Horrible. Fixed the leak so the shower didn't work by stuffing 3 washers, something a handyman would do. Didn't give a quotation before he did this. More than 200. Charge. He said if he fixed it, it might cost over 800.

They even helped us by calling our insurance so we can be covered... On the last day we possessed the home!
Coordinating with us, the realtor, along with also the emergency plumber, they stopped the water from doing harm and retuned to fix the leak.
At the night , we found out there was a flow, the day before our house sold. We were not home! We'd moved out.

Again Wallner Pipes to the rescue. My A/C went outside and Andy to the rescue. Turned out for a Freon leak, caused a great deal of distress in this hot weather although little. Thanks for your prompt courteous service.

Wallner pipes was predicted by us after obtaining cancellations Over multiple days, from two other plumbing firms contracted by our home warranty business exactly the exact same day and they came out. Bob Hollowell was my pipes angel! He was gracious and very respectful to allow me to ask questions and be his helper. Until he found the issue, he worked on our clogged mainline drain in the rain. As my husband was not there when he shut the mainline told me to feel free to phone if we wanted to ask him questions. I called Wallner and I had and requested Bob! They are sending someone out, quoted me $145 and accommodated my preference. From now on will be calling Wallner our plumbing, heating and air conditioning service needs for all!

My A/C went last summer, over the July 4th break and I couldn't get ahold of this company I frequently use. Wallner's called me that day, and had somebody out within hours. I was freaking out because I understand emergency calls can be quite pricey but with digits and little kids I had no choice. The service tech was incredibly nice, managed to fix the issue same day, and the invoice (I feel) was very reasonable. If it moves out which I was really grateful for he also updated me some choices. He went outside just"fixing" the matter. I strongly recommend.

Wallner set up our a/c-heat combo on our roof 4 decades ago and did a fabulous job....Today we took good advantage of this specific they've been advertising to service a/c units. . .Doug arrived and did a wonderful job..he completed this work throughly. . .from replacing the air filter into cleaning the grill etc.. .he was friendly and considerate. . (to our puppy ) and he left the work site clean. . .We appreciate him and we finally have peace of mind that our unit is operating great as well as cleaned....We would urge Wallner and especially Doug....he is a wonderful asset to the Wallner team!

Air Conditioning and wallner Plumbing Heating is the Had a air purifier at the 100 + degree heat. . .Called the workplace and had friendly support and Andy was there in no time and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes! Could not ask for a tech that is efficient and more friendly! Thank you Wallner Plumbing!

Called for service on account of the garbage disposal needing replacement. This is a return trip, because they'd replaced our Water Heater. The task for your water heater's standard was nicely done, but seemed quite expensive. For changing out the garbage disposal, upon this trip, us charged $525. He didn't give a quote prior to replacing the device to us. I was surprised at the amount but paid the fee. I researched the cost of the disposal online, which was $15, that evening. Which meant we had been charged over 400$ for labour. I called and was not able to reach anyone. On the next time that I reached someone they place me in contact. We exchanged words and that I left the dialogue frustrated. The proprietor said I would be reimbursed around $125 because of the fact and contacted me.
We have called to try to have someone come look at work as we are still addressing water however hesitate to use them because of previous prices, experience in addition to poor quality of job.

Great customer service in the workplace, serviceman was educated and friendly. A little expensive. After assessing the issue, I had been told my unit needed refrigerant and probably around 4 pounds. He guesstimated the charge to be about $350. He ended up needing to place in 10 ounce. $250 had been billed. By my calculations I was charged about $100 too much although I'm not a math. Service telephone was $97.

I felt that the charges for shifting a capacitor within my air conditioner was excessive, while the technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I contacted their customer support department and obtained a fair refund.

Over priced 750. Float and belt I needed to give them a star to post this, To substitute swamp cooler water line

I have been exceptionally satisfied every time, and have been utilizing Wallner Plumbing for many years now. They have been professional, and that I believe their rates are reasonable. A man that is handy is good for projects around the home, but I favor a plumbing company that is reputable, also Wallner is the only company I will use because of my satisfaction with their work, ethics, and ethics.

Highway robbery. AC broke down this morning. It took the technician less than thirty minutes to fix the issue with an affordable part

Our comparatively new water heater went out and Wallner needed a tech at our house within one hour of our phone. He did a diagnostic and told me what part needed to be replaced (the parts were under warranty, the labour was not). We known as Wallner as it arrived in a few days later and ordered the part. They had the tech at our house within one hour of the telephone to replace the area, which fixed the water heater. The repair cost was very fair, and the service was fantastic.

Shawn Mallett and I recently met out of Wallner Plumbing in a neighbors house to allow in him to assess a problem our neighbor had been having a water heater. He identified the problem as dangerously excessive water pressure. He went over and outside and checked our system in addition to several neighbor's homes. All were found to have dangerously excessive water pressure as a result of water pressure regulators set up at the 80's. Shawn altered the regulator immediately avoiding serious and expensive damage that could have led into the inside of our house if this problem had not been identified. TERRIBLE!!!! Service man was down right RUDE and if we wanted a breakdown of what he was doing he said to telephone the office....really?!?!?! Found out they're charging about 500.00 over competitors. Can NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
