Also after hours phone was great for my schedule.
Used as it switched to gas to be installed to get a drying. Price was fair to get a fast job, local"master" plumber had been charging three times for this 30 minute occupation not including parts so gave them a go. Showed up early but called ahead. Was disappointed that they did not show up with a part that was told they would need to attract and I did not have, but wasn't charged to go so that's alright, get part. Technician spotted some things that home review did not catch is going to be Home Depot but thankful the same personally and a job for me personally. Will have something I'm not comfortable doing myself or be my first call when I need assistance on any of the projects. Thank you guys! I've got a dryer that works gas leaks.

His team and sam have been experts in their area. His ethics and professionalism are second to none. When someone describes what he's going to do and he's going to do it I appreciate. Tri Care Services will do whatever it takes to earn your business for life! They are strongly recommended by me!

Have used Sam and his team on a few events for shower repairs and installation for trash disposal and Kitchen faucet. The staff were polite, professional and on time. The pricing was quoted and we had been really satisfied with the jobs that are completed. They're a family owned business that takes pride in their job and finds solutions which help the customer without additional expenses. Would use them again later on.

DO NOT call TriCare Services in Wesley Chapel, if anybody is currently looking for a plumbing firm to perform any work. They are dreadful. That and the proprietor talks about and his wife who you schedule service through is rude. All they need is your money and they will not do anything to work together with you or help you out in anyway. About providing a military discount, they promote but you have to be on active duty to receive it. Again DO NOT hire this company. You will be sorry. I have paid them 700.00 to finally wind up replacing my hot water heater. After I had already paid them 360.00 I asked them if they might cut me a break and help out me and I had been told from the owners wife They Must pay there bills and I could always go with another company if I didn't like they way they do business

I hired Tri-Care Services to install an RO system which I purchased on line. Kelly was pleasant on the phone, and they were able to find someone out . George was pleasant and showed up. All in allhe did a fantastic job with the installation. We had a nice time talking throughout and in the end we talked a little too. In addition, he went outside to catch parts (I believe...) but if he arrived back into my house, he smelled like cigarettes. He was gone for over only a minute. I don't have any issue with someone taking a smoke break, but I would not expected to have to pay for it. I ended up getting charged for 3.25 hours once I thought for sure he would bill at MOST 3 hours because of a number of the chit chat and time spent outdoors (assuming on smoke breaks). It just rubbed me the wrong way. I would think if I am paying by the hour which the technician could have moved a little faster AND not bill me for time he's not working. I am still happy with the service, but I might check out a place that doesn't bill by the hour that the time.

Kelly, who was our phone contact and made the appoint, is fine. George, the technician, who serviced our furnace is knowledgeable and fixed the issue. He tried to be useful. This is where things go wrong. George noticed our main valve within the garage has been leaking. If I needed him to fix/replace it while he was here, he asked. I said, "yes". In the process, he broke off the PC piping and didn't have the same size on his truck. If he just wanted me to call Culligan and have them look after it, at this point, I asked. He stated,"We"ll take care of it. I was attempting to be fine and this is exactly what happens." I told him I loved it. George ended up needing to go to find the part. He mended the pipe and returned 1 1/4 hours. I thanked him and was ready to repay the bill. It was $357.50. This comprised the pipe and the time that it took to receive it. Okay, I understand he accidentally broke something and was trying to be useful, but if I be penalized. I called the office to find out about calling Culligan to fix the issue because I'd ask if we could at least meet in the middle. The phone was answered by sam. He wasn't willing to think about. "Ma'am, it was your own pipe. We do not carry that size. How old is your house?" I told Sam our system wasn't as old as the house; in after we bought from the owners, we place it. "Then, how long has it been sitting in sunlight?" It's not from the sun. That's when I asked him to reduce it when he raised his voice, he stated he couldn't hear and had to talk loudly. This wasn't true at the start of our dialogue. I realized Sam wasn't keen to listen to my worries and was put on charging me for their mistake - no compromising. The conversation ended with me saying because I was not planning to make this a larger problem for me I'd pay. He could know his company would never do work or for me again. Our neighbors community - I will share my experience.

Don't use this business whatever you do. The owner will give a speech about he uses the best products and market you on paying more. The very best part was afterwards he messed up the job and never got a license without charging me money Sam refused to fix. I needed to have another company come and resolve they just had to start from scratch and his all had work. Never use this company.
