We had a problem with our shower faucet in a time that is most inconvenient. Adrian was the individual that arrived. Obviously we expected the worst but the fix could be made by him without a lot of problem. I am very happy with the price tag and the work, I would give a referral to relatives and friends.

Fantastic service fair prices. Complete work on time. Owner pushed with over 25 years experience. Responds to all calls.

We had Good, prompt Support fromAdrian and Wailuku Plumbing. Friendly, honest, and reasonable rates when compared with the other guys. Highly recommend!

Called to setup an appointment and Kristy got me . Adrian showed up on time and he and his helper did a superb job replacing my bathroom. They managed it perfectly although a problem was with the valve. They had everything complete in less time then I expected without a mess and had a great attitude. I will definitely use them again.

Total ripoff. Long story short, Adrien charged me $500 for an job Allen's pipes did for $80. He came to my house and stalled stalled and stalled. Talked in his van for two hours on his mobile phone and charged me for the time. Had the exact same leak after he abandoned. You have been warned.

A plumber was had by me . I called around and Adrian was the plumber that was able to make it. The kitchen sink was close to and backed up. He came on time and fixed my sink and cleaned the mess up. He was really careful not to make a mess while he was working on it. I have not had a problem after his visit with the kitchen sink. He did a great job.
I suggest Adrian to my family and friends because I know he will take decent care of them. He's fair, friendly, and will give a price to you! I am so happy I have Adrian's amount for another time I have a plumbing requirement. Mahalo.

Let me inform you Wailuku Plumbing you lost a customer for LIFE, I'll spread the word also.
Adrian came out and charged my poor wife $125 to DIAGNOSE the issue. Nothing was , FIXED by was at my house for under one hour and had the nerve to bill us that $125.
We had a MINOR escape under the sink so they were called by my wife,
Do yourself a major favor and stay away from his crew and Adrian up in Wailuku!

Id give if I could, Zero stars. Totally incompetent... and that he never showed up!
Attempt I called Adrian and the following day acknowledged after I explained my pipes issue, although he got my message, he suddenly said he had to call me . And he never did.
Final attempt #4. I called again and Adrian said he would be in my place today. Guess what? . .but he didnt even have the professionalism courtesy to call to let me know he is not coming.
Attempt #3, I called again the next day since we still never set a appointment (wondered when this man really wants my business) and clarified the issue for the next time and that I was found in Wailuku--he said he had to put me hold ("oh no here we go again") then he asked yet again what the problem was and what town I lived in (after having only given him the information). Sigh.
Unfortunately it was actually blown by him and I can't recommend him.
Attempt #1. Had a water leak in my Wailuku home. Left a message and waited for a phone call that was returned.

I called a plumbing firm. Wailuku plumbing hardworking was fair and did plenty of extras at the time that I asked. Mind you some of the extra's there Adrian did, weren't plumbing but to make me happy employee and satisfied they were chosen by me. I wanted a water line for my ice maker to be conducted beside the refrigerator, in the hot water tank. The firm wanted to conduct a copper line around the kitchen, which wasn't exactly what I asked for. Adrian from Wailuku Plumbing was exceptional. Kristy there contact there kept me in the loop of the birth start to finish. It was achieved Christmas Eve of things. I was so incredibly happy with exceptional I was handled. I was amazed, as most are idle, desire money or tell stories to get money greed. I was charged less than half of the $ and the job was completed as I desired. The business followed up to ensure that I was happy. I am happy my dishwasher and ice maker are functional. If anyone needs a plumber; Wailuku will take good care of you. Beyond and honesty, set them aside from another business. Once I needed, no appointment started to work!! they take credit cards, and came on a last minute wind Mahalo for your kokua Wailuku Plumbing!

Don't waste your Currency!!!!
Not licensed. Illegally functioning and overcharging for low excellent work. No customer support and appreciation. "Adrian" the proprietor is notorious for lying and cheating clients according to other people in the region that employed him. I had to repay the following company clean up his dreadful work.

I provide Wailuku Plumbing 5 stars. I was very impressed in their quality of their frankly and work. I obtained a quote to substitute my garbage disposal such as a garbage disposal, which I believed and labor was very fair. Adrian said he would come by the next day between 9am-11am. He gave me a courtesy call before 9am and that he said he's there about 10am. He showed up right at 10am and not only did come when he stated he would but he ended up charging me less. I suggest Wailuku Plumbing to all my friends, family and also to those who've plumping needs.

Wailuku plumbing is our"visit" plumbing service. Adrian and his team are always on time, courteous, effective, do work, & bill prices that are fair. Grateful to have a plumber we could rely on to perform fair quality work.

I posted this as it is unusual to have such impeccable service supplied by ANYONE. To assess and fix the issues so quickly showed Adrian's expertise and competency. I'd lately paid someone else (a"specialist") $700 to fix the problem that was NEVER fixed and the man wouldn't come back and take care of it... Adrian did it in about 15 minutes. Obviously, I was thrilled.

The owner, adrian, came out within 2 hours of the weekend pipes call to our condo. He was knowledgeable & very professional. We needed a custom Mohen cartridge. He was moderately priced and had been in and out of the condo within one hour. We would highly recommend this plumbing firm. Aloha!
