As a woman, getting home repairs can be very challenging, due to dishonesty, in professionalism and price gouging....Vallejo Contractors did none of those things. I felt like that he treated his mother the way that he would treat his own.
In addition to all that there was an problem with how big the water heater and he had to purchase pieces. The shop nearby didn't have the role, therefore he seen with stores and needed to trace it down. He also provided receipts to my mother for the components.
In itself is outstanding service. There were a few hiccups in the job because of the condo complex that she resides in. He stayed professional and courteous.
The experience that I had with McKenzie at Vallejo Plumbers was outstanding! He repaired a hot water heater at my mother's home.
I just began an atmosphere B&B at Vallejo I had been out of town and had guests staying for numerous days my cover toilet went down the garbage disposal and the washer I made many phone calls to different plumbers and the soonest they could come out was 48 hours anyhow so you I fortunate and found Mckenzie he travelled out there within less than 2 hours repaired every thing and was in and out quickly my guests at the house were very happy and impressed. I explained, again, the pricing was fine but once the tenants complete moving out in about two weeks, I wanted to finish the work.
After agreeing to appear, Mr. Mackenzie did not wish to come out to the house to give me the estimate if he could not finish the work that same day. He canceled in the last minutes on me and I needed to rush to find a replacement plumber.
This services is unprofessional. I reached out to them via among their technicians, Mackenzie and their site. I explained all of the details of the project and that I totally need the plumber to arrive at the property twice. I said that I wanted to come once to check the bathroom once the tenants moved out, to finish the work, while the tenants were still in the house and a second time in a couple of weeks, and give an estimate. He agreed to come out and and explained the pricing. I followed up the next day by text and also Mr. Mackenzie confirmed. I informed my tenants.
