We bought a fridge as soon as the installation men tried to hustle us. Rather than falling for it, we reached out to Westco who replied to my own messages and see whether anything was required and Danny came to check out the situation.
He quickly assessed that we did NOT need what was suggested to us from the delivery men. This information to us was priceless. Thank you, Danny and Westco! You have our business for life.

Wow, what a class act Gary is. We had a issue with a clog in the mainline leaving us unable to use some of the bathrooms on a Sunday. I achieved to Gary and he responded within 10 minutes. He was super polite on the telephone and gave us a window of time for the ceremony. When he revealed he was really informative, polite and friendly. Gary not just fixed the problem but made sure he walked us through what heguaranteed and'd done his job for 30 days. All this and he was undoubtedly the least expensive alternative we'd received. We'll absolutely use Gary again and we'll recommend him to everybody looking for a professional, plumber that is exceptionally skillful.

I texted Gary last night I heard from him and we had a plumber at our doorway between 8-10am. We were worried we had blockage or a sewer leak of some kind and had a foul odor coming out of our service porch bathroom and laundry room. The issue was recognized by ivan immediately. The seal on the toilet had broken. He left about 15 mins and returned with all the component needed and the repair was made. Very fair and honest. I am so glad I discovered our new plumber!

I called and talked to the proprietor Garry yesterday early day about a plumbing issue I was having, he had been very kind and sent somebody out today, the rooters name was Ivan and he was amazing,very educated and professional, I'll work with Westco Rooter service for any of my plumbing problems! I had a"misting" pipe at the rear of the house and Garry showed up quickly--over 20 mins upon calling (guess I got lucky). The situation was assessed by him and laid out my situation and plain terms. He gave a quotation that was sensible and we organized for him to come the next morning, which he did out. During the repair, we ran into several hurdles and the cost went up a bit--fair given the situation that was new. He persistently remained behind for several hours (and even conducted to a different appointment and returned), also cared for my job completely. Iwould recommend his services and'd hire him for jobs.

These guys are great! Responsive and fair. We had a minor issue with a toilet hose escape. Garry came over that night returned my phone immediately, and immediately replaced the hose.

It's not discounted cost to charge me $350 to replace my toilet bought and delivered by me!! The only"discounts" this proprietor identifies him ReFixing the exact same issue that HIS work was not done well and was still leaking after 3 calls!! In fact there should have been Zero charge 2nd and 3rd time to update the leaky valve rather than charging me $20 less next 2 times!! although charging me THREE times for same issue Dishonest dishonest and proprietor response

So that I feel like I am qualified to depart this review we have gone through a number of plumbing companies due to a few difficulties with our plumbing. Garry is THE MAN. He is fast honest, and reliable. His work is top quality. He is about as valid as you're ever going to get. Due to him, I know more about pipe replacements, and pipes, city standards, licensing, permits, inspections than I cared to. I can't tell you how I wanted that we'd have found Westco Rooter years. It would have saved us much money and time . They don't take short cuts and with something as important as pipes, you shouldn't.

His solutions are warrantied also which put my mind at ease.
We had a flow for us super quickly and Gary came out squared away everything.

Gary is a professional at what he does and an honest and very competant plumber. This can't be stated for contractors and many plumbers in general.
