Tino's is amazing. You won't find a plumber that is better anyplace. They're all smart and efficient. They know work and everything fast and professionally. They react whenever possible and come out for emergencies on weekends and nights.
You won't find any plumbers who are faster, more friendly, or more proficient than the people.

Love Tino's Plumbing. When you call they will come as well as in crises with very reasonable costs. Their employees are extremely considerate, constantly clean up and respectful, fix the issues. We've had them replace faucets, showers, leaks etc.. We've been using them for over ten decades and work.

We used Tino's at 2015 to get a garbage disposal and now in the past two months have had them. Most recently to get a hefty job. We are really happy with them. The men are dependable and friendly and they responded immediately when we needed them. Highly recommend!

The office girls are stupid and rude. Never will we call them again Roger is great but good luck getting through the girl that is idiotic and rude.

I tried to set up a new kitchen faucet myself. Leaking like crazy and no water shut off valve therefore I needed to switch the main water valve off to the house that is whole. They came out and I called Tino's late on a Thursday and fixed the leak, inserted shut off valves and mended the drain tube. Additionally, the price was very fair. Certainly will use them again.

Walked in to purchase bathrooms. They don't stock anything. So I attempted to order them. We found everything I needed and obtained the book. I affirmed it was right. However, the lady didn't have the authorization to order things. I had been told that the man orders stuff could call me by noon the next day. It's been 3 days and still haven't got a call back.

I had a sewer back up in my property over the weekend and originally thought I had my own septic system pumped. I called on Monday to have someone come out to diagnose the issue. I was so pleased that they stated they'd be at my location in two hours time. Eric came out and within a few minutes we figured out that the sewer line had deciphered and eventually become. He put in 30minutes into a part and removed the pipe. Problem solved. Thanks so much for your prompt response and efficiently and quickly fixing the issue. Will be calling this company for any plumbing requirements.

Left a message and called on a Saturday morning, got a call four minutes later said he could come out that afternoon between 12:30-1:30. This was amazing because could not come out until Monday late afternoon. At 1:30 on Saturday 2 Tino's guys arrived, unclogged/snaked the bathroom in 2 shakes of a lamb's tail. I walked into the restroom to wash out the toilet and Once they left, I saw that they already cleaned it! Nice touch! Never needed a plumber do that before. Would recommend Tino's.

We had a significant sewer pluggage and Tino's Plumbing sent over a man named Erik, very expeditiously. Erik was very pleasant, clean, efficient and immediately resolved our problem. We'd urge Tino's Plumbing to Anybody. Thank you Tino's Plumbing and Erik!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Called first thing in the morning at 8am and talked with Tino, I explained the matter with my water heater and said he would send someone out to my home between 10-11. I waited by 11:30 I called again and they had no idea who I was or what I was discussing and waited. The woman said she find out it and would call someone and give me a telephone. Until I got tired of waiting and telephoned her at 16, she did not call. She said she took my number down and had a whole lot of calls and said she'd call me back again. She called back about 3pm and said a person would be by 5pm at my home. By that time I was so fed up with waiting around the absence of professionalism and all day that I was damned if I would give them my business. I had the job and phoned Watsonville Plumbing. If you don't prefer to waist your time skip the wait and telephone Watsonville Plumbing.
