Only had a system that was well filter installed. From the moment we called they were excellent to deal with. The install moved over and beyond and was top notch the and clean technician Josh explained everything.

I was referred by A water testing firm and they couldn't have recommended a company to work with! Matt & Joe were extremely helpful. What started off as a simple ph neutralizer installation was a overhaul of the water system. They were extremely effective and educated that they do. I would highly recommend them!

We've employed the Water Doctor for many years and also the professionalism of the Rick, Matt and all the staff are unsurpassed. We experienced a flood in our basement recently and a broken water pipe was recognized by Rick. He pinpointed the problem and responded immediately. Thanks to Joey who did cleanup and work doing function that is inside and outside in the day. Is professional, caring and cordial. A++++

Friday morning, I awakened to having no water.
I will be calling Water Dr for the annual maintenance of my water filtering program from now on as well as.
Afterwards I discovered that my neighbor had Water Dr supply this past August and a water system to him they mended my daughter's water heater and installed a water purifier. Both neighbor n daughter told me they were extremely happy with their work.
My phone was returned by the proprietor Rick and assured me that his guys would be there this day. Within 2 hours, Rick himself looked at my door. He assessed the issue, managed to temporarily restore my water thru the remainder of the afternoon, also said he'd have a team at my house at 8 the next morning. Due to another commitment I'd, I asked if they might come sooner. At my door I had three extremely professional and considerate technicians before 7 am. They were neat in appearance and in their work. I felt the price was fair also.
I'd called another company that I'd previously used and waited 5 hours for them to return my phone. After hours of stressing I'd be without water thru the weekend, I predicted Water Dr.

Don't waste your time.
Anyone else have 4 hours in a day to waste?
Had an appointment program because of water quality problems that needed immediate attention. Was granted the"4 hour" window program. I patiently waited 3 1/2 hours and nobody showed up or called.
I called the office - all I got was there other"no water calls" plus they get priority. Additionally, I was not on"her" program.

We've been having issues with water staining, odor and taste since moving into our brand new house. After I called to assess matt came out the day and I was not expecting the issue to be fixed for at least a couple of days to a week. He was able to call some guys out to meet him to install softener, filter system and a new tank exactly the identical moment, figured out the issues and got here around 3! By 7pm we had water that is tasteless and odorless! These guys were amazing and we are very delighted. Highly recommend them!

They appear quickly with expertise, parts and the tools to get the work done quickly. Then they give you the best cost and use quality parts.

Called the water doctor and talked with Matt on Monday at 2:38pm, he discharged Rick the owner who came out right away and found the origin of my no water issue (12 year old goulds pump had finally collapsed ) in minutes. Rick's crew came 20 minutes later and started pulling on the old 580 deep well pump with in moments. They returned the following day immediately at 9:00 am and had the new pump from the rain together with water restored by and the jacketed cable. Thank you Matt, Rick, Scott, and the rest of Water Physicians team for service!

I woke up at 4am and had 30 minutes of a hot water shower and it died! I had accusations of the service and then the yellowish van firm of GH kept ringing in my mind like a bad dream. I have done a search and low and behold I discovered all these great and fantastic testimonials on Water Dr. SO exactly what the heck I phoned at 8:00am the woman that answered the telephone had been accurate and had all the replies and stated a tech would call me back soon. I received a call and they stated they'd be out this day 3 and BANG . It had been 91 degrees these two professionals pulled 352 feet of hose out of the ground, replaced the pump and humidity. They dripped with sweat and worked their butts off. I asked if I should step it up to a higher pump horsepower (ie more money) and that I was amazed that the tech said that there was no demand too, the one that they advocated is larger than what was in there and should work very nicely. They were both courteous and professional that I felt nice letting them into our home. A few hours after and our water source was better than it has ever been. I would feel comfortable that they would look after her with no nonsense and would recommend this business to my 73 year-old mom. These guys are A+ in my book.

The answer was quick after spending a lot of money our problem was never fixed! Called multiple occasions but no call back... perhaps they're from business??? With that kind of commitment to fixing your own water issues I would not doubt it! We would not recommend them.

It's been a year and everything is working good. I will be calling these men back When I have any well problems.
I used these men to put in a pressure tank. They did an excellent job. They also installed is supposed to be among the tanks. They did ask me if I needed the larger of the 2 tanks that they had available, which I thought was cool. They didn't really try to upsell me about the larger one, which is what I ended up getting. It was kind of about the pricey side, but I had already attempted winging it. The 1 way valve had failed and my pump came on. I understand nothing regarding wells, so I'm glad I hired some experts.

Rick and his team did a great job fixing our well issues. He answers the phone and the tech, Tyler, has been prompt, and educated. I would strongly recommend this firm.

Urge, they will not rip you off. Fantastic service by crews. They help walk you through everything it could be over the 20, if you are unsure of the problem.

Rick Hallet arrived and serviced our well system. He was professional and courteous. For precisely what was needed rather than attempting to service us he came and serviced the system. The price was reasonable too. I would recommend their services.
