First of Jon showed up at the time. The clog was 83 ft out from the wash out although he quickly diagnosed the problem which was a sewer line. He had a snake that has been long enough to reach it. He quickly fixed the issue and guaranteed it. The cost was quoted and fair.
I had a great experience with Jon. Dispatch managed to send the same day of my telephone to him. He had been on time and input that is provided. I had two tub drains cleared and my new deep single tub spout. All pricing has been clear and fair. The sink install was less expensive compared to the countertop installers would have charged me. I'd call this company!

Excellent experience. Jon arrived 45 minutes after I left the call. This was a Saturday. (Other plumbers I predicted counseled they could come out on Wed, Thurs at the first.) He identified the matter and made the repairs just as fast. I highly recommend.
Jon showed up at the time and promptly diagnosed the issue. In cases like this, it turned out to be a leaky bathroom. As a flush it exceeded my plumbing skills. John attempted a few simple fixes and fortunately one of them functioned. Reversing a seal cleared up the leak for now. He noted that replacement parts for my model of bathroom are hard to discover, suggested I try to track one or two down in order to avoid complete replacement later on. He was friendly and refused to accept payment for a minor repair. I've a new plumber For needs!

This is on. Woke up on a Sunday, to stinky odor throughout the Home. So I guessed someone bombed the bathroom 12, parents were over. Used the toilet, flushed it and flourish, the water vanished. Guess where it looked from? The tub! Not only in that bathroom but the guest bathroom as well I have a toddler in the home, it is thanksgiving week and I have to be somewhere that day! Many places including plumbing that was wizard, left a message. Most did not even call back, individuals who replied did not have anyone that can come out. Wizard pipes called me back in about 8 minutes. Someone can be within one hour?! YES PLEASE!!! I've standing s*** water in both tubs and 2 bathrooms that don't flush. A gentleman came out, he wore shoe covers and had been quite friendly. That is PHENOMENAL. Great 1st impression. In addition, he informed me BEFORE STARTING WORK that it will function as the"weekend charge" which I appreciate to know beforehand. Of this ASAP. My mom has been throwing other veggie peels as well as cabbage leaves into the garbage disposal and obviously they do not go there! Thank you wizard plumbing to your team and speedy action!
