Ron B. came out carried away the old one, replaced with a new 50 gallon, placed wood underneath, updated to code on earthquake straps. . .by 2:00pm the same day!
I needed new fire/CO alarms-just coincidental on our part.

I then requested that they come out another day to simply make sure no gas had been leaking and everything was perfect (because my fire alarms/CO monitors went away at the night)--John F. came out and checked in and out of my house to be sure. Everything was fine.

Brandon from Water Heater's Only came on time, in fact to consult installation of a water heater to replace my unit. He installed. Brandon did the removal and installation himself left the worksite very clean. The new WH is working great. What and Fantastic service seems like a product that is fantastic!

I'm unsure how a'Water Heater Just' company doesn't offer water heater service, specifically.
If you don't offer water heater support, then what can you supply??? My area is clearly in the region serviced also.
To sum up my interaction, I requested a quote on Yelp utilizing the button on the right at 2pm, I didn't get a response until 8am the next day stating"Unable to Service - Sorry, I don't provide that support." from Bay O.

This business was top notch all the way round. Their dispatcher, Nancy, was very helpful and went the excess mile to get a tech to my house same day. Once there, rather than finishing the projected replacement the tech identified an issue and found a hose replacement. He was remained to make sure I had working water and professional. I would recommend to anyone.

So if you contact this business, I would suggest confirming the appointment period, ask in their"four hour window of time", and shield the working place if they don't do it. . I also know they mention that in the event you mention Yelp you'll find a discount. (Their yellow coupon says $50.) He inquired if I'd a Yelp coupon????, when I mentioned Yelp to the installer (I did get the $55 off)
But during the setup, this person abandoned heavy gouges and did scrape the paint off the base. He instead replaced it with a wooden base, when I told him he would need to repaint the base. Though he cleaned up my garage floor, some marks were abandoned and that I told him I'd look after it myself. (It had been after 6PM and that I wanted some privacy,) But, after he left and I proceeded to clean the spots, I understood they weren't spots. I have a, nice looking grade paint on my garage floor and also the marks were the floor! He should have scraped on my floor with'some thing' when he had been doing the setup. If only I'd known, we could have covered the floor in the area he was working . I have. It wasn't done in my garage and was told they do use cardboard to shield areas, although I did call the business about this.
I used Water Heaters Only for the very first time yesterday to replace my old water heater that had ceased providing hot water. The advantage of this business is that their yellow sticker is on your water heater (how did that get there?) , you can get through and get a nice person, and you can get same day service. But, I had two problems develop with this company.
The setup went well because I got a brand new water heater and hothot water...
When they were called by me at the AM, they said someone would be there from 1-1:30 PM. Someone eventually showed up at 4:15 PM after several telephone calls to the firm looking for my service person! I was told on the last call, that the service appointment period is a"four hour window of time"...!? So not a good way telephone number.

I need my water heater serviced so that I called Water Heaters only. He noticed that the cover had been away from the water heater After the service person showed up at the house when the water heater had been tamper with they could not do the repairs, and business coverage was that the. I knew and said okay. The difficulty for me was that they still charge me 89 dollars. The proprietor said to me if they could not perform the repairs, that there would be a fee. So I am out 89 dollars and no fix and no hot water!!

So basically, the 4 hour window doesn't imply anything and you need to be accessible at their beck and call.
I got a voicemail at 120 stating that they were trying to dispatch someone but I had to call back within 15 minutes. I called back right away and they stated they could not dispatch anyone until tomorrow because he had gone to another job. I known as or explained that my doorbell had rang. He said they don't send anybody until they really speak on the telephone to you and that they'd called me at 11.
Terrible company. I had an appointment window of 1 to 4 pm. They said I'd get a call once the tech was on the road.
I stated I was not home at 11 because my window was 4. He said the tech is never sent by them because after many years of company, they understand people aren't always home during their window. If you aren't 13, they don't want to pay the tech. I said that I was and that is not my situation and that I had been awarded an appointment. He said I could not have a scheduled appointment. Why would I wait to spend $1700

I called to find clarification and they told me when a second rep was on duty I'd receive a call back around 2pm. 4pm rolled around and I still hadnt heard anything, and so I gave them a call back. There was still no one available to give clarification to me.
Upon review, pump that was stated was transferred and should have not at all interfere with anybody working on it.
I still have a water heater which require support. Allow me to know, if anybody know a provider.
If I could have any technician come to asses the 13, I inquired and they said that they couldnt fit me.
I called Water Heaters Only because we not able to light our water heater. Given their name, I thought they would specialized a diagnosis. I was given a window. Once 4:45 pm rolled around, I chose to give a call to them. They advised me then that the technician was in DAVIS (the porperty is in North Sacramento). Finally, well after 5pm, the technician came. I got a telephone since I was not home where they explained they were not able to work to the water heater because it was"blocked" by a condesation pump. I took their word for it and said I would have a professional transport said pump to permit entry to the panel.

