This is that which makes it more special is their technician Mike and an amazing business. Mike did a fantastic job and installed our water heater! We had a problem close to a year and then he came out to fix it! Mike is proficient at what he can and has a great attitude. The business is lucky to have him and we were lucky to have him perform our installment. I urge Water Heaters Only and Mike.
My water heater. I called my regular plumber, who came and scrutinized it. He explained it was a very slow leak, slow enough the I should keep my eye on it, and possibly after New Year's order a replacement from Home Depot (two week delivery). The next day, we saw rusty water pouring in the drain outside the home and heard the sound of rushing water Thursday. I shut down the water and gas distribution while my wife got on the computer and quickly needed a recommendation for Water Heaters Only, who supplied. I called them Thursday afternoon got an appointment for Friday, known as. Tony, the amazing technology showed up hauled it away disassembled the old heater carcass in the piping and installed a 50 gallon endeavor over two weeks. Yes, it probably cost more than if I had purchased a tank myself, waited for shipping hired a plumber with expertise that is limited to install and haul. However, would the cost saving that is potential be well worth the sleepless nights wondering when the base of the tank was going to fall out? I don't think so.
I checked several distinct places. I must say that it was not even close. The amount of reviews and the sorts of reviews prove different things but also that. 1. The customer service was incredible. Quick response to emails and phone calls. When I did talk to a person (Anthony), they were sort, answered all of my queries, and were helpful in getting to the root of exactly what I wanted. 2. They're family owned. Been in the business for over 50 years. That says something. 3. The tech (Tony) himself was quick, knowledgeable, proficient, and he also had excellent customer service. 4. The pricing was very fair. There were other places that might have been more economical, but with the bad reviews or fair customer service, I was willing to bring a few bucks. AND there were plenty of organizations that were more than this provider. These men hit the price point ideal. Very clear and upfront. I could not be happier!!!
