UBS has saved me from two experiences! Well, not exactly.... but close! My furnace went outside at the dead of winter, while leasing and my home was ice cold. One call to UBS and Phil stepped in next day and saved my freezing body using a delivery of several heaters. Part, a year heater went outside and after I was in another rental and of course, I phoned UBS and was saved .
UBS is recommended by me because I know they will be cared for!

Why did I never find them earlier? Ifelt that I've been ripped off when I write the check and've used other AC businesses. Together with UBS, not only were they fair, they did fantastic work and saved me a lot of money! James, the tech, said to me the issue the proprietor Phil gave me my options for fix. No need to research anyone else: UBS will meet with all your HVAC needs. It's an awesome company with great customer service. They do a fantastic job without trying you to what you don't 19, making repairs. Professional and they get the job. Can not say enough good things.

I cannot say. I had my AC go out in the middle of a heat wave and called Bell Bros.. As soon as I called out UBS they worked with me on getting the breaker fixed under guarantee which saved me a They are very knowledgeable and professional. Most important thing is that they pointed out items that could address later and were nonessential to mend immediately. NO up-sell like Bell Bros. attempted to perform. I have had them called them to a few buddies and work in my rental. All had good things.
When you will need an air purifier fixed - you NEED it mended. We have now contacted UBS twice (last summer in the middle of a heat wave for my mom in law's home and this summer for Dec ) and the two times they have sent someone within 24 hours to fix our air conditioners. The technicians were professional and efficient. Fantastic company to work with, we would definitely recommend UBS!
I have a home in Davis and they did a check . They were there on time and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Fantastic company.
Came out to repair my furnace refused to put on booties, and was very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend and left my house a mess.
