This is an update to my first article below. VERY Pleased!
When I used my faucet I discover I had flow in the kitchen faucet the next day. I immediately checked to make sure the valves where opened, which they were, and that the close of the sprayer was clean. I phoned Terry's plumbing again and explained the problem. They said the plumber had been out ill and they would send someone in a few days.
He removed the valves and checked the pressure which was fine when the plumber came for the next time. He said it was an problem until they set up the valve with my facet, which was working fine and immediately put everything. Since he left he told me for $100.00 he'd install a new facet. I told him I would do it myself and my facet my warrantied for life. 2 minutes later another knock on the door asking for $50.00 for a water pressure check. I said shouldn't have you done that the first time until you left? He said sorry I have to charge you another $50 plus the surcharge for using AMEX. Again no notice of a cost any point throughout the scheduling or if he came as it says"free quotes" on their website.
At your own risk, sounds untrue!
They installed the part and left apparently without checking their job. For using my AMEX, while charging me a surcharge. Again the fee wasn't mention on their website.
So April 26th, Terry of Terry's Plumbing saw my review online and he reached out personally to find out why I had been dissatisfied and what happened. I explained that I had been satisfied and had use them . They immediately reversed the credit card fee for my trip and for the amount I paid to get a brand new faucet expressed shipped. And for my annoyance that he promised to install my new faucet at no cost in arrives. I expressed my gratitude to him for reaching out and clarified that we make mistakes it is how they're handled that makes the difference. I'm happy to say I will be using and advocating Terry's plumbing .

On April 10th I phoned Terry's Plumbing, which I've used a few time before, to get them set up a cold water. They understood what have to get done yet they didn't bring the part together. They also gave me a cost per each hour and a service telephone cost over the phone. This compared to what their website says, which is"free quotes". Good thing set up a flat fee cost beforehand.
Well to go into detail Terrys Plumbing with Arch Insurance failed to deal with the full claim.
I hope they come with this notice of intent to table with a offer that is reasonable and acceptable. Since a lawsuit has been filed, I won't settle without a judgment for one fact. I'm taxed on it unless it's a Judgement given then. So no settlement offer will be accepted with maintaining a Jury Trail that means the price of the situation (s) have only went up.
Also service dog(s) are granted access to restaurants to resorts and so-forth since they not pets, but real medical equipment.
Btw - remember thinking that holding out will induce us to bankrupt and accept the law deal that is original. That believing did not work then and won't work now. Well Terry explained that he would do right by right by us and cover the price. Well I acted in good faith. However, I notified my insurance company to conserve my rights.
Terry and his Daughter came to my house while putting in a shower fixture after there worker caused a house fire.
Contemplating Oakland Park Fire Department came out and once you have a home fire it ought to be fairly known by builders that 4 licenses must be pulled along with the house has to be brought up to current code, not the old code.
The next day, came! Jose F was professional, friendly and immediately diagnosed the problem! Worked to its conclusion. Could not ask for a plumber to recommend! Really understands his craft! Thank you! May call to your services I'm sure!
Michael was my plumber now and that he did a fabulous job. Seamless and in a manner that is timely. He communicated when he would arrive, the prices, knowledgeable on the time along with practices he'd take. Very personable and I'd highly recommend to anyone whether you are own or leasing!
Rude and racist! Their plumber came out and he stated it had been abruptly another 15% extra for paying with credit card and $345 after quoting for changing the thermostat on a water heater, $300. He cursed at me, after going to atm.

