We had toilet sink and a clogged tub. Calling Thompson Plumbing was. They have been on time and washed out our drains for us.
We'll use Thompson Plumbing for almost any plumbing needs in our property.

The team arrived on the scheduled day and called ahead to let us know they were coming and what time they'd arrive. They had the work done in 2 days, explained everything and were polite. They cleaned up afterwards. All of my queries were answered by them. Fabulous job! I would hire them again!

WE are new to the neighborhood and therefore are in a house needing plumbing job. Cathy arranged for support to be supplied immediately and we gave them a key since we would be traveling. Lo and behold, when we returned that which had been finished correctly & NEATLY.

We have recently had some very extensive plumbing work completed by a different firm which needed follow up. Since we had been extremely unhappy ( and suspicious ) with the first Company we found Jim at Thompson Plumbing from a friend. Jim arrived at our house and in minutes diagnosed and repaired the issue ( the first group hadn't sealed the cap to sewer and sewage gas was carrying over our house ). Jim dealt with an issue using our garbage disposal that we think had to be replaced and fixed that issue. It didn't. He was honest, friendly, competent and very reasonable. Also, the man treats you as if you are the most important client they have and who answers the phone could not be nicer. I wish I could rate them stars because they're reliable and exceptional. USE THEM....they are topnotch. Thank you Jim and Kathy.

Would never anticipate or use anybody else. Friendly, fair and professional. You can not get any better than that. If my water heater broke called. In under 24 hrs I had a brand new one. The service man (can not recall name sorry) was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & trusted. Came out in a heck of on a snow storm & time wow! In one hour he had remove & replaced my water heater he knew his stuff! Have used them for a few decades and will keep doing so. Thanks for the great support TP!

Thompson is the very best. Off they answer the phone and show up in time. I had a flow in a copper pipe in the basement which was handled professionally and quickly. One outfit quoted my 5 hours labour charge for the repair. The Thompson plumber fixed it correctly. They will be the one I call if I ever have any plumbing issues.

Thompson Plumbing was terrific! Wayne methodical and was quick, and showed up on time. Kathy at the office was terrific with client services. The experience was simple and their charges were affordable. We'll suggest them again and again.

We called on a Saturday for a crisis and that he had been here within 20 minutes. He took care of the problem in five minutes and that which was good. I would recommend them anytime.

Wow! These guys solved a problem for me seven other plumbers missed! Uncertain what the bill is going to be, but I know it will be half the other estimates were. My dishwasher was not satisfying - that they were the guys to pull it out and inspect the link supporting the wall. I asked him why he was the only man that did this - he said"because it's the hardest thing to check." Problem solved and I'm one happy customer! Great work!
