I couldn't be more happy with their professionalism and their considerate employees. Reviewed the work the performed with me and finished. Very fair.
Called plumbing three crew members took care of my aspect repair, linking and moving water to my refrigerator, checked all of my water lines and fixed difficulties.

I feel as I was totally ripped off, he charged us almost $700.00 to alter out a shower head and cut a massive hole at the wall.and then stated I could hire someone to fix the gap and paInt it. Then to top it off he wanted me to make out the check to him personally. Never again!!!

On time, quick, amazing service. They were in and out in a flash and did a wonderful job. They worked us on a very busy day. They have been accurate, friendly and spot on. Couldn't be more happy. Would recommend them to anyone.

He advised me that my sewer line had busted and two water line T leaked. He made for supplies and came back with a few pipes and two water line T (quite low material cost) and had it fixed in almost under 1 hour charged me $1,442!!!!! What a joke.
In addition, he left his mess all under my home for more than a month and I have photos to prove it. Without being advised before hand I'd been charged for this. I was not advised of any fee. I had to wait around a week for an"itemized receipt" that was dropped off in my door and was the exact same simple invoice I had in email that was not itemized and that was not good enough for my home warranty company to refund me anything.... In addition, he got on the telephone with my home warranty business and spouted some" Illegally plumbed sewer line is why it neglected" they now will not help me pay this outrageous $1,442 invoice for under 1hr of work. I was contacted by Tony the owner the day later who had no excuse for just how much I was charged and stated" Ya do not pay a mechanic for labour... you pay him to understand where to knock..." thoughts you I work in construction and nobody that is an honest guy would bill me $1,442 for 1hr of work 2-3 sticks of pipe and two water T and LEAVE THE MESS UNDER my home. After I found the mess was not cleaned up, long story short I tried getting into contact with Tony because I'd 3 builders come out for 3rd and 2nd opinions and that I was over charged. Whilst getting the run around, I tried for like 4-6 times to contact the proprietor and that I do not have time for games so that I disputed the charge and my credit card business ruled in my favor after over a month with no contact . The wreck is here and the case has been ruled in my favor as of March 2nd and they were told to contact my credit card business with paperwork to dispute it when they would love to... This is March 11th and he showed up at my home unwarranted and without notice to" Discuss" even though the case was closed and in my favor March 2nd. I was 2 minutes from my home on the way home with dinner when I was notified of the crap. I got home and he was gone so he was called by me after leaving the wreck, and of course over a month. . Says he will gladly come clean it up and offer me an itemized receipt and that I said that is alright but I am not paying $1,442 of unexplainable high fees for 1hr of work and you left a mess for more than a month and caused my home guarantee to never help pay and you have no business showing up here without notifying me . He then decided to try out an bs his way out and say" I typically bill for clean up" I bet you do ya damn crook. "My boss has been sick for months" was the excuse that I got for not getting back together with me....lol right.... He then tries to intimidate me with if we can't be adults and work out this"I will see you in court". Alright buddy, Obviously I contacted the ‍authorities and left a report of the unwarranted VERY unprofessional trip to my home without my consent, He then says he didn't go under my home but nevertheless my brick was transferred from it's place I left it in so I would know whether they came back when I was gone.
I guess I will be paying somebody to clean up. Ensure you guys get this bs in writing since they are friendly, honest, professional or reasonable. I was ready to resolve this if I would have been contacted in an expert manner but today.... See you.‍

I asked him for a receipt and his excuse was" I do not have a receipt book in this van" what a joke.
Josh Strange from T smith Plumbing came out on a Sunday night to fix a water leak that was very simple. I'd clarified so I reckon he wished to make the most my home warranty company would be paying for most of the job.

Tony was able to send out a duo of workers to assist me with an increased water pressure issue that is unexpected. They arrived on time, early really, and remained about 1.5 hours to repair several parts to my nicely. Tony was to ensure the task was finished. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