We recently went through a 2 week debacle (see Grand Rooter review) if Terry's Plumbing was referred by a friend. We predicted left a message on a Saturday evening, they immediately called us back, we chose for this coming Monday, they came on-time, billed us half of the other pipes company quoted (that did not even include everything we had ) and finished the project within hours (other company composed a story about unavailable parts that caused a substantial delay).
Called Ricky now to have a quote on a entire drain replacement. Do not really need to give me the time of this day. Wanted to charge me $350 to RE camera that the drain to tell me exactly what I know has to be done. I offered to provide the camera viewing. Apparent to see drain needs substitute in first 30 secs of movie (complete waste of time and cash to do it !)
Sad that a client who is currently looking to spend ALOT of cash was brushed off.
The $350 cost was more significant than obtaining a quote. I had been fine paying for support excursion btw

We've utilized Terry. I have always found them to be tremendously responsive. Other pipes companies we've used are far surpassed by their customer attention. We have a condo in a high rise that we use part time. Lost water and known as Terry's. They were ready to come right out, even though it was past 9:00 PM. As we left the following day , we asked if they minded when we were not in the apartment, working. Ruben came over the following day and coordinated with all our building manager. They ended up replacing the hot water heater. Everything was taken care of on time and professionally. Priscilla, Shelly, and Tiffany made things moved easily. By accessing the county permit to charging and keeping us assessed. Cannot say enough great things about Terry's. Highly recommended.
Terry's Plumbing has provided the service I've ever had out of a builder. I've lived in my condo for 12 decades and never had a plumbing problem till they came and replaced my shower enclosure. Less than a year later the shower is leaking from the wall and out of the shower at place they were suppose to repair. The technology was here for 30 minutes and charged $900. They were extremely rude and I called them and said they only provide a guarantee for 30 days. They then said they would send someone outside past and to look at it but that time came. They did not answer my telephone until I called out of my husbands phone and after that they said it will cost $150 an hour. Their workmanship is HORRIBLE and their customer support is even worse. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THEM!
I noticed that the carpet was wet in my bedroom and got home. Where the water came from, I couldn't figure out! Mike talked us through the repair process and the problem and found the difficulty in two minutes. The service has been stress-free, professional, and prompt. Thanks, Mike!
Wrong diagnosis. . .my septic tank was not full. Another plumber snaked the kitchen to septic tank $125.00 and used camera $150.00 and removed out the lineup and is now clog free.

Spent $525.00 with Terry's for nothing. Don't recommend.
Called Terry's from master bath to get a clog in line. Plumber snaked the line to tank through the out and came out. $175.00. The backup occurred again. Next day plumber returned and snaked the lineup and indicated using a camera to understand the clog occurred. Agreed to camera $350.00. . .camera did not show anything. Plumber said to telephone roto rooter to empty septic tank.
When the tech arrived, he tried to charge $125, saying that he had to drive 30 minutes to get into our home.
If you call on them, good luck, and be aware of the prices to make certain you're not overcharged.
She told me that was not possible and that she WAS the supervisor when I told her I wanted to talk to the proprietor. I asked her times I could reach Terry, and was not provided a response.
Stephanie, the representative of Terry's Plumbing, told me 9 minutes were taken by the job. Unfortunately, dependent on the amount (or lack thereof) of service, on the phone that I obtained this evening, together with the change in cost from $100 to $125 for a 9 second job, I can't in good faith ever recommend these folks again.
In the past, I have used Terry's plumbing a few times. They had been quite responsive and did a decent job. Now was a TOTALLY DIFFERENT experience. We had a part replaced at the rear of the toilet. We were informed $ 100 charge when we called. Knowing it would not take long, we understood that was the minimal.
Customer service isn't a nice to have; it is a must have in today's world. The lack of service on the phone of the woman resulted in their loss and recommended them to others previously. Later today, I can recommend this corporation.
While our house has been tented our neighbors were gracious letting us stay in their brand-new package while they were off. The 2nd morning the shower was completely backed up with peppermint. Although they had a day that was booked, as an present customer, I had been assured 1st available and they sent. Not only had the plumber to the brand-new suite had not installed a cleanout although left a test ball at the lineup, but not allowing for any sewage to pass. Steven and his team got everything up and running and wrote a comprehensive technical outline of the problems and spoke to the homeowner multiple times on the phone and sending photos to him and describing the problem. The builder, to his charge will go back to his or her plumber and is currently making things. The thing that is sad is the license had been cleared and signed off from the City of Wilton Manors.
I had a positive experience in February. There was water in my garage around The a/c and that I called I was told by the a/c tech the problem was having a pipe in the loft and suggested that I call a plumber. Well I had water again around the a/c, and so I guessed it was exactly the exact same problem. I was told by Priscilla she could send someone although it was late in the day. Rob informed me that it was the pipe in the a/c that he countered with a vac and came out. I told him that I didn't think that would do it, that he needed to place bleach or vinegar in the pipe to dissolve some clog in there. He disagreed. I paid him my garage flood and 2 hours after he abandoned my a/c leaked again and $150. I poured bleach then a cup of water. Problem solved. When I called Priscilla to request at least a partial reimbursement of my payment she said if the a/c wasn't leaking once they left then they solved the problem and that which I saw later they left was" residual water." They shouldn't provide their services to deal with a/c issues that they understand nothing about although maybe these people today understand about pipes. I am not going to get any money back and that I will not be using them again.

