Truly the most responsive and very best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Sunday March 3, I found a leaking pipe someplace in our bathroom area. It could be heard by us although no water showing. A second local plumber was called by me first thing Monday morning and they told me that they were booked through April! April? I began researching other plumbers and found Tom Wall Plumbing. She informed me that there were a few tasks before me but they would do their best to get to me.

Allen came Thursday with an assistant ( I did not get his name) and they worked diligently and carefully digging into the base and locating the leak. By 3:00 PM, the leak was repaired and we were up and running. Everyone I talked with and that worked on my home were very professional, honest and hard working. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the job was done right. Thank you all.
I received a call from Allen who told me he would definitely get to me. He looked everywhere and came out but we could not find the escape. He promised me they would be outside again first thing the next morning with equipment to find the escape. Allen was first thing the next morning and following evaluation, he was able to find the leak. Unfortunately under the slab it was for us. A short time later, Tom stopped by and we discussed that the necessary repairs. He explained what I thought was a very fair and reasonable price and that I consented. He told me that they could complete the job starting first thing Thursday morning and they came as scheduled.
