The bathroom was clogged which is a nightmare at a house with just 1 bathroom. Tried all the home remedies; including dish soap and warm water, plunging, bleach and then vinegar and baking soda. Tomas was considerate and prompt. He repaired the clogged toilet in moments. His son is a helper that is concentrated and considerate! I can't say enough positive things about this hard working guy who insures the entire L.A. Basin!

Highly recommend! Tomas said he would be arriving at my residence around 11am nevertheless he managed to arrive sooner. Had a problem with my kitchen sink and that he snaked that bad boy. Mr. Tomas is the best plumber The day he saved. Had a clog in our main line and we tried everything we can think of this . He came and rid it no problem After we realized we needed to call someone. OMG This is the plumber rooter service. What do you need? Immediate? Called right back while on work. On time? Arrived in five minutes of expected. Efficient? Fixed the issue within half an hour. (After another plumber failed after hours of trying). Affordable? Five days without clothing washer and functioning sinks, all done in 30 minutes. Local? Yep we both live in Alhambra.

We had a major clog in our apartment building that caused drain backup to several of the flat units. Because there were so many of the tenants of our construction, this was truly an emergency for us. When Tomas was called by us and explained what happened to him, he explained will be there in approximately two hours, because he is still on another job site, and going to end up. He arrived at our construction in the time he promised. He ran over 100-feet of drain cleaning cable throughout the building sewer line to start up and liquefy the lineup. He then took the trouble to look at the apartment units each and run the water in any way fittings to insure they all drain freely. We're truly grateful that Tomas address the issue so promptly and efficiently and came to our rescue. His pricing is extremely reasonable.

His son and tom had been amazing. For rooting my sewer line for preventative purposes day support. They showed up right when they said they would on the hottest day of the year. Respect for putting in the work in 110 degrees. Kind and fair. Told me I would not require a service . Tom would be strongly recommended by me to anyone looking from a proficient rooter who functions with ethics. After he left letting me know that I overpaid was charged $130 but wrote my check for $150 and got a call. GotId adore that! Told him I inserted the extra $20.

So I called Tom's Rooter Service Lately dirt was backing up to my bathtub. My experience was nothing but good. When Tomas came I explained what happened regarding the backup into my tub. He checked and analyzed the line out and traced the pipes from the kitchen into the tub. He couldn't find the cause so that he advised me to call him if it happens again. No charge because he could find anything incorrect,
Wow who does that nowadays. Thank you Tom you made.

Tom was friendly and very cordial. We told him that our problem. We wash the refuse water and also dishes fills up at the utility sink.

An appointment was made by me, also calls me when he's 15 minutes away to tell us he coming, that was very considerate. Once he arrives we explain our problem and gives many pointers to us and immediately gets to work , after he's done, walla! Everything is okay! His pricing was extremely fair! Found this location on yelp, our plumbing got backed up a few days ago, we attempted a DIY older snake from a relative.... No luck... I called around a few places, didn't get an"fair" vibe from anybody. Then this company stood out above the rest, over 100 testimonials and holding a 5 star standing! I chose to give them a shot, after reading reviews.

I called late at night thinking I'd leave a message. Instead, the owner picked up. He was gracious and kind although I think I woke up him. He asked me what the issue was so helpful and patient, and gave a number to me and proposed a referral told me I'd need somebody who specializes in that problem was though it was late and I woke him up!
His honesty and skillfulness were apparent throughout our conversation. I would certainly call on him.

Found a master bathroom back up at 7:30 AM that would not clear. I called three companies Tom's called back in 5 minutes made an appointment for 10:00 one called back 45 minutes later too late and the other sill hasn't called. Tom came punctually (w/son) and following quite reasonable quote, worked on my main point and got it going within one hour. His persistence do it although it's obviously a nightmare with these drain lines that are older. Quite dude and I highly recommend him. He'll be my"go to" plumber from now on. I mentioned his son (7 yrs old) cause he was right there in the thick of it.

Tom educated us, worked quickly and was tidy, efficient. We would use him again in a heartbeat!

My kitchen sink was clogged and Tom fixed it fast and at a cost that was fair. Plus he gave me advice on preventing it from occurring again. He had been a joy and I would hire him again for a plumbing job.

Tom came out over half an hour and took care of the sewer drain. He clarified the work and did a thorough job.

After fixing our sink, he even washed and cleaned ! Wow! That is exactly what I call"service".
