner. The ladies are considerate, friendly, and agents of Superior Plumbing.

Superior Plumbing is called on to present mobile toilet facilities at numerous Atlanta area occasions. I am not discussing the little one-person capacity"porta-johns."

The expensive one 711.00 for a clogged toilet. The upside the worker was quite professional but I feel was overcharged. If I needed to do it again I would you another copy

If I could rate them zero stars I would. I called Superior plumbing to replace the bathroom in my master bath because the bathroom was 19 years old and draining in the base close to the tile floor and bolts rusted out because of old age. When the plumber arrived ( Beau B.) he didn't wear the shoe sheets / booties, and I had to ask him to place them over his boots. I have in my house over $10k value of brand-new carpet and wood flooring and I did not want his boots being tracked by him . He had to go back out to his truck to have the shoe coverings and that he slammed my front door so hard my whole house shook, so he was mad from the beginning. He advised I'd need a bathroom upon looking at my bathroom. I inquired if the work could be done the same day since when I called to make the appointment the person on the telephone I talked to (Moe) advised the plumbers arrive with toilets from the truck and are able to complete the work same day. The plumber (Beau B.) very rudely and gruffly said"No, I ain't waiting around here for an hour while you go and buy a bathroom and return." I immediately told him that he did not need to talk to me since the person on the phone informed that the work could be done the same 38, and that I was asking a question. Because he knew I was going to complain, he attempted to back peddle and say he was not being rude. Additionally, the price he quoted me was double the cost that 3 other licensed, insured, master plumbers have lent me to install a bathroom. After he left I called a complaint to file and asked for a supervisor to call me . After 48 hours no manager called me backagain. I had to need to talk to a supervisor and finally they place a supervisor on the telephone. He took responsibility or never apologized. He said sorry. Eventually after a very heated conversation he agreed to waive the $62.50 dispatch commission. Superior will NEVER be used by me and I will tell everyone I know never to use them. They do not have customer service that is superior and they do not stand behind their own work and claims made on their website. Their rates are sky high, double what other accredited master plumbers charge. Do your homework and receive several quotes from plumbers and find yourself another top quality plumber and save yourself over 50% of what Superior is charging. They should be ashamed of the prices they are charging people, clearly taking advantage of individuals.

$800 for a part plus two hours of work. Entirely price gauged me. Totally took advantage of me since I'm a female. I am shocked. I am a repeat client and never anticipated that.

Actually, they're less imaginative regarding possible solutions than many personal shops.
I suggest using another plumber.
1) They charge a dispatch fee that is not eliminated even if you've got them perform the job.

Scheduled an appointment with a plumber since my water heater not worked. They clarified that there was a cost of $62.50 for the service call. However as soon as the plumber came he did nothing. He immediately clarified that it would be an extra $376.00 for him to diagnosis what's wrong with the water heater. Why was not it if that is true clarified during my first phone call? What am I paying the 62.50 for? I guess this is just an appearance fee. They did not respond, although I wrote a letter to the service manager describing my disappointment in the lack of service which was supplied. It seems the lack of customer service extends into the direction too. They advertise themselves to be"the honest plumber". In my experience they are neither exceptional nor fair.

This company isn't available 24 hours each day despite it being promoted as everywhere I turn. Called at 6:30 pm Saturday with water flowing out all over my floors and has been told that they"do not schedule any service after hours." There should be no"after hours" if you're available 24 hours per day! In addition, don't advertise that you simply supply emergency service when you don't. INFERIOR PLUMBING!!!!!

Unhappy with the charge that is incredibly high to simply unclog a pipe. . The project took slightly over one hour. And a $62 service fee also to make it even more unbelievable. They make the most of people. Won't use them again. Called to state my concerns and did not receive a return call. They got their money, that. Strongly suggest you use a reputable company to your plumbing needs.

AS THEY CLAIM TO BE AND HONEST, NOT UPFRONT. SUperior plumbing won't give a price per job. Just after they opened your plumbing, charged their support fee and have come out, will they give a price to you.
Merely to get the business. They are also rude on the phone stating that they'don't require the business and are active enough.' That is ok, they won't get mine or likely anyone else who reads this post.
At that point you will be more likely to overpay and are in a bad position

I've had Superior come out a number of times. They are organized with respect and professional. Two of the 3 plumbers who have come from Superior were effective and educated in troubleshooting and fixing our problem. The third, who has come out two, was not (either time). Schedule another appointment to finish the job correctly and both times, we had to phone them back. Finally, we requested that this plumber be sent back to us. My biggest problem with them is their pricing -- very pricey. They came out two this week first time was $725 (which included dispatch fee) for less than 3 hours work. They came out a few days later (because first man treated symptom rather than problem). They did not charge fee since difficulty should have been fixed the first time. Except for the 1 guy, I like the plumbers but I'll look elsewhere due to pricing.

We known as Superior Plumbing to fix a valve. Our building scheduled a water shutoff to be fixed within a particular time window. We clarified when setting up the appointment with Superior Plumbing the situation. When they came they told us they were not likely to fix it because they didn't wish to wait for the water. Today we are liable for the valve and don't have any plumber. We can't receive the building to close the water off . I won't ever utilize Superior Plumbing .

Very mad (that is mild) in Superior. They're not Superior anything. I told them I wanted to get it installed and purchased a new gas cook top and phoned the. I asked them to install and was told when came out, the technican would need to offer the pricing.
My wife also said the man wasn't too wonderful.
For 4 days later made an appointment. The"technican" came out and informed us that they wouldn't install anything that they didn't market. And charged us $40 for your trip.
Before calling them think twice.

THOSE PORTABLE TOILETS ARE THE BOMB!!!I must give a"shout out" to Superior for always providing the mobile facilities for the regional Kennesaw festivals. I love this because these are full service facilities with bedrooms and bedrooms for women and men. These rooms are air conditioned to top it off and this is really important because it is usually very hot during the summer festivals.

They drop off these on the designated spot and do not just pull up to the festival site. They're completely attended and are impeccably clean. Their attendants are accommodating and really helpful when lines shape or direction is necessary.
There is no substitute for water and soap although I tend to take germicide with me!

In settiing up the appointment, amy was considerate and prompt. I also received a courtesy call 30 min ahead of the visit. Paul was professional, friendly and fast. Provide a telephone to Superior if you value prompt professional support.

I phoned Superior Plumbing for an issue I had in one of my guest baths. Amy was polite and professional and scheduled me. So that I was happy they could come out it wasn't an emergency. I was given a two hour appointment window and Brent came very close to that window's onset. I received a call in the office Brent was on how, and they sent me an email with brief professional profile and a picture so I knew who to expect. Brent was professional... recognized the issue immediately and told me that the price right ahead. He immediately had the problem and it was reasonable and fair and everything was cleaned up. I will definitely call them again.

The GOOD: Arrived within an hour of fixed and time the problemThe UGLY: Charged $262 to substitute a valve and flapper!! Yikes!

Came on time. I'd definitely use them again.
He was very fast and made sure everything worked right.
Even tried to come I didn't get msg.

The plumber showed up on time, reviewed the problem and introduced a quote. The business is very reliable and professional.
The main reason for low score is a result of the price I was quoted as linked to the job needing to be done.

My experience with this company is utmost experience and the highest quality that I have found. From the beautiful lady that answered the phone and took me thru the process to the afternoon call concerning the plumber I'd be getting to the plumber that is actual, the whole process was professional reliable and very good price! I will always use this company into the future