I wouldn't recommend this plumbing firm because their plumbers are commissioned which creates a significant conflict of interest.
I have used Terry's for decades and they arrived to substitute an old aluminum pipe. They have been provided the service and super professional. Under the quoted price and expected. Exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend!
They called us them and they too were there within the hour. Polite plumber fixed the problem. Was probably expensive but this was an emergency and insurance will pay losses. That the office staff was very accommodating, when I requested a invoice for the adjuster.
We downstairs or had a break, flood the upstairs and ruined. They recommend the mess to clean up.

I phoned Terry's Plumbing and promptly James Morgan showed up. He came in and evaluated it....he said the wall be taken out being the simplest way perhaps to do so but....he had a notion.... . .went into his truck and caught some supplies. . .and an hour after the spout has been soldered and in place thru a hole in the wall. He went in like a surgeon threaded a needle and eliminated the pipe. .and put the new one in..all thru a little hole. Pressure tested it and it was perfect!

I am not much of a review writer since I am super busy. This is a large exception though. Change all of our shower hardware out and my wife and I decided to see some Youtube videos. It's all'VERY EASY' to perform. . .UNLESS you run into issues like copper pipes not being long enough to clean the O ring from the slip on bathtub faucet. It's straight back and forth to Home Depot, Lowes. . .etc a total of 8 TIMES getting grease, caulk, couplings, pipe sockets, a particular tool to twist the drain , plumbers putty....etc. Only to learn we ran into way too many complications and that it took way too long. 2 weeks slipped with resources at the bathtub and no usage from the upstairs bathtub.
I can not even begin to explain my wife and I are that this is done and has been done fast and easily. In addition James has people skills. . .super pleasant guy to talk to and he explained as it was being done by him and what he was doing before. There's ZERO doubt about who to call for our downstairs toilet once we are prepared to do that and I can recommend them to anyone that asks. HONEST, fast and painless.
He quickly fixed that. . .checked the shower head that we also did a little maneuvering and installed that leaked. Subsequently was outside the door.
I called a plumber and he came over and said"the wall has to be ripped out so I can get back in there and replace the pipe using a longer one. That starts around 700.00". I told him not likely to do that and paid him 100.00 to the trip over and he left.
I told my wife..."I am going to call yet another PLUMBER and if they tell me exactly the exact same thing I shall beg them to take action less than 700.00" and was hoping for another solution.
Anthony out of NYC has been fantastic. He set up a new faucet. In the process he made certain that the leak I was having was mended. Tightened joints up and also fixed a stopper in my bathroom sink.
Anthony fixed something that they had done wrongly and didn't charge me for it.
Since moving to the area this is my second experience together. I made the unfortunate mistake of working with another company because they provided a"deal." Their deal cost me what I believed and they required no responsibility.
Honest, professional and straight ahead there isn't any reason to use any one else.
