I was please with all the promptness of Thomas Plumbing. Dave Thomas called back within the time that he specified and had a tech out fast. They addressed an issue under our house (crawl space) with all the kitchen drainage pipe and were able to repair it without a problem and at a very reasonable cost. Awesome service! They were able to come out the following day. They known as 30 minutes before their entrance that was estimated and gave us a time frame. Patrick had shoe protectors and arrived to get the job finished. We had a small leak on the master bathroom toilet. With the holidays, it shut off and then it sat for 2 weeks. Our issue did not appear to be an issue as the leaking couldn't be viewed when help finally arrived. Make certain there wasn't any water damage underneath and patrick went and took everything to test. He replaced the seal and put everything back together in a timely fashion. Highly love the fact and recommend this company!

On Valentine's Day I found a leak under my kitchen sink. With company coming the next day I knew I needed to get it repaired now! Thomas came to my rescue that day, after calling two plumbers unsuccessfully. Patrick quickly ascertained that I needed a new faucet. That he was ready to quickly set up the new one and eliminated the faucet, while I went to purchase one. The job took a single hour, Regardless of having to visit the store! Patrick was clean, lively and confident, and he gave us the senior discount. I was relieved and happy.

He gave us a quote of $330 per house in contrast to the $550 quote I purchased.

The company who put in my system, Valley Heating & Cooling couldn't get me in for three months! I never thought to get a person nearby so I started making calls via Yelp. A few 10 calls were made by me firms had the wk wait while anothers didn't answer their phone.

We have had Thomas perform other projects in the past with good results, they set up a heating system and a water heater. We had a water leak in the upstairs bath and beneath the house in the drain, they were prompt to respond and very reasonable with their own pricing. We can't recommend them any greater if we could we'd. Thanks for the excellent service guys.

Doug was fantastic. He knew the problem and how to fix it. My shutoff valve that is external was a industrial size and a new one had to be obtained from the provider. He was back the next morning with the part and installed it.

Wow! If I could give a drawback I'd. Stay away from this company. After 3 visits repair a tub that had only water and to install a reverse osmosis system, the tub was repaired, I have to call another plumber to the reverse osmosis system, and I had to fork over $600.00!! The kid they sent me even said that he looked up on utube how to correct his boss, and yet on the day the tub and didn't understand what he was doing had to come with him to walk him. Never again. Beware! Update: So, the charge is reduce to some 1 1/2 hr labor charge resonable after speaking with the owner person. Family run business, son in law comes out to reunite my check, once more really freindly and apologetic, all I could say is, I am very happy that they show true concern for their clients, but they will need to send seasoned technicians together with the unexperienced ones that this will not happen. Crazy, maybe, but I am contemplating having them back to the reverse osmosis on the condition that they send an experienced plumber! Will return for another update.

Stay far from this"business"! Worst service I've ever encountered! It filled with water he stated he could not see a leak. This entire process took 15-20 minutes. He wanted $136 for his time. This did not sit well with my husband so he called to complain the plumber DIDN'T DO A THING. Well turns out this man was the owner and he refused to give us a refund. He claimed he does not operate on bathtubs. When we initially known as well he must have stated! Lesson learned....this company sucks!!!!!