You've been considering a plumbing company . WHO, and if you Are like me, do yourself a very Easy favor& just call Water heaters only I wish there was a"just" to get a lot of different services now, ha! It is nice feeling like there was a better bargain out there or with a dialog & getting excellent product & installation with no haggling.
They beat a major and a few service providers costs that are independent. Annnd it couldn't have been simpler!
So it's very easy& they do good work. Provided that it stands the test of time, we are happy not to be considering water heaters thanks to WHO!

We got a excellent water heater, quick installation, for a cost range of 400-800 bucks less than any other quote. I checked with the plumber providers & a few lowes wasn't cheaper or simpler. (And in both of those I couldn't get the make/model that was anywhere near the quality I desired.

Also their serviceman came out that afternoon and my dad called on Monday morning and set in a new 40 gal water heater! The water heater was installed by Water Heaters Only back in 1997! My parents were extremely satisfied with professionalism and the service of Water Heaters Only.

I'm writing this review for my parents since they don't have a computer (however )!!

I contacted Water Heaters only and they sent their tech John to my residence. My water heater still worked, but for how long and was dated 1984? John was able to upgrade the water heater closet and put in new heater in a really skillful way. I love the extra time and maintenance John took to insure my brand new water heater would function safely and economically. I will urge Water Heaters only to my loved ones, friends & clients. Thank you John!

I put in a request online for water heater inspection and/or repair quotes about nine months back on one of those"we will send your request to five companies" websites. WHO was the only company that proceeded to answer my queries for months, and responded in detail.
Last weekend, our heater finally stopped working (or was working intermittently and running from hot water at 2-3 minutes) so I phoned WHO to look after it. Matt discovered that it was massively from code and assessed our system, and came out on Sunday. (Wrong piping dimensions, no flow protection, no electricity shutoff in 5 feet, etc.) We were unable to do the replacement then (incorrect heater model written up, they had to order another one), so rescheduled for Tuesday. Brandon and matt came and within two hours had fixed the code problems all and put in the heater, all.
My family managed to possess baths/showers with hot (HOT!) Water, with no exercising for the very first time in a year.

Fantastic experience with Water Heaters Only. Called in serviceman and the morning was in my home. As he was installing my new water heater, ron was professional, courteous and answered my many questions. Highly recommend Water Heaters Only!

They called ahead and said they were running late for my appointment window (which I loved ). When John the technician came out to my house late ( 5:15 pm) to start the project I had been feared that he was planning to cut corners and do a second rate job so that he can go home. However I was thankful he did not hurry the job he stayed much later than I explained things quite well and expected. I felt pleased with his honesty, and quality of the water heater.

Paul from Water heaters only installed a 100 gal commercial water heater in 2012. At that time, it cost less than a plumber. The unit is already leaking. I phoned the man and WHO said that it was out of warranty. You get exactly what you pay for. Dealing this time.

Update....They have been very beneficial in getting this solved. He has known every few days to check in. I am sorry it happened but WHO is doing the ideal thing and helping out us. I hope this is done together soon.

After several quotes, even one from the plumbing contractor my home warranty company sent me, I saw the sticker for WHO in my water heater (installed way prior to buying the house) and decided to get one more estimate. They sent Ron out the following dayhe predicted when he had been on his way so that I didn't have to sit at home waiting and that I managed to go home from work to meet with him and return to work. His quote was far below anyone else's and that I scheduled the job for the next morning (today). He was very pleasant and came on time. He left all of the code upgrades we needed and obtained the water heater installed, everything works great! Don't bother contacting anyone else, simply telephone WHO directly and you will save yourself a good deal of time and money.

This is the third water heater we've had installed by Water Heaters Only, and it's been an ideal experience every moment.
Our 15-year-old water heater started to escape, and we were going on holiday in two days. I called on 8/23, and put an appointment for the next day. Beni showed up at the window of time's start that I was allotted. He installed the heater straight away. He left no mess to clean up and was efficient. No hot water heater. I'm quite satisfied with their work, which explains why I've used them. I'll be calling them again!
