He took care of our crisis plumbing issue....The SHOWER!!! God forbid we cannot shower in this family! He saved us more than what was recommended. He did above and beyond what he needed to do and we were made by talking to him so much more at ease in trusting that he is more than capable of getting the work done.
I arrived home one day to find water. Trace it back into my own water tank. I've a home warranty I thought I will be fine. I left my own appointment and all I can say is I didn't feel that the amount of confidence and ease I should have.
Brian and I discussed replacing the water tank that was standard. He gave estimates on both ups to me. I made the decision on tankless. Brian and Shane did a fantastic job with the restoration firm on the installment of coordination and my tankless unit. He set my mind at ease when dealing with this problem. Job came in below the estimate....Awesome!

His partner and brian had been worked hard to repair our plumbing dilemma, and communicative, friendly. I can not thank him enough. As a bonus, he was especially kind to my daughter who has special requirements and followed him around like a pup. He had her help! She loved it! This is a company with reasonable rates and people. If you need plumbing work done, look no When my gas line didn't work to my pool equipment, my call was answered by brian on a Saturday morning. I needed the gas line and told him because we were having a celebration that night, I was in need of help that day. Brian came out half an hour afterwards and vacuumed the traces and voila out He was very professional, knowledgeable and stayed until we were totally happy!
Brian didn't try and upsell and gave a fair price to us or extend the work for his advantage. I wish I could add a star because he deserves it!
Brian and his partner Shane are efficient and super nice guys! They went over and beyond it was lower than all other plumbing estimates I received for installing new high end Toto toilets for our home and even what they quoted for my job. The company owner, brian, was not the plumbing company I called to help me with my crisis if I won't close the water source, with busted shower faucet valve which can leave my house. I had been at a mode. . .searching online. . .especially Yelp. Kirk was phoned by me from on a different company, who had been patient and so nice dealing about the phone with me but won't be able to come right now. He had been no nice to refer me to a guy he said worked with him and he would help me.
Mr Whitaker and associate came by our home and we happened to need some plumbing work completed. They took good care of our problems in a timely manner and obliged and were very fair. Above all they did the work and we had been pleased with their job. We enjoyed them so much we called them back to put in a water heater! Highly recommend these guys!
Brian unclogged toilets and came out on a Saturday night. It was pricey but I am convinced plumbers would have been on a Saturday night. Finest part was that he showed up over 10 minutes of my call and fixed the issue! Clean, nice guy and I will have him back for more work.
