We charge a $50 service fee due at appointment time that will be applied to the bill once service is done. Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. We charge a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations made period.

I asked Terry Davis to do a few repairs and paint my apartment (900 sq ft) in 2 colors. In writing ahead of time, the price was agreed on by us. He finished the job in less than two days. His costs were less than his opponents as well as the job has been well done.
I urge him. I guarantee you that you won't be disappointed if you hire him.
I hired Terry to replace the hardware . I found Terry to be quite knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. His prices are fair, and he managed to get the work done though the request was made before Christmas. I will certainly hire Terry again.
Mr. Davis has come to my home twice to care for my plumbing needs. He's a professional guy and he responds to my call's quickly. He doesn't mind bringing them and picking up. I'm going to continue to utilize him into the future. He is an all around handy guy and can do plenty of work around your home for you.
